We were welcomed by a very hospitable and friendly host. Our apartment was part of a larger complex consisting of more than ten units. The accommodation was located close to the village center, near the main points of interest (bus stop, bakery, restaurants, beach, and store). The apartment was simple but equipped with everything you might need. They even provide beach towels and sun umbrellas. The room was cleaned and the towels were changed every day, and the staff were very efficient—I never once saw the housekeeper in our room. Ambience around the apartment was very beautiful and well-maintained.

Wi-fi didn't work well and it was occasionally noisy because the reception was nearby and we could also hear every time guests next door open the window or move a chair in their room.

We had a lovely spacious one bed studio with a lovely large terrace with a view of the garden and sea. Very helpful staff when we needed to sort anything. Good location - only a short walk from the centre of Pisa Livadi which has a good choice of tavernas and a small mini market and bakery.

We hadn’t expected there to be so many steps up to the reception and accommodation - it could have been made clearer on the information provided about the property. A few more mosquito screens to windows would have been good . Some road noise but to be expected given the location.

Everything was excellent in Elena Studios. The location was superb, two minutes walking to the centre of Piso Livadi and the beach, restaurants and shops. When we arrived got a great welcome from Spiros and Elena, and lovely welcome gift of fruit, water and a bottle of wine. So thoughtful! Also which was great, beach chairs, and a parasol, beach games, plus beach towels for our use! We had fresh towels every day, and apartment cleaned every day, which was so comfortable, the apartment was set in beautiful surroundings, cannot recommend Elena Apartments enough. Thank you Spiros and Elena 😄

Absolutely nothing!

We were really impressed with the effort and attention to detail the owner has put into this property. Our room was spacious, excellent aircon, bathroom well appointed , plus shower products. Best water pressure we’ve had in a few weeks of travelling. The kitchenette was excellent, everything super clean, nice gift basket of fruit and wine . Ask for a chopping board-also hairdryer- they have them at the office. To have room serviced every day was brilliant- as many places don’t do this. The complex is well designed, a bit like a village. It is a pleasant easy meander to the waterfront, plus the neighbouring beach which is quite big. They supply beach towels, plus umbrellas- a big plus .We found a fabulous beach about 15 minutes drive away that also had tree shelter. And the staff we dealt with are just fabulous - friendly , helpful, caring. Definitely a 10 , and well deserved. There is also a little book library where you can leave a book or take a book.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful 4-star hotel in Piso Livadi, Paros, during a work trip, and I can’t say enough good things about it. From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the spaciousness of the accommodation. The room had a fantastic balcony and was impeccably clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed for my stay, making it extremely convenient. One of the standout features of this hotel is the daily cleaning service and fresh towels provided every day. Upon check-in, I was welcomed with a generous offer of fresh fruits, water, fruit juice, an espresso machine with capsules, and even a bottle of wine. This level of hospitality truly made me feel at home. For beach lovers, the hotel goes above and beyond by offering beach umbrellas, chairs, and towels, which made my beach visits hassle-free. The common areas were also well-maintained and inviting, with a selection of books to borrow and board games available for guests. The owners were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything I needed in no time at all. Their warm and attentive service added a personal touch to my stay, making it even more memorable. Even though I was in Paros for work, the exceptional experience at this hotel has me already planning a vacation to Paros next year, and there is no doubt that this is where I will be staying. A heartfelt thank you to the amazing team for a perfect stay. I’m truly speechless.

Very clean, cute and well located studios in proximity to beach, restaurants and bars. We really enjoyed our stay there. The staff was very helpful, providing good tips for the island, and also providing with sunbeds, umbrellas and towels for the beach. This turned out to be very handy as it was not always guaranteed that one could find umbrellas on the beach. We really recommend Elena studios!!

The apartment had everything I needed for a perfect summer holiday, clean, comfortable, and serviced daily. Unfortunately I got sick during my stay and Elena, Sefi, and Spyros went above and beyond, bringing me medicine, food, and checking in on me often. Truly exceptional hospitality. I’ll definitely be back for a longer stay.

Everything was perfect

The location was brilliant, a short stroll to the main harbour of Piso Livardi & beach, plenty of restaurants nearby, and a bus stop very near as were local shops. The owners could not do enough for us, and we were upgraded to a better room. Always helpful and gave us good information. The room was cleaned daily and the balcony area was extensive with chairs, and sunbeds, I would recommend it to anyone thinking of staying.

Could not fault the property

We really liked the size of the room, we also had everything we needed (kitchen supplies, basic bathroom amenities and hairdryer...) and Spiros made sure we were having a nice stay. We were also thrilled to have a couple of neighbour cats as our daily visitors! Piso Livadi is a nice, quiet area to stay :)

The room style is not very modern but that wasn't important to us. The beds could be a little more comfy.

Very comfortable, spacious room, with fresh towels daily. Welcome gifts of local wine,fresh fruit, orange juice,water and coffee pods were a lovely touch. Staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Piso Livadi is a small resort with plenty of great places to eat and a nice sandy beach.
