The room was a great size, plenty of room, it was clean and the balcony with a view across the sea was wonderful. Great addition was the tea and coffee facility in the room, as well as the fridge and safe, plus water dispensers on each floor and bottles in the room to refill. The bathroom was lovely, I think it could have done with a small barrier to stop the water escaping but it was not a problem. The bed was amazingly comfortable too, we had a great night's sleep. The breakfast was really good, plenty of choice of hot and cold food, always being replenished with tea and coffee that was really nice. All of the staff we spoke with were very friendly and the whole place was lovely and clean, of course some of the decor in the room was well worn but that is not a problem and doesn't detract from the great stay we had. The hotel itself was approximately 20 minute walk into the centre but it was a lovely walk, there are plenty of shops on the way. Locally are supermarkets and coffee shops. The huge car park opposite the hotel is free, safe and with plenty of space.

There was nothing that you could not like about this hotel. If you are people who judge from just looking at the outside then don't, it is a lovely place and we will certainly be returning.

Nice, spacious rooms. Clean bathrooms with a faucet/bidet next to the toilet seat. Nice breakfast with cream-filled bougatsa pastry. Great location for sightseeing, walking by the sea, and visiting the cafés. Great location for visiting with small children as there was space for walking and playgrounds nearby.

There was a strong smell of silicon sealant in the room, probably from a recent repair/renovation. When we opened the windows, the smell was almost gone. But that was a particular case. Other than that, everything was great.

Cozy rooms in a convenient location with walking distance to the city center. Breakfast is good. Staff is polite and willing to help. Parking is easy around the area of the hotel, the hotel has 5 parking spots which are difficult to be free.

The matress is not comfortable. Also, since the beds do not have a headrest it would be good to have a second pillow per person, as it is presented in the room photos.

Hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the port, but as we arrived after 11pm, we got a taxi. Cost 9 euros, so not so bad. Room was fine, breakfast was ok. Probably around half hour walk to the station where we were catching a rail replacemnet bus to Kiato on our way to Athens. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Andres was great when we checked in. And Leia - she went to great lengths to find us a fan because it was humid when we got there, and the hotel a/c was not running yet. Leia is the perfect front desk person - efficient, accommodating, attentive - she made us feel welcome! The hotel had lots of hand sanitizers around. The filtered refill water station on our floor was a good bonus! The housekeeper on our floor was a joy - always smiling! Breakfast was great - lots of varieties and local food. The room was good size with lots of storage. The bathroom had no curtain or door for the shower - but surprising, the water did not overflow!!! Good drain too. Great-smelling toiletries. Bath and mat towels were thick!

the city view in our room was just directly to another building and windows where there were always people working, on the pictures it s totally different view and seems that there is a balcony, in general I don’t mind to pay extra for the room with balcony but no one offered and I don’t see an option to book here another type. In a breakfast my husband found a hair in his food, so couldn’t enjoy it

Nice modern room. Big TV screen. Nice shower utilities like shampoo/shower gel, hand soap and bodylotion. The breakfast is amazing. Great variety of delicious, healthy and sweet food. Lighting and other electricity options are very well thought of. This hotel has the potential to be 4 stars.

Upon arrival the window didn't open, and the shower head was a bit loose which is why the water goes everywhere but straight down. Fixing it went very fast! Yet upon a short stay I didn't want to be dealing with these problems.

Each room has a closed and disinfected water bottle for each person. This allows unlimited and free drinking from the water dispensers located on each floor. The hotel is environmentally friendly because it also aims to reduce the use of plastic

Closed parking was unfortunately limited and I was not able to use it, but parking on the street is free

The breakfast was as you would expect normally from a larger hotel with plenty of choice and very friendly and helpful staff there to make you fresh coffee : food felt home made and it is of very good quality while there were changes from day to day to some dishes. both hot and cold breakfast was served. The staff from reception especially, to housekeeping and breakfast were amazing. on my second evening the receptionist even came down to help me to a space tahr eas not visible from the entrance. The location is great for the port, and great for those who don’t wish to be at the centre but wish to be close at roughly 10 minutes walk.

It is not that i did not like it really but the temperature (with 3 degrees celsius outside) felt quite warm for my taste and i opened the windows to try and keep the temperature at about 26 degrees. the parking was tight with 7 spaces but you can get prong with camera protection at the main entrance. the location worked for me but if i was not with a car and wanted to visit the city i would have preferred a more central hotel

It is not quite usual that in order to enter the hotel you have to turn back to the sea. The only thing that was between the hotel and the sea is the road and the parking place for the buses. But it does not affect the staying. I was unlucky not to have he room with the view, but anyway, the room was spacious and perfectly clear. Oh, and the bed... It was difficult to get up from such comfortably bed. For me it was perfect. Breakfast was very good: for English breakfast lovers, for traditional cuisine lovers, for sweet lovers, anyone could find something. It is close to the train station, not the main one, but there were trains every one hour to the center, which was half an hour distance walking. But close there's Cathedral and streets full of great restaurants.

My room was next to the reception, without almost any view, the only windowa was for the courtyard, mostly closed with the window shutters as the room was at the ground floor. And I could hear any guest coming, as there's something wrong with soundproofing of the room. And that's all. The rest was very good.
