Excellent location if you are coming off the ferry or wish to explore Patras. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice in a small room above reception. The room was tiny but excellently equipped.

Why provide a kettle with one lemon tea bag and nothing else? Complimentary Still water in the fridge was very welcome as was the chocolate bar (€3). Single bed but then it was a single room. Parking was on the street outside and free until 10 am when a ticket from a local stall was required.

The location was close to the main attractions and public transportation. The staff were helpful, especially Gina at the front desk. Breakfast was included in the price of my room and it was perfect, with a variety of options such as pastries, cheeses, charcuterie, jams, various omelettes, cereal, as well as coffee, tea, and juices. Daily housekeeping was provided, keeping the room clean and comfortable throughout my stay.

Great location for restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. 30 mins walk from ferry and 10min walk to bus/train station. The room and bathroom were modern and very clean with a nice balcony and city view. The breakfast we thoroughly enjoyed with a good variety of food. And the staff were very helpful in terms of early check in/bag storage. Totally recommend.

Perfect location and facilities. The customer service was great and the stuff were friendly and acted as true professionals. The room was clean and comfy in all of its aspects. They provided clean towels and tided the room every single day. Breakfast was rich and with a wide variety of savory and sweet foods. It was close to the city center and to one of the municipal parking lots of the city.

No parking at all Very tiny rooms, be ready for really matchbox size of rooms. No desk to work with my computer. For business Travellers not a good option. No good lighting Not possible to order in the room if you work until late.

Exceptional Service. We were two families with four rooms. I was so impressed with how they treated us. They helped us find parking when we arrived very late in the evening Our children weren’t feeling very well the next day so they let us stay a little later while the adults walked around to see the city. Clean rooms. Great brunch.

Our ferry was very late, requiring special instructions. We were very stressed, but reception was so kind and clear over the phone and via email. She even went up early with our room key to start the AC. Because we were so late, she offered us a later checkout. The triple room was exactly what we needed. Breakfast the next morning was delicious!

I think it was the best hotel experience we’ve ever had!

I would recommend that the breakfast be served on the ground floor... there is more room vs. the mezzanine level. Furthermore, this would create more happening at the hotel and could lead to serving walk-in customers and thus maximising sales!! Good position. Breakfast looked very nice but I couldn't have any as I was in Patra for hospital appointment. Hotel staff very pleasant and helpful. Allowed us to leave luggage at hotel as we did not know how long I would be at hospital.

I personally don't like wet rooms. I much prefer a proper shower cubicle. That was the only complaint I had against the hotel.

Hotel is very centrally located. You can walk to all the attractions of the city! Staff was simply amazing! Special thanks to Tzina who took great care of me, suggesting amazing places for food and wine. Love the hotel. Strongly reccomending it!
