Everything that is needed is supplied or available. They accommodated an unexpected booking change, and their manager-barman, Dimitri, was an excellent host. He was a bright, intelligent man who was well-informed of the area. The lift was great for access to our room, and the top floor gave an excellent view of the old harbour and islands beyond. The taxi is right outside the entrance, should you need one

Eating the breakfast supplied later than others, reduced my vegetarian choices but so be it.

The hotel is close to the seafront and is a 25 minute walk from the Roman Odeon and another 10 minutes to Patras Castle so is well located. It is next to a busy street but my 4th floor room was surprisingly quiet. The room was bright. clean and well furnished and had a small balcony with table and two chairs so it was pleasant to be able to sit outside. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast had a good selection.

According to the description "Free public parking is possible at a location nearby". However it is a busy shopping area and roads are congested so it may take a while to find a parking spot. I was lucky enough to be able to park almost opposite the hotel and the receptionist helpfully advised me not to move my car as it would be very difficult to find another place.

I arrived early, and was given my room key immediately. There is a lift, which I was glad for as I was on the 6th floor. My room had a tiny balcony, and looked out over the street. The staff were all very polite and efficient. The hotel did not appear to be busy, but it's in a great location, very near the port, and within easy walking distance of the centre, and the castle. The breakfast was adequate; I would have liked to see alternative milk (such as oat or soya) on offer. It was all fresh however, and there was a reasonable variety for all tastes.

There was no extra bedding in the room, and the beds just had a sheet and a very thin cover on. I had to use the covers from both beds in order to be warm enough at night.

Clean and comfortable. Nice entrance lobby. Friendly staff with good English. A pleasant breakfast. Good WiFi. Excellent location for exploring Patras.

The shower had so many options (jets etc) that I couldn't figure out how it worked! Ended up having a cold shower. Cleaning seemed to begin at 9am. And not a problem for me but there are a couple of steps to navigate to the elevator, might be an issue for older/disabled guests.

The receptionists are very nice, friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the heart of the city, close to the restaurants, St Andrew Cathedral and the Lighthouse. The room was cleaned every day, towels changed, as well. Parking is available in a 2 min walk from the hotel (free public parking inside the port area).

There are no vegetables and no fruits for breakfast. Greece is the country of oranges. It is surprising there were none available for the customers. There is limescale on the shower cabin. In our room, at least. The bathroom is clean, the tiles are ok, but the limescale may leaves a wrong impression. With some cleaning solutions, it could look better.

Totally recommend it! You get more than you pay. It was more like a 3 star hotel rather than two. The room was bigger than usual hotel rooms we stayed in, the breakfast had warm food and fruits as well, the towels were changed daily and there was a 24/7 reception. And the hotel is in the old city area, pretty close to a supermarket and to the bus station. The staff were very polite and attentive to our needs.

Great location with free parking nearby. Friendly staff. Pleasant reception and breakfast area . Good showers with plenty of hot water. Staff were responsive and provided extra pillows when we requested them

Dated rooms that need an upgrade. The bedding was clean, but it was old and faded and looked unattractive. Only one cup in a double room for two visitors, one teabag no coffee and the floor had not been swept . Cleaning needs more attention to detail.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There's free parking available at the port which is very close from the hotel but keep in mind that during summer it can be difficult to find a parking spot.

The bed mattress was uncomfortable. It was really hard to flush the toilet because the button was broken.

Location of the hotel, a 10-minute walk from the railway station and close to restaurants. Attentive staff. It was possible to store the suitcase in the hotel after check-out.

Some noise in the room from the cars in the street in front of the hotel. Breakfast without daily bread.

Very warm and welcoming staff who obviously care about providing a great guest experience. Good breakfast that included fresh fruit. Well located - very close to numerous restaurants, cafes, and handy to the port for catching the ferry to Kefalonia/Ithaca.

Sleep disturbance from noise of neighbouring rooms' doors slamming hard repeatedly late at night. Sound insulation of rooms not great.
