Exceptional Stay at Maison Grecque! We had a truly wonderful experience at Maison Grecque Hotel Extraordinaire. The hotel is beautifully designed with a unique blend of elegance and charm — every corner feels thoughtfully curated. Our room was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable, with all the little details that make a difference. The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and were always happy to help with local tips and recommendations. The location is perfect — quiet yet very central, with easy access to the main sights and restaurants. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, served with care in a lovely setting. Overall, it was a memorable and relaxing stay. We would absolutely recommend Maison Grecque to anyone visiting the area and look forward to returning in the future!

I travel A LOT all over the world and I haven’t had this level of service in any 4-star hotel ever. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. The room and all hotel areas were flawlessly clean. The traditional, carefully curated decoration of the hotel is something we will remember. They even offered us a cute little bed for our doggie and treats for us and for our dog upon arrival. If you go to Patra for any reason, this is the place. Don’t go anywhere else. You thought this was all? Not really … they even had a menu for pillows!!! As if the comfy bed and their excellent, default pillows were not enough. Lovely breakfast buffet with a combination of English and Greek breakfast too!

One aspect I truly appreciated about the hotel was the impeccable service and the courteous staff. The facilities were complete, the cleanliness was exemplary, and nothing useful was missing from the room. Take into account that we booked a large room, I think not all rooms have the same size. Additionally, I was impressed by the tasteful décor of the spaces, the building itself, and the superb location—just a stone’s throw from Psila Alonia.

There was nothing truly negative, no matter how odd that may seem! :)

I booked a double room and got one on the 2nd floor. Room was clean, everything was functional if not very spacious. Decor is old fashioned with a lot of wood and heavy fabrics. Bed was comfortable! Shower had hot water that took a little time to arrive, same with the AC cool air. Location is great! few minutes walk to the city center, bars and shopping, in a relatively quiet street.

I arrived on an early morning flight on a hot day and was aching for a shower, but was informed that my room will not be ready on time (15:00). At the end I got to check in an hour late.

Super ! Lovely hotel tucked up a side street with little balconies - I had a single room but had the most comfortable double bed ( coco mat mattress)- I arrived by taxi on a Sunday after and the reception lady was so helpful- she explained the hotel and even gave me some fresh milk at my request for my cup of tea- kettles etc in bedroom Convenient for all the sites - would stay again - very good value - thank you !

The interior of the hotel and of the rooms is amazingly beautiful, really...very aesthetically pleasing. Everything in the room and bathroom functioned well (save the valuables safe which was not working). The shower was a bit small for me. The room lighting was attractive and subtle but I could have used maybe one brighter light at night to read by. Noise was fairly minimal, except during the day when the housekeepers were cleaning.

The reception staff was kind and accommodating. A main problem was with the housekeeper who, when she cleaned my room, took important items away which were not replaced: a second set of towels, a second glass, a spoon for stirring coffee, etc. This was mystifying, so I did not have my room made-up for the last night or two I stayed. Also, breakfast choices looked paltry, and I did not eat there at all. I liked the location a lot...and although if you get stuck with one of the street windows, you'd better bring the earplugs...

This is our third stay at Maison Grecque and it won’t be our last! The hotel and rooms are lovely and within easy walking distance of the castle, the Roman Odeion and the bars/taverns of Trion Navarchon. But what makes it really special are the wonderful staff, we’d give them twenty out of ten if we could!

A really nicely appointed hotel in a great location. Super friendly reception team. Delightful lobby. I was offered fab biscuits on arrival. Very high standards of decoration and spotless throughout. Great location too with all the shops and cafes nearby. A nice walk to the port for the ferry too. Highly recommend this hotel.

A little gem of a hotel in Patra. The staff were really helpful and welcoming. The room was fantastic. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. We had such a long travelling day and it was the perfect place to relax and feel comfortable. The breakfast was great too and very good value.

The shower was excellent, the location very convenient and the room was pretty. The staff was impeccable, polite, helpful and always with a smile!

When we arrived we were put in the attic room which has no windows (!). I am a bit claustrophobic and also I find it very hard to stay in a room that dark. There were 2 covered skylights but overall not something you would like to spend more than 1 evening in. I asked for another room and the staff immediately put us in a very nice well lit room with a balcony. So no problems there. I believe that the attic room should be clearly advertised as such at the time of the booking. I wouldn't want to think what would happen if we had that room and no possibility to change it- if the hotel was full for example.
