Amazing place! Great staff-everyone is nice, welcoming and very helpful! The rooms are big, clean and have all the things you need for a nice family vacation. The swimming pool was very nice and we had a great time in it. The view, facilities and parking were also great. A good breakfast was served every day with fresh ingredients and tasty food. We loved everything about the place and definitely plan to stay there again in our next visit to Pelion. Thank you for the great experience and memories🙏🏼

Location was great, a few mins walk (uphill on way back) from the village centre with shops and eateries - we walked up and back a few times a day. Breakfast was a very good buffet with lots of options. The staff were very friendly and helpful, those on the front desk spoke excellent English. When I had a small maintenance issue in the room, it was fixed immediately and did not reoccur. The room was big enough for the three of us, and had a fab view over the pool and mountains. The swimming pool was big and clean, and we enjoyed the outdoor bar next to it. Overall it was a quiet and restful stay, and a great location for day trips to surrounding mountain villages. Highly recommend.

Excellent breakfast, large spread with variety, although the hotel was almost empty (only 4-5 rooms were occupied during our stay). The staff was very friendly all the time. The room was very spacious and extremely warm (visited at the end of the winter). We stayed for 3 nights, after the second night they changed the towels and sheets without any prompt from us.

The hotel is placed at the high edge of the Village; it is on the top of the mountain slop. You have to use a very steep path to get to and from the centre of the village. During our stay this was not an issue, we could move by car because the place was empty. During the high season, this is impossible, so you have to walk. The distance to the centre of the village is only 250 metres (200 in strait line) but you have to ascent/descent 80-100 metres in this distance in a stone paved path.

Good, quiet location, within walking distance from Portaria center. Spacious parking and comfortable room, with a nice view to Volos. All the staff was always polite, friendly and helpful.

The breakfast could be richer and more versatile (not the same every day). The noise insulation in the room was inadequate, so it can be a problem in case of noisy neighbors.

The hotel itself was terrific. We had a very spacious view with a view overlooking the pool. More generally the views from that part of the world were great.

The pool had been out of action and was only being re-filled when we visited. (So, it was still out of action.) Without knowing for certain, I suspect that this may have been a consequence of the floods that had hit that part of the world. There was plenty of evidence of flood damage as we drove to the hotel, even though the hotel itself is quite high up a mountain. Indeed, the road immediately outside the entrance to the hotel had been largely washed away and what was left was in a poor way. Of course, none of that is the hotel's fault. Otherwise, there was much to like.

Very nice hotel with all the facilities you need, especially private parking (which few hotels have). Spacious and beautifully decorated rooms and bathrooms, terraces with a beautiful panorama towards Volos (spectacular sunset). I received a free room upgrade and I really appreciated it. Friendly and helpful staff. I recommend the hotel for a pleasant stay.

Breakfast can be improved with vegetables, salads and a little more fruits.

The location was great, 3 minutes from the center of Portaria. The rooms (interconnected rooms) were excellent with a mini-salon between them with a lot of places to put the luggage. We really loved it and the children as well

Actually, we loved almost everything. The only thing the children complained about was the swimming pool because it was not so clean and they felt an irritation in their eyes

Hotel looks like a small Greek village ) All was very good! They have parking, the host is very welcoming . We had mistake in a booking (made by us while booking) but they offered room upgrade free of charge . Thanks a lot we enjoyed our stay! Breakfast is magnificent .

Nice location, pool, good hospitality.

Non residents are welcomed to the pool and pool bar and very soon pool area becomes crowded and otherwise very calming atmosphere with great view becomes unpleasant.

The suites are big, 2 adults+ 3 kids fit, the pool was attractive and the pool bar and lobby restaurant was very great
