It was easy to find

The lift is ridiculous it only holds 2 people at a time and was always getting stuck.

The breakfast buffet was very good, the service personell were always nice and helpful, they ordered us a taxi to the airport at the end of our stay. There are a lot of good bars and restaurants near the hotel, and the Old City is within walking distance (12-15 mins).

We were on the top floor, so our WiFi was not always great. And since the balcony was on the overlooking west side of the island, the winds were so strong and the air so humid that we cound not dry our clothes. A drying rack would be helpful in the room.

We were very happy with the hotel and the staff were very pleasant and helpfull, from the reception, dining room and cleaning lady, all were most helpfull no complaints whatsoever

The only complaint I would make is the lack of variation for the breakfast , it was the same every day, the hot food even though was mainly greek food, it was the same daily,but there was plenty of it and there was plenty of staff clearing up. Maybe a little more variation would be an improvement,

I liked the variation of breakfast(eggs,croissants, fruits, yogurt,cornflakes, desserts etc). Room was cleaned every morning by a very nice lady and we were on the 6th floor so the view was very nice. Pool was clean but seats were taken as soon it would open. I saw complaints about noise from the bars but once you close the window you can't hear anything. Everything was so close location was perfect

The curtain shower could not detain the water so bathroom would flood every single time. Also sink in bathroom didn't close properly at first so u had to make sure it was closed every time. Beds are on wheels so would move throughout the nights-also quite uncomfortable. Channels on TV mostly other languages (barely any English) .

The reception/breakfast staff were super friendly, polite and very helpful. Our cleaning lady was so lovely and worked very hard. The sea view from our balcony was spectacular (top floor). The room was spacious, the bathroom was small but not a problem. Tea/coffee facilities in the room would have been a bonus but all provided during breakfast service. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of hot and cold food, along with cereals, fruit, sweets, pastries etc. The pool was very clean, and Alex, the bar man, was really nice and informative on where to go to eat in the evening. The location was perfect for the beach & new town. The old town was approximately a 15 minute walk.

Bar street was extremely loud, into the early hours (end of September visit). This is not a complaint, but if you are a light sleeper or you like a long, peaceful sleep, maybe request a room away from bar street

A very good, basic hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and were always willing to help. Our room and the public areas were kept clean. Breakfast was really good with a lot of different options. Nice location, a short walk to every side of the town and a nice view to Windy beach.

Beds weren't the most comfortable. AC wasn't super efficient but still cooled down our room enough. Some noise was coming from the bar street but at least closing the balcony door properly blocked most of it.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel in Rhodes and had an absolutely amazing experience! The hotel was incredibly clean, well-organized, and beautifully maintained — it instantly made me feel relaxed and welcome. My room was spacious, stylishly decorated, and most importantly, spotlessly clean. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking sea view from the balcony — waking up to that view every morning was unforgettable. The staff were truly exceptional — so kind, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their warm and professional attitude made my stay even more enjoyable and personal. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and had a good variety of options to suit all tastes. The breakfast area was cozy and inviting — a perfect start to the day. The only small issue was that the music from nearby bars could be a little loud at night, which might bother light sleepers. But honestly, everything else was so wonderful that it didn’t take away from the overall great experience. All in all, this hotel is a gem! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rhodes who’s looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay with stunning sea views and top-notch service. I would definitely love to come back in the future! 💙🌊✨

The staff were great, location perfect for us - near the beach and bars/ nightlife

Some building work near by - but didn’t really bother us and not the fault of the hotel.

We lived on the top floor, facing the city, the sea, and the swimming pool. It was October, and the weather was warm, so there was no need for air conditioning. The room itself is medium in size. The fridge worked well, and they brought us electric cattle, too. The best thing about this hotel is its location — close to the beach and the old city.

The area is a bit noisy at night—a bar street is very close. The shower was uncomfortable—only a curtain separated it from the toilet space.

Reception staff, think it was Dimitri, was excellent. Dealt politly & with great patiance with an obnoxious guest... Room on the 6th was quiet as we requested, bed was fine for us. Breakfast was very good & the staff were excellent. Only a overnighter before the airport so not used any of the facilities.

The safe was broken. Shower was old style with a curtain, not like the photos. Bathroom was very clean though. No real complaints though. Just to point out.
