As soon as I arrived the staff were very friendly and helpful. Anytime I needed anything they always had the right attitude to help and resolve any issues. My room was a decent size. Not the most spacious but it was enough for me. Two single beds (together as a double) were comfortable and there were extra pillows and blankets available in the wardrobe. The balcony might not have had the best view (other hotel rooftops) but it captures the sun from early on meaning its nice to sit out with a coffee etc. Bathroom was small with a shower. Adequate enough but the only things I'd point out was not storage for any toiletries. The hairdryer was broken, however staff were happy to have this repaired. I didnt use the pool area but I could see that effort has been made to make it a good standard. Pity that there isnt much sunlight captured. There's a nice rooftop bar, which unfortunately wasnt open during my stay as I was there a little before season. All in all it was a nice stay and I'd recommend it.

The lift was a little clunky, which for people who don't like lifts might not like. I can't really highlight anything else.

Great and clean hotel 1 street Away from the sea. You just have to accept the fact that you might not be able to sleep before 11pm because of other people having fun around. Reception works 24/7 and staff of the hotel Is very kind and helpfull. For me this hotel was just great and it deserves better rating. Dont be afraid to go there, you wont be dissapointed. Its more like a 3 star hotel. 9/10

The hotel is in a very good location ( depending on the wind direction you are in a walking distance from different beaches). I like their little swimming pool. Helpful, friendly stuff, decent size of rooms, comfortable beds…..

I couldn’t sleep several nights- till three o’clock in the morning people would smash doors of their rooms so loudly that tha walls of rooms was shaking. There was no quiet time after 11pm it was nightmare…..

From the family owned atmosphere starting with the efficient yet friendly reception ladies right through to the quiet conscientious room cleaning …. And there’s a pool & fabulous roof garden in Summer … Also there’s probably the best breakfast in Rhodes available for just €5.00

My go to hotel for stays on Rhodes. Yes I have had issues with the room but the staff say they will fix it AND do fix it ! I simply can't fault for always coming up with the goods ..... all issues are always solved if there are any. Thanks will be back Sept / Oct.

Very close to the Grand Master's Palace, and Mandraki port. The hotel is in a small quiet street near to beach. Helpful staff, we could leave the luggage in the reception on the last day.

There was no kettle in the room

This is my go to hotel in Rhodes town. Ideally located for shops , short walk to old town, acropolis, scooter hire . When asked for things that are out of the ordinary they try their best to help. Full.marks for this place.

I don't understand why this hotel has that bad review? It's lovely place to stay, everything was clean and fresh. Girls in the reception polite and nice. But the best is location close to everything you can walk to the town or beach.

Location was great, room basic but comfy. Nice balcony.

Not the hotel fault but the day we arrived the construction work began on the property next to the hotel, workers putting up metal fence making horrible noise.
