Not organized with the booking of restaurants thru the app Also when you check in you are told the pool lounges are monitored if you aren’t there for half hour they allow someone else to sit this doesn’t happen and it’s hard to get a lounge near the main pool area unless you are there at 7 in the morning

### Hotel Review I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mostly positive experience. Here's a detailed review based on my stay: **Room and View:** The room was spacious and offered a beautiful view, which I appreciated every morning. **Breakfast and Drinks:** The breakfast selection was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Similarly, the drink selection was impressive, both in terms of variety and quality. **Staff and Service:** The staff were always friendly and accommodating, which made the stay much more pleasant. Their helpfulness and positive attitude were consistent throughout my visit. **Dinner and Additional Restaurants:** The dinner options were diverse and changed regularly, ensuring that it never got boring. The additional on-site restaurants also offered high-quality meals, providing even more variety and culinary delight. **Beach and Pool:** One of the highlights was the availability of free spots on the beach, making it easy to enjoy the seaside. **Gym and Activities:** The cardio equipment in the indoor gym was good, and the outdoor gym was a nice addition. However, due to the heat, the outdoor gym was only usable in the mornings or late evenings. **Overall:** Overall, my stay was very enjoyable with a few minor drawbacks. The early morning brightness and the competition for pool benches were small inconveniences in an otherwise excellent stay. The great food, drinks, and exceptional staff made it a memorable experience. I would recommend this hotel, especially for those who enjoy a good variety of dining options and a beautiful beach setting.

**Room and View:** The blinds didn't shut completely, making it quite bright by 5:30 AM. This early light made it difficult to sleep in, which was a bit of a downside. **Drinks:** I noticed some inconsistency depending on who was serving, which could be improved for a more uniform experience. **Pool:** The pool benches were often taken by 10 AM, which meant having to be early to secure a spot. **Gym and Activities:** It would be great if the indoor gym had longer opening hours to provide more flexibility.

The hotel is directly on the beach, no crossing roads. There is a nice beach bar. The staff is very friendly and the food is very nice. The bus stop to Rodos city is right in front of the hotel.

The water in the pools was quite cold (it was October though).

Mostly the service, also very clean hotel. The stuff is great, allways made us feel comfortable, actully the stuff is what makes this hotel so good. The allinclusive was really good, and good quality, the hotel is very family freandly, for those who just want to relax and chill quitly.

Lack of closets and mirrors in our room, we stayed at a family loft. Also the shower design was poor, i was allways afraid to spil water from the shower, but nothing horrible frankly. Lack of beds in the pools was some times uncomfortable.

We arrived on a Thursday morning and were greeted with a welcome drink at the lobby bar. Our luggage was taken aside for us and everything concerning restaurants, bars and times was explained. We changed clothes in the lobby bathroom and went to the beach. The pool loungers/chairs were already taken but at the beach you‘ll always find a couple of spare beach chairs. We received a call when our room was ready and we were taken to said room (815) Our luggage arrived shortly after. The room was located in the annex building on the third floor. It was very clean, the bed was amazingly soft. The side sea view was breathtaking. We dined at all a la carte restaurants: The Rose, Fine Dining: great service, the lobster menu was delicious and well thought out. The Italian Restaurant (our absolut favorite!!) : the service was incredible. Everyone was so welcoming, attentive and kind. One of our servers was Diogenis’, he was outstandingly great at his job! The best service we’ve had at this hotel. He went above and beyond for us. Our drinks were always fully filled thanks to Diogenis. Thank you so much. We loved the Italian restaurant. The Asiana was really good, nothing too special. The salmon was great! The Greek restaurant: food amazing, service was not the best. Our drinks were not refilled. We left after 25 minutes of waiting for our drinks (after dessert of course). The Dama Dama Restaurant and the Beach Bar Buffet always had a great selection. I loved the breakfast, my husband loved the lunch selection. AMAZING Desserts at the Dama Dama. The Beach Bar has real good drinks, crepes and Ice cream. We usually waited for 5 minutes or less. We can recommend the Kylie Minogue 0% Sparkling Rosé. Our absolute favorite drinks, since we don’t drink much alcohol. Sometimes the waiter/baarkeeper say the don’t have a bottle open/ready/chilled but just insist and they usually have it ready for you in few minutes. It’s worth it!

I would definitely recommend this hotel for families. Our trip there was memorable. From the moment we arrive, the staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The pool was one of the highlights, spent a lot of time there with my kids. The beach bar was also a great addition as you are able to grab a drink or something to eat with amazing views. Over all, we are super glad we chose this hotel and plan to return.

Only thing I was disappointed about was not being able to reserve a table at any of the restaurants located in the hotel. We were only able to book on one of the evening we were there. It seems that they were always full even though I did message the hotel ahead of time before we arrived to see if we could get a table on any of the other nights. But besides that, no complaints : )

We were a little anxious, in advance, because there are a lot of large hotel / resorts in Rhodes, and the all-inclusive packages usually come with compromises. We needn't have worried. The hotel, the facilities, the beach, the food / drink, were all excellent - but most of all the standard of service, and friendliness of staff, was exceptional. We could not have asked for more. The common spaces of the hotel are all of a high standard and the rooms we stayed in were recently renovated, a good size, and cleaned / stocked on a daily basis. We did make the decision to upgrade to the Lux Me Panoramic Guestroom Sea View rooms, rather than the superior Guestview Sea View rooms, and I think this was a good decision - while the original rooms were located in the same building, they did not appear to have been renovated and looked to be a bit darker and more dated - the panaramic rooms also had glass balconies which meant the view of the sea was unobstructed. At the end of the day, for a family holiday, this hotel really delivered - and, as I say, the staff were well trained and genuinely interested in guest experience and welfare.

A small thing but, while the hotel reception / bar area is large and airy, the arrangement of seating in the common lobby areas was just not conducive to a relaxed evening at the bar. The service was great, and the lobby is well presented, but the vibe was more airport lounge than hotel lounge. Also, while the air conditioning in the rooms was highly effective throughout the stay, there were occasional unpleasant smells caused by the system. These are small things, overall, and the hotel should be a very serious consideration for any family / couple looking to travel to Rhodes, and wanting to find a relaxed environment (rather than the party / club scene that many other hotels have).

The staff is very nice, they really try to make it happen the requests coming from the customers. Also, the area of the main pool is quite nice and the food in the a la carte restaurants in very good. The bar at the beach is also nicely located and makes a good spot to have a afternoon break. One big plus is the entertainment for the kids and adults every evening. That is quite well done.

The cleanliness of the pools (specially the kids pool) and the dishes at the buffet restaurants definitely needs to improve. The availability of umbrellas and seats in the kids area also needs to be more though through. Some of the internal policies of the hotel are not fully updated in the Booking.com site which should be fixed asap to avoid misunderstanding. One additional point, would be great to put blinders in the windows of the rooms to avoid the sun light in the morning and also each room should have a small table/desk to accommodate better whomever needs to work with a computer. The shower in the rooms are also not a real shower, but rather a bathtub where you need to hold the bathtub hose (this last one they fixed for us during our stay).

Big pool, close to the beach, all inclusive buffet was great for families, our room (a 2-bedroom bungalow) was perfect for a family with kids too young for a separate room of their own.

The hotel closed for the season the day after we left. We knew that some of the facilities and food options etc would wind down in the last couple of days, but I was a bit surprised that in the last day or so a lot of the basic cleaning and tidying stopped happening and staff seemed to go "off duty".

Very beautifully set out, great beach bar and food. Staff really helpful and bedrooms pleasant and roomy. Fabulous pool and loungers.

Had a shocking experience trying to book the restaurants, the app doesn't work properly, and we wanted the Asian as we'd taken mum here for her 80th Birthday present, for 4 nights, but despite constant trips to reception daily it was never resolved. On final day they offered the Rose fine dining but wish we'd stuck with the buffet. This just spoilt what was otherwise a lovely stay, they have to sort this out. This is OK but definitely too small for busy season. And shocked to find the gym didn't open until 10am as its inside the spa, not good at all, they get around this advertising an outdoor gym too but weather worn ropes, few bikes that didn't work, dodgy weights on rough decking - again this needs sorting out. Great shame these two problems would stop me returning here.
