Excellent hotel, excellent facilities, large swimming pools, taste and rich breakfast, large and bright rooms with fantastic sea view, wide choice of different restaurants. Ease to reach from the airport. Taxi service is too expensive, so you can take a local bus, # 50 or 51, just for 3,5 euros, directly to the hotel. Bus stop is located in few meters from the airport door, take the left turn. Rhodes city is also easy to reach by local bus. So, very good hotel and in very convenient location. Highly reccomeded!

Very uncomfortable period for swimming pool: from 10 AM till 6 PM.

The sea in this side of the island isn't relax

We enjoyed all the facilities the hotel had to offer including the various amenities and restaurants within the campus. The breakfast was also good. I also enjoyed the spa facilities, the convenient mini market within the hotel. The kids club was also a great offering.

There were unexpected fire alarms two nights in a row around 2 and 3am in the wee hours. These were apparently triggered by someone playing around with the alarms. Whilst it was bearable for the adults to cope with sleep disruption, the little kids had a tough time as it was alarming. Not to mention, if there should be a real fire alarm people may not take it seriously.

We had a great time! the hotel is beautiful. I recommend only getting the sea view rooms- Our room was clean, large and very comfortable. the bathroom was great. we had an amazing view. The staff is amazing. there was never a line to the elevator or to the reception. The pool is super chill, and slightly small. You have families but the guests are nice and relaxed, not too much going on at the pool and we liked this. The Spa is amazing. The Greek restaurant for lunch is recommended (not for free) The food is great during the morning. The evenings are ok, overall good experience. It was slightly weird they dont have any free drinks during the evening, including water. The beach is ok but we rented a car and visited other beaches so I would recommend this to all. The location is comfortable- airport, old city in a short distance- other great beaches are in 15-25 minutes drive. I would go back

The pool is open only from 10. for us it was way too late... beach facilities can be upgraded but we didnt really use them. the mini club can have more open hours

We booked 2 rooms, one for us and the kids and one for the grandparents. They managed to put us on the same floor but not too close since the hotel was booked (I asked in advance and they said they don't save the rooms ahead of time). But that wasn't really an issue. The pool area was great, there were a lot of options for activities for the kids. Everyone in the pool brought their beach balls and other games and allowed a very calm and enjoyable stay in the pool. There were no restrictions or friction. The staff even broight out a water volleyball net for the pool for anyone to join and it was so fun. The rooms are clean and there was enough space for the four of us. We had the sea view and it was amazing! Every night and morning we went out for the view. You can see the sunset perfectly over the water. The breakfast is great, with lots of choices. We also ate in Aquamarine in the outside space overlooking the pool a few times. It was also great. The staff in the dining room and especially on the reception is very nice and helpful. And to top it all off we played mini golf in the evening before our checkout, and it was a great finale. So fun. We missed the game room and the escape room just because we didn't have enough time. We will definitely come back for them. Great hotel, great rooms, food, and activities!

The beds were a bit soft for my taste but it didn't matter to me at all.

The staff understands/ understood the there are various issues, however they tried their best to improve it

Excellent hotel….easy check in….excellent breakfast buffet selection….spotlessly clean throughout….the sea view room views are glorious….unfortunately we had a Mountain View!….very small balcony and not much daylight coming into the room….room was clean,comfy beds and pillows…lovely rooftop bar…service a little slow…pool areas are well maintained…no rush for the sun beds either!

The private beach area across the busy road has nowhere to get drinks or refreshments from…

The hotel is extremely clean and spacious. the pools were warm and was useable during this time of year, mini-golf was super fun! the best thing in the hotel is the spa, best spa I have ever been at!

The food. Breakfast was fine, not more not less. everyday is the same, exactly the same there isn’t even one change in the buffet. Dinner was expensive with no drinks included in the price and was very standard- nothing special and tested just fine.

Hotel in amazing location literally 100m from beach. Rooms where large and very spacious. Everything about the entertainment to the staff was top quality. Only 15 mins from rhodes town which is a must and a 15 drive to the airport ,all on your doorstep for a lovely holiday

After a very confusing and disturbing check in which took too long after sitting at the pool for nearly 2hr in my jeans. The all inclusive package was OK but food was bland but sadly left early due to the poor weather

The staff were professional and were always ready to help and respond very quickly every time I had a question or an issue. Food in breakfast lunch and supper was great. Every day there were new delicious meals. Billiard was fun. Spa was amazing. Designed with modern luxus interior. Professional staff. A bit expensive but worth it. I expected the hotel to be bigger with more entertainment facilities like bowling...the lounge bar and first floor terrace were fun to relax with a cold drink esp. With the sea breeze.

Coffee machine was awful. Didn't like any option like espresso or latte. Lights in room and bathroom could be better. I expected the room to be a bit bigger. Bed was two seperate beds even though I ordered one full bed for a couple. Staff immediately brought a big full mattress though.
