I think the only thing is the location, you don't have much near by walking. But not so far if you rent a car.

A bit tired room, no vanity mirror at the table. It would also be nice to have more charging points, tea and coffee sachets not always or scarcely replenished, not enough milk/tea for two people to have a drink unless one has camomile and another has English breakfast or Earl Grey. We have arrived by a car in the middle of the night and it’s not easy to find reception from the underground car park, some signposts would be helpful. We were wondering in a middle of a night on the ground floor trying to find check-in, everything was empty and dead but it transpired that the lobby and reception was on the 7th floor! It would be very helpful to signpost reception from the car park and from the ground floor too.

We particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet at the main restaurant, which offered a wide selection of fresh and delicious options. The room was spacious and clean, equipped with basic amenities. The multiple swimming pools were a highlight, and our kids loved them. The sunset views from the 6th floor and the clean beach are also worth mentioning.

If you order something at the pool area, be prepared for potential delays of up to an hour, assuming your order isn't forgotten altogether. Additionally, the hotel would benefit from having its own shuttle service.

The pools are awesome with lots of sun-beds and the staff are super helpful and pleasant. The room was spacious and the staff graciously allowed us a later check out due to our late flight. Free car parking was a bonus as it’s important to hire a car when visiting Rhodes. The location was good with some dining options nearby but mostly required a car to drive for these.

The room is a little tired. The furniture is quite dated. For the price point we were expecting something with a little more luxury. The meds and pillows were comfortable though.

Loved the proximity to the beach. Enjoyed all the facilities.

The live entertainment. I felt it cheapened the hotel experience; it made it feel like a package holiday rather than an upmarket hotel experience. My room was very near the main area for entertainment, and I was kept awake until 11 pm many nights. I am a keen gym goer and found the gym excellent, although I would have loved to see a barbell set and a rowing machine. One of the main machines for weights was broken, be great if they could fix these things.

Lovely hotel and we had a beautiful room.. we treated ourselves to an Agean Suite, extremely comfortable, relaxing and spotless and oh, those views over the sea. The food options were delicious and a special shout out to the amazing pool bar team who made everything fun as well as delicious! The pool areas were gorgeous and although busy did not feel cramped. The location was good in terms of how close it was to Rhodes Town but the local strip was not that enticing apart from the family run Le Gourmet restaurant. The concierge was fab giving lots of restaurant recommendations - all of which were outstanding

We are Marriott members but because I booked the stay and membership is in my husband name we could not collect the points - how ridiculous in this digital age! The restataurant teams did not look happy.. many trying very hard but also having rows in front of the guests - is this a happy ship?? Finally, getting a taxi into Rhodes Town is almost impossible in the evening in peak season .. hotels on this strip need to develop a solution rather than just saying 'the island is full, there are no taxis'

Great location, with proximity to beach and 10 minutes taxi/bus to Rhodes City. The hotel has nice pools and good restaurants. The terrace bar in the evening with the live music was a pleasant surprise. Buffet breakfast is good as well as buffet dinner.

Housekeeping was not five star…room was not cleaned as it should be at a five star. Bedding was comfortable but pillows too soft and low quality. Room is dated and should be redone. A bit Overpriced.

The location was good a lot of good places to eat around the hotel, the pools and the gym were nice, and the staff were lovely. The room was quite big

The day we arrived and wanted to take a shower, there were no shampoo and conditioner in there.. Also they didn’t change our hand towels daily which we kind of expected. Also the fact that you can’t have towels for the pool before 10am was kind of annoying cause we couldn’t go to the pool before 10am

This hotel is so luxurious and very spacious. It feels very premium compared to a lot of the other hotels in Rhodes. The breakfast setting is absolutely beautiful and the private beach facilities are amazing. Every member of staff that we encountered were very professional and friendly. The housekeeping service was very organised and the team always came early to change the sheets, make the bed and change the towels. We used the laundry service during our stay and it was very efficient & the clothes were pressed neatly. The hotel has its own mini mall! A mini supermarket, an ice cream shop, a women’s clothes store and many more! Although we didn’t use the spa facilities, it looked very relaxing and clean. The spa also seemed very spacious and a lot of treatments and services are available. Overall, I cannot fault my stay at the Sheraton and we are already looking to book again for next year!
