Breakfast was really good, with possibility to eat outside in the pool area. Selection of fresh fuits, standard english breakfast, sweets table, assorted pastry.

Fitness is really outdated, whirpool and sauna looks like from 80'. Also gym is equipped just with random machines without any logic, but standard equipment - long bars, bench, weights - is missing (seriously, who would use leg curls AND leg extension while there is no bar for squats).

I think the only thing is the location, you don't have much near by walking. But not so far if you rent a car.

The staff were super nice, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The pools are really fun and calm with plenty of sunbeds and good snack and drinks bars. Our room was well equipped, the bed was comfortable with good bathroom.

Few small things that didn't really hurt our overall good experience. We had to use two elevators to get from our room to the pool and backwards every time which was a bit uncomfortable, ask for room in floors 2 to 5 to avoid this. Surprisingly we didn't have an electric outlet near the bed. The restaurant at the hotel was very expensive, the view and service were great, but the food wasn't amazing.

We particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet at the main restaurant, which offered a wide selection of fresh and delicious options. The room was spacious and clean, equipped with basic amenities. The multiple swimming pools were a highlight, and our kids loved them. The sunset views from the 6th floor and the clean beach are also worth mentioning.

If you order something at the pool area, be prepared for potential delays of up to an hour, assuming your order isn't forgotten altogether. Additionally, the hotel would benefit from having its own shuttle service.

The pools are awesome with lots of sun-beds and the staff are super helpful and pleasant. The room was spacious and the staff graciously allowed us a later check out due to our late flight. Free car parking was a bonus as it’s important to hire a car when visiting Rhodes. The location was good with some dining options nearby but mostly required a car to drive for these.

The room is a little tired. The furniture is quite dated. For the price point we were expecting something with a little more luxury. The meds and pillows were comfortable though.

Loved the proximity to the beach. Enjoyed all the facilities.

The live entertainment. I felt it cheapened the hotel experience; it made it feel like a package holiday rather than an upmarket hotel experience. My room was very near the main area for entertainment, and I was kept awake until 11 pm many nights. I am a keen gym goer and found the gym excellent, although I would have loved to see a barbell set and a rowing machine. One of the main machines for weights was broken, be great if they could fix these things.

Great location, with proximity to beach and 10 minutes taxi/bus to Rhodes City. The hotel has nice pools and good restaurants. The terrace bar in the evening with the live music was a pleasant surprise. Buffet breakfast is good as well as buffet dinner.

Housekeeping was not five star…room was not cleaned as it should be at a five star. Bedding was comfortable but pillows too soft and low quality. Room is dated and should be redone. A bit Overpriced.

A bit tired room, no vanity mirror at the table. It would also be nice to have more charging points, tea and coffee sachets not always or scarcely replenished, not enough milk/tea for two people to have a drink unless one has camomile and another has English breakfast or Earl Grey. We have arrived by a car in the middle of the night and it’s not easy to find reception from the underground car park, some signposts would be helpful. We were wondering in a middle of a night on the ground floor trying to find check-in, everything was empty and dead but it transpired that the lobby and reception was on the 7th floor! It would be very helpful to signpost reception from the car park and from the ground floor too.

water for the first day in the room. how to disappointing to spoil our stay for two bottles of water in the room. had to order from room service. what a small complaint but important

The location was good a lot of good places to eat around the hotel, the pools and the gym were nice, and the staff were lovely. The room was quite big

The day we arrived and wanted to take a shower, there were no shampoo and conditioner in there.. Also they didn’t change our hand towels daily which we kind of expected. Also the fact that you can’t have towels for the pool before 10am was kind of annoying cause we couldn’t go to the pool before 10am
