The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the pool is great and there are plenty of comfortable sun beds. With the hotel being smaller, it was extremely peaceful, never a fight for a sun bed or seat at the restaurant. The food and drinks were great, breakfast included was a buffet with the option to pay for alternatives but we never felt the need. Drinks were made strong and fast, and reasonably priced. The room was gorgeous, we had a room with a private balcony at the back which was fantastic for night. The location is great, it’s a short 15 minute bus journey into Rhodes town, and there is a beach and plenty of bars/shops/ restaurants around. The thing that sold us was the service. Every single member of staff was exceptional, they went above and beyond to make the stay a perfect holiday. We were never waiting to be served, every staff member was chatty and eager to help. We even got jokingly told off for trying to take our empty glasses back as we “are meant to be relaxing”. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more to anyone looking for a nice getaway.

The best hotel in the area! We love the staff very much - Eva , Semis , George , Despina and all the good people there. My girlfriend and i enjoyed from the good vibes , the perfect staff and location , good swimming pool , good breakfast , all was good. We suggest for couples to upgrade the room and not to take the default one. Thank you all , thank you Eva Hope to see you again soon! <3

Staff were absolutely brilliant, Eva, George ,Simi, service and cleaning staff. Casual, relaxed atmosphere. Room was spacious and spotlessly clean, excellent shower. Food was excellent. Pool was one of the best we’ve had, with only 26 rooms and a double cabana bed for everyone, so no need to put towels out. George and Simi’s cocktails were fantastic. Location: 5 min walk to beach and local restaurants and bar. There’s a Taxi rank by beach with fixed rates to Rhodes town, €10 for 1-4 people. If you’re going to Rhodes island stay here and you won’t be disappointed. Will definitely be returning in the future. Michael and Lorraine O’Sullivan

Great pool and pool area, bar and very comfortable sun beds, enough for everyone. the internet was also working ok.

the room was ok but the view was not that great, we saw the backyard. the jacuzzi was not a build in jacuzzi but it was ok. the beach in that area was not too nice so we stood daily by the pool. breakfast did not have too many options and the coffee was not that great so i ordered each morning coffee from the bar. there were some restaurants in the area but not that many to choose from. Busy traffic in that area so if you wanted to walk to the beach or restaurant, you had to be very careful.

Location was really good, 2 minute walk to beach and 10 minute taxi to old town/ New town and the staff were amazing and ordered taxis for us whenever needed, the dinner was amazing and we stayed in for dinner a few nights as it was so lovely! Also a selection of lovely bits for lunch and the cocktails are 10/10! We stayed for 10 nights and would have happily stayed longer! We didn’t think the area was noisy at all as we had seen on the reviews & there’s a little shop a min walk away with any essentials you need. Would highly reccomend

The only thing is I’d recommend if you’ve lots of hair to bring your own hairdryer lol!

I can only confirm what many other have already mentioned: very nice and welcoming staff (it really felt like being part of the family), great breakfast buffet, big and very clean room (with major cleaning every day). Nice and calm pool area with lots of free spots and relaxed atmosphere. Good choice of very affordable dishes in the restaurant. Perfect for people who like a relaxing time, in particular grownup couples and people traveling for work who like a nice place to relax (and it was also the best place I found to work). Very good air-conditioning and you can decide yourself what room temperature you like.

Bamboo Suites Hotel is the perfect place if you are looking for a relaxing holiday. The pool area is absolutely beautiful with comfortable sun-beds, nice food and superb cocktails. The rooms are very clean and of a generous size. Ours had a lovely little terrace in front of the room with direct access to the pool. The hotel is located close to the beach, near a touristic strip with bars and restaurants. We personally preferred to take a taxi into the old town of Rhodes (only a ten minute drive) for dinner. The most outstanding factor for my husband and I was the quality of the service. It’s a small family business and you can see the passion and love for the place in all the staff. Everybody is so friendly and accommodating. Thanks to the whole team again to make our stay so special.

Nothing really. The car park of the hotel - which is very big and you can park your car for free - could do with a bit more love. It looks a little bit abandoned.

We had a wonderful time as a couple at the hotel. Overall, our vacation was very enjoyable. We loved everything about the hotel except for the breakfast setup. While the food was delicious, the format felt more like a restaurant than a typical hotel breakfast, offering only one meal per person and a choice of two drinks. if you want something extra you should pay and it's not included in the breakfast. I especially want to thank the hotel team, who made us feel like part of their family. Being a family-owned business, they provided exceptional assistance throughout our stay in Rhodes. They promptly attended to all our needs, including arranging taxis, offering recommendations for places to visit, and answering all our questions with friendliness and warmth. The rooms were impeccably clean and spacious. Our room even had a balcony overlooking the pool, which was just a few meters away—a fantastic setup. The hotel maintains a quiet atmosphere, perfect for those seeking relaxation. The hotel is conveniently located, with the old town being a 10-minute taxi ride away, costing approximately 10 euros. Overall, it was a stunning vacation, and I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again in the future.

Perfect week away at Bamboo Suites. The pool area was absolutely beautiful and had plenty of sun beds available all day. The sunbeds were extremely comfy so was able to relax all day long. The hotel rooms were very modern and the beds very comfy. The rooms were cleaned every day. The food and cocktails around the pool was excellent quality! The location is a 15 minute walk to restaurants and a short taxi ride to Rhodes old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A huge mention to Ismail who made our week away very special! Ismail was there every day greeting us with a big smile in the morning. Ismail was very friendly and did everything he could to ensure we had the best stay possible. Ismail was always there to help with our food and drinks order and we had lots of jokes with him throughout the week. Ok

I couldn’t recommend this hotel anymore. As soon as I walked in i knew we were going to have a lovely stay. Location - Perfect! 10 minute drive to old town and a short walk away from shops, bars and restaurants. Room - Very spacious and extremely clean Food - Breakfast was very nice with a good amount of options to choose from Pool - Very well maintained and clean with very comfortable sunbeds. It was nice to be a in a smaller hotel as we had lots of beds to choose from! Staff - Incredibly friendly! They were extremely helpful with recommendations on where to go and anything we needed they helped us very quickly! They also booked taxi’s for us everyday whenever we needed them! If you are looking to go anywhere in Rhodes, book bamboo suits, you will have a great stay and will not regret it! If I ever go back, I will definitely book this hotel!

Nothing negative about this property! One suggestion though: 1) A long mirror would be helpful. This is just a personal preference as myself and my partner prefer getting changed / doing makeup in a longer mirror. Certainly not a negative though!
