It felt like there was a food access 24/7. 3 main courses provided per day - A LOT OF FOOD - definitely over ate by far. Gained 5 kg in a week 🤣 They do offer a packed lunch 🥪 when planning on being out and about during the day. Though we weren’t really satisfied for the choice of the packed meal. It was some fruit 🍎, water bottle 💧 and a rather plain sandwich 🥪. The sandwich for us was a no-no. We requested not to be added later times. Great times! Sun ☀️, water 💦, sea 🌊, boat trips🛥️, road trips… Family and friends time. Loved it! Overall super friendly stuff. We had a Mountain ⛰️ view - we found it really hard to enjoy the view as there was also a helipad right below. The sea 🌊 view was amazing though!!!

Hotel doesn't look like 5 star, some places look like max 3 stars. Gym equipment is very very old and some is broken. We stayd in this hotel the last week of May so for the price I paid it was ok, but from June the price is much bigger, I would be very mad to pay so much for this hotel .. nothing special and doesn't worth 5 stars :)

I liked everything. Every day there are entertainment activities. I love the swimpools. The variety of foods, the drinks, and cocktails. Also there are gym and spa facilities. I enjoyed the Cretan massage. This hotel is worth each penny. There are lots to do, and it makes it hard to think of leaving the hotel when you have everything inside. I would for sure return and recommend it to other people.

The child's bed mattress was a bit hard.

All round lovely hotel, me and the wife came here to get away for a week, was excellent and we loved it, we loved it that much that we flew back home, got our daughter and came straight back out. I love the pools and the different variety’s of foods. Pool bars and home made pizzas and gyros. Every day was different so it wasn’t repetitive! Beach was a short walk under a secret passage, all the entertainers and animation team were brilliant and very lively! can’t wait to come back! From Jacob and Louisa!

The choice of food was very good. The rooms was cleaned daily and the fridge restocked. Free beach towels available is a really good idea and saves on guest luggage!

Tiny issue with the access card and electricity in the room. The lights and tv and sockets kept going on and off due to some type of fault. However once I raised the issue with staff at reception they were quick to get an electrician to resolve the problem.

I loved the hotel and the food that was available all the time. There was fun activities that happened in the evening which was great! The staff were very polite and welcoming. The service was amazing as soon as we sat down at a table the table was set up for us within seconds. The beach was connected to the hotel. There were clubs nearby.

The customer service ar the reception could have been better we requested to change our room as we were at the back of the hotel in a separate building, but the staff did not change our rooms and weren't polite about it either. Also the location of the hotel could have been better as it was a quiet area and you have to travel a distance before there was shops and restaurants to see.

The room was very clean and comfortable, great shower, the best air conditioning that I have experienced so far. Nice balcony with a view of the mountains as specified when booking. All meals in the main restaurant were fantastic, buffet style dining which catered for all my families tastes. Loved the cocktails in the bar, good choice on the menu. The pools were clean and the private beach was only a 5 minute walk away which was great for watching spectacular sunsets after dinner. Any issues were dealt with by staff immediately.

Although there were plenty of sun loungers by the pool, many holiday makers reserved these very quickly by putting their towels on them very early in the morning regardless of the many notices put up by the hotel saying not to do this. This meant that we didn't always get a decent spot when we were ready to go to the pool. The policy stated that if sun loungers were unattended for more than 40 mins, the towels would be removed, I did not see this happen and there were plenty of people taking advantage of this oversight.

Spacious hotel, great staff and always eager to help. All meals were great! We have used wellness (massage) and it was great!

The BIGGEST ISSUE is the fact that the hotel allows guests to put towels as their reservation on the beach and pool. So, if you wake up at 5.30am or 6.00am you can already see bunch of towels and people walking around to reserve a spot. So, It’s like “first come -first served”. For the record, the pool and the beach opens at 10am, and my question is: why on earth do you allow people to put their towels just like that in the early AM?

The room was great. We were upgraded from side sea view to a gorgeous sea view room. Not sure if this was because of our genius status or because we needed a bathtub for the baby but either way was a lovely surprise and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Food was pretty good, better than average for most all inclusives in the main restaurant. The snack bar was okay but not something you'd want often. They put a cot in our room for our baby and the cleaning staff (excellent job daily) folded her dolly in it when we came back from the day. So cute!

Little to not like, the breakfast line got busy towards to end of our stay meaning we couldn't sit in the main hall because our baby wouldn't behave for a 30-45 minute queue but other wise was excellent.

Stayed for 2 nights as a last minute stay due to my father being hospitalised on the island. The staff were extremely helpful and understanding of my circumstances and made my stay as easy as possible. On top of that the facilities were excellent and the room very nice. Double room with a side sea view was perfect, great view of the sea and coastline. Strongly recommend this hotel.
