The staff is amazing always ready to help and advised us for restaurant.... Reception team is so nice and smiley, always a a pleasure to deal with them. They can order also the taxis 12.5 to Rhodes town We had the 2 studios in the building away from reception so calm and really spacious rooms with a hob to cook and cutlery, worth taking the studios ! AC worked perfectly for us. The hotel is really sparkly clean and with flowers and nice furniture. Garden are so pretty Tennis table and mini golf Short walk to the beach Mini market at the entrance has lots of useful items and open until late at night. Breakfast is ok, fruit and warm foods, omelette cereals, cheese....

Entertainment a bit basic I don t like the salty lagoon pool as I like to do laps but perfect for kids and to have diner in the evening Very narrow pavement to walk to the beach and when entering the hotel because of taxi and coaches need to arrive before 9 at breakfast to avoid queue and closes at 10 so cannot sleep late Mosquitoes are plenty in the gardens at night old elevators

A truly comfortable and beautiful hotel. I stayed here once before, six years ago, and the service and comfort are still just as high-quality as I remember. The breakfast was varied and generous, though the selection of hot dishes started to feel a bit repetitive over the course of the week. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the staff kindly upgraded us to a Studio room with a stunning view of the pool, garden, and sea. The customer service is solution-oriented and friendly, and guests are genuinely well taken care of. Housekeeping was excellent — it was wonderful to return to a clean room after spending time by the pool. The hotel also has a relatively large free parking area, split between two adjacent lots. On-site, there are several dining options, as well as a charming little stand run by a lovely older woman, where you can buy ice cream, coffee, waffles, and other treats. If you arrive early in the morning, the staff will give you a key before check-in time so you can use the dressing room and store your luggage in the basement. On your departure day, if you have an evening flight, I recommend booking a shower slot in advance at reception, so you can spend the day by the pool and still freshen up before heading to the airport.

One major improvement the hotel could make would be to enforce a policy against reserving sunbeds. The pool area is large and enjoys sunshine all day, but unfortunately, almost all sunbeds were “reserved” with towels before 9:00 a.m. every morning. I had hoped that staff would remove towels from unattended loungers. It’s not ideal to have to wake up at 7:00 on your vacation just to secure any kind of seat by the pool for the day.

Second time in this hotel.The pool is always the highlight of this hotel, large variety of breakfast with very polite gentlemen organising the good flow of the large number of breakfast customers. Generally clean, hard working cleaning staff, Smiling and always ready to help reception staff. After we checked out we were allowed to use the swimming pool and we were offered shower and fresh towels after that. Very handy when the check out is at 11.00 am, and your flight is late in the evening.

A bit intimidation at the pool bar forcing us to buy drinks during night shows. The bathrooms need some updating.

Staff was polite and helpful. Hotel is clean and grounds are well maintained. What sets this hotel apart from other hotels is the greenery, garden has lots of mature trees. Also, hotel is beautifully decorated with antique furniture and artworks. I can highly recommend restaurant across the pool. We ended up eating there several nights. Food was delicious and all 3 waiters were fantastic. Pros: +Hotel has a large pool and garden +Close to the beach and bus that goes to Rhodes old town +spotless inside out +staff is very friendly +shop at the entrance to hotel that sells pretty much anything you need +air conditioner in room worked well +pool bar, snack bar, ice-cream stand and restaurant across the pool +entertainment every evening

-Not enough sun beds for everyone -no iron in the room. If your clothes need to be ironed, it can only be done at the hotel reception for additional cost. -other restaurant (in hotel’s building) was disappointing. We wanted to eat in the garden, but were told that it is reserved for travel agents and people wearing long trousers (my companion wore smart shorts as it was +30 degrees). Even though we were dressed nicely for the evening, we were not allowed to eat in garden. Made us feel a bit like peasants.

The water from AC was dripping in my room and in front of the room since the first minute I made the check in ,I ask the reception to resolve the problem and until next day in the evening nothing done,so I asked to speak with the manager about this situation and a nice lady (the manager) resolved the problem by moving me in another room,but she didn't know about the problem in my room. I asked the reception 3 times to resolve the problem and nothing they didn't mention about this problem to the maintenance or manager.The third time when I asked them they send the maintenance in my room and I asked if they already tryed to fix the problem and they didn't know about this situation so is a big problem bout the personal from reception,it's seems the they don't communicate between them! I want to say a special thank you to the manager because she fix the problem right away when she heard that i stayed 24 hours in one room with dripping water a real professional,thank you! Everything else was just amazing,thank you!

Excellent room services, extremely friendly staffs, exceptional cleanliness every corners of the property..wider room space with comfortable bed and clear air conditioner with no allergic reaction ( 🙏 thank you so much)…fantastic atmosphere all over the property…delicious mexikanisch food around the corner …delicious breakfast, coffee, juice ..lovely decorations during the nights at the property…peaceful location close to sea ..everything was a great memory! Definitely felt like home and warmly welcoming by the lovely stuffs . Thank you so much for giving us such a lovely feelings during our stay! It was my birthday holiday and staying at this property during this time felt us very special!

Dionysos Hotel in Rhodes – A Vacation to Remember! Highly Recommended! We chose Dionysos Hotel for our first trip to Rhodes, and it was the perfect decision! 🌿 Lush, well-maintained, and spacious, with multiple clean pools—perfect for both relaxation and family fun. 🍽 Dining - 3 restaurants offering diverse cuisines. The Mexican restaurant was a highlight—delicious and fresh! Breakfasts were excellent, with a wide selection of high-quality dishes. 🛏 Rooms- Spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean. Every detail is thoughtfully designed for guest comfort. 👨‍👩‍👧 The staff was attentive and always ready to help. 🏖 Location - Just a 2-minute walk to the sea! The beach has crystal-clear water. Dionysos Hotel offers a great value for money. We left feeling truly welcomed and eager to return. Highly recommended for families and couples—it has everything for a perfect getaway!

Surpassed my expectations. The pool area is beautiful and the bar, restaurants and food kiosks are great, great value for money too There is a concrete football pitch and tennis court, ping ping table, pool table, air hockey and a mini golf course (which needs a but of tlc but does the job) apart from a couple of euros for the pool / air hockey it’s all free The gardens are lovely, we didn’t use the playground as my kids are a bit old for that. There’s a well stocked mini mart at the property entrance, also reasonably priced. Everywhere was spotless and the staff couldn’t be more helpful

The only negative I have is that the rooms aren’t that sound proof from the corridor or outside which wasn’t a massive issue but if you’re a light sleeper it might cause a problem. The other thing to note is that there really isn’t a lot at all in ixia itself, a row of a few restaurants and a couple of shops in front of the beach. This is no reflection on the hotel, in fact the hotel is so fab you can spend your days not leaving it

The place was kept impeccably clean and all the staff were really friendly. We had planned on a mix of pool days and exploring. For our away days, car rental was easily arranged through the hotel with Christina from Access International car hire who came to the hotel to arrange everything and even dropped us off at the airport on our final day for no extra charge. Breakfast seating was efficiently managed and the traditional Greek offerings were very tasty. Shower room availability for when you have checked out but have a late flight and need a final hose down before leaving. Poolside souvlaki & pitta bar.

Breakfast offered British style dishes but in my opinion, missed the mark a little. Personally not an issue as I much prefer local dishes when travellng but I tend to make a point of checking these things out of interest.
