Breakfast and room were very nice, the staff was very kind and eager to help. the breakfast was variating a bit per day, so if you are there for long you still have some variety. The swimming pool was nice and big and enough space to sunbath. Very close to Rhodes city, not even 15 minutes by car.

The area behind the hotel looked very trashy (I am still not sure if this was a landfill or not), unfortunately you had to pass this area to get to the beach. The A/C only worked when you were in the hotel, if you were away for the whole day it was very warm in the hotel and it took some time to get cold (I do think it is also a plus since it is better for the environment to not have it on the whole day :)). The A/C was also leaking on the balcony, so the whole balcony was wet.

I had to add another night to my Parents-in-law stay. So i will repeat my review from the week before : " I booked a week here for my Greek parents In law who are elderly and a bit demanding. Location : perfect For travellers wanting to be in an area in the middle between the city of Rhodes, the port and the Faliraki/beaches/etc this was THE BEST solution. Beach was just 5 minutes away from the hotel, by a safe street. Beach was clean and populous enough but not crowdy, not even on Sunday. The area has excellent grocery shops, fruit shops, tourist shops and restaurants that arent as expensive as i feared for my in laws. My parents in law were absolutely ecstatic by the staff that were so accommodating and honestly helpful and attentive, the hotel management, the staff at the breakfast buffet and the cleaners. The room was in the newer section of the hotel and very larger than I imagined from the photos. Everything was working fine, from tv to air-condition, and despite the hotel being a Family hotel, my Parents in law complained of NO kids-noise, crowdedness, rowdy quests or car noise. Since i booked this very early, price was a bargain for this quality of stay. The pool area is large with a clean pool and many lounges. My mother in law finished a lot of knitting in peace. Was clean, good size rooms that were close to the food and pool, as we had a small family. Air con was good in the rooms ! Breakfast was good, included meats,cheese, breads, jams, fruit yoghurt, hot food as well- eggs, beans mushrooms. Tea, coffee and juices on offer. Pool area was clean. The music at the bar didn’t go on too late, the other customers were fun and friendly. The restaurant next door was also fantastic food with a discount from the hotel. Was a good standard 3 star hotel, we were very pleased with it and would return.

More tables for breakfast everyone goes at 8am and they struggle for space.

Hotel itself very well kept, breakfast very good and room quite spacious and comfortable. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

The site wasn't really suitable for my daughter who has walking difficulties as there were a number of very steep ramps and numerous steps. We therefore had to change rooms to the main hotel which had a lift so was okay, but we had to negotiate the ramps and steps to get to the outdoor area's like swimming pool/bar etc. Additionally we feel that the outdoor area's could do with an upgrade to make it safer for everyone and a little bit more going on.

All was absolutely top ... So nice and helpfull staff, (Mrs.Světlana is perfect receptionist. :-) ) . Comfortable accomodation, clean with balcony and swimingpool view. Breakfast are also tasty, bottle of water during dinner free, swimmingpool is quite large and a lot sunbeds are around pool. Stuff in pool bar was so nice too and frappe was delicious. Beach is near and bus station to Rhodos town too,perfect location. Caldera restaurant and bar was amazing, we enjoy evenings there a lot. I hope, we will come again soon.

We love there everything...Maybe could be only a little bit more sweets or cakes on dinner and better eiscream. ;-)

The property was well kept. The best thing I will always remember is the STAFF, from the wonderful lady at the front desk (always helpful, informative, and with a sincere smile on her face. Gave us many beautiful places to visit. "Made us feel like family"). The restaurant guys always helpful and friendly. The lady at the bar in the evening is a "TOTAL LOVE"; always beautiful smile and willing to help with any questions we had. THANK YOU to the entire staff !!!!

Good deal for money. Hotel offers everything you need, but not more :) Good swimming pool, but not enough sunbeds, no towels for pool. Breakfast and dinner, but quite high prices for the snacks and drinks. It is clean, condition is working fine, rooms has fridges... but shower is tiny, and the whole room already requires some minimum renovation

Wifi is... not bad, but strange, sometimes you get strong sygnal, sometimes it disappears, or your code just stop working. Don't recommend this hotel for workation. Prices at the bars are higher even than prices in the bars nearby.

Breakfast and dinner were great with quiet a variety. Room was spacious. We really enjoyed swimming pool. There are two supermarkets just around the corner and several restaurants and cafes. Staff was really friendly and helpful.

Hotel is little outdated. Half board didn’t include any drinks (except water) at dinner.

Everything. Breakfast was awesome. There is nothing which you may add, nothing, because there is such a huge choice. Service was at the very best standard. The rooms were cleaned every day, even more it is needed :-) The swimming pools were greaaat. The bar outside with delicious drinks. The restaurant one minute from the hotel with very good food. Really everything was brilliant. I travel a lot and I really think it was one of the best hotels I have visited. At first, I thought if I should choose it, because it has few bad opinions. Do NOT trust them!!! If you need sth just ask...they will do it for you.
