I chose this hotel for an overnight stay on my way from Greece to Bulgaria. When I arrived tired after a hot day driving, I was able to regain my strength in the pool, the staff were very kind and waited for me to swim, even though it was already evening and time to close the pool. I liked this place of relax, a large silent hotel among the hills. There is no noise, it is a good place for digital detox and conducting yoga and meditation

In order to enjoy your stay at the hotel you have to come by car, there is no food in the evening at the hotel. There are also mosquitoes, it is better to take a fumigator with you, or ask at the reception. In the nearby town, shops are open until 9 pm, I found the only one working Παντοπωλείο Βασιλακακη Γεωργία until 10 pm. You can eat in local taverns

I loved the value and the price, I loved that it had a swimming pool, most of the staff were friendly and they did allow us to go have breakfast a little bit before the time it was posted to be open so we really appreciated that cause we had to leave early in the morning

The beds are not the most comfortable, but everything else makes up for that

We were very satisfied with our stay at the Hotel. Everything was perfect. The room was clean, equipped with everything needed and very spacious. The beds were comfortable. The staff was kind, friendly and assisted us with all our needs during the stay. The location is good and there are parking spaces available. The breakfast was also okay.

The hotel is very nice. The surroundings and hotel's yard+pool are very nice. Try in the evening a tavern ( Avlis) at 600m from the hotel: decent prices and quality food. There is a big watch dog in the parking who loves a little attention.( food) He recognized us after 2 years!

They should have an on site restaurant.

Great pool. Good breakfast, plenty of food to choose from (starts at 7:30). Nice view from the rooms.

Cleaning so and so: some spiders and spiderweb into the bathroom, a bad smell of cigarette into the room and dirty on the balcony, but the bed sheets were clean. A little bit far from the taverns in town.

The location and the view from the hotel was beautiful.Serres is a very warm place in the summer but at this location the temperature is a little better as its on a hill just outside Serres.We had a car so the distance was about 4 min to go to the town. The hospitality was great.The receptionists were very helpful and Kiki who was preparing the breakfast was amazing and we can't thank her enough for her kindness.

We can't think of something that we didn't like. Maybe more local products for the breakfast menu.

Breakfast was ok, but could be improved for a 4**** unit. Rooms are fine. The staff is very kind and helpful. Big parking lots in front of the hotel entrance (garden view). Pool view seems to be a disadvantage, because of the noise. The swimming pool was ok, for all tastes.

Unfortunately, no other meals are available here. The bar at the pool has nothing much to offer, the service is null and the prices are a shame. No Internet in the rooms. There are a lot of empty huge spaces in the building which are not used and the access ways to different places inside/outside are very sinuous.

The pool was not functional!!! It was dirty, almost dried like it has not been used for ages. Even in pictures looks wonderfull. They did not serve us meal in restaurant because it was hired for some events. I think it was unacceptable not to have what to eat after a full day of traveling.

Location is very good, it’s easy to reach from the auto route. Quite comfortable place with the hospital staff.

The children didn’t like the orange juice at the breakfast.

Located at the edge of the city with nice view and lot of parking space. Comfortable beds and warm room over the might. There was enough space in the room and balcony was also very good. Breakfast was included.

Breakfast was king of limited in variety.
