Very friendly !! They provide a van for picking us up from the port and also the same when we left! Further more, it was quiet and very relaxing at the pool and it was very helpful the fact that you could order food (they have a big menu) which they serve for you at the hotel ‘s cozy sitting area or at the pool!!

I believe their bathroom needs to be reconstructed… pretty old / the door was in bad condition/ broken at the bottom and you couldn’t close it properly /but very cleaned! There was no shampoo or shower gel/ only 2 small soaps for hands Not a problem though cause we had our own ones

By far the best thing about this hotel was the food. I have to say that I loved that it was so accessible, having a working kitchen until 22:00, and that there was a big menu to choose from (from pasta to burgers to traditional Greek souvlaki, pita gyro and Greek salad). All this was very enjoyable in the cool breeze under the shade next to a very nice pool. The value for these rooms was amazing. I have to admit that I expected much worse for the price we paid, but this hotel exceeded my expectations. The cleaning crew came once every day, except if we told them we didn't need anything, and we always got fresh clean new towels. The hotel was at an equal distance from the old and new port (around 15 mins walking from each). On top of all of this, we were, of course, picked up at the port, on time, by a small van to take us straight to the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to travelers on a budget, or even greek island hoppers staying 1-2 days on each island.

the door to the room and the balcony door were both a little bit busted up. Needed some power which I thought many times could break the handle.

We stayed three nights at Bay's in June 2024. This little resort is a real gem! The pool and the entire pool area is great with super comfortable loungers. Amazing little bar and outside dining area as well. Rooms are immaculate and beds are super comfortable. And the AC kept the room nice and comfortable. Also liked the fact that Bay's is in a quiet residential area. Easy walk down to the old and new port. All in all, we had a very relaxing three days at Bay's. Make sure to say Hi to Theodore and Iro! Always with a smile, they made sure that all of our needs and expectations were exceeded! We cannot wait to go back!

This is a gorgeous hotel - its very rustic and very traditional, but we absolutely loved it. Its the perfect place to just relax and take it easy. Its up in the hills and a bit of walk from the old & new port. But they provide transport to/from the ferry port and its easy to get a horse & carriage from the ports to the hotel. All the staff are extremely friendly and do everything they can to help you.

Rustic rooms with good aircon and some rooms have balconies. Wifi is good. Pool area with bar and snacks is great. They take you to and from the port on check in and out. It’s about 15 minutes walk from the main town. Very chill and worth the price

Great little hotel with pool, bar and restaurant serving breakfast. The rooms were good with a large hanging rail and 2 drawers. We had an interconnecting room - twin with shower room and tiny kitchenette and fridge (no crockery) and this connected to a room with a kingsize bed and shower room. (Thank you for the upgrade - it was much appreciated having the 2 shower rooms between the 4 of us) We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, but other guests did and the dining area by the pool was decorated nicely with lovely bright tropical cushions and was next to a well-stocked bar. The pool has sun loungers or chairs on all sides and would be a good place to swim and relax - we just preferred to swim in the beautiful clear sea water! We arrived on the island just after a big storm and were soaking wet, so to receive a message asking what time our ferry was arriving so that a taxi could meet us and take us up to the hotel, was the most fabulous welcome! They also provided a taxi for us down to the port when we departed which was all included as part of their great service. To be fair, I think we would have struggled to find the hotel if we’d come by foot, but once there we quickly worked out the route up and down to the main port - probably a 15-20 minute walk. Thank you for a lovely stay.

It wasn’t that we didn’t like it, but this hotel is a 15-20 minute walk from the main centre, so do be aware of that if walking or mobility is an issue.

I slept in a detached apartment of the Bay’s Hotel, just round the corner. They picked me up at the pier and all the staff have been super friendly and gave me infos about the island. The room was super fancy and super clean. Everything was perfect. Just a suggestion for lonely travelers: bring a torch (or a phone with a torch app) with you at night when you go back to the hotel at night. It could be useful.

The room was clean and the staff was really helpful in giving us tips and suggestions of places to eat etc. The room was cleaned every day and the bathroom had great pressure. Our room was located off the premises but just next door and it was a short walk from the town. At first it looked like a far walk but it was actually quite close and we enjoyed the walk every morning. We didnt use the facilities at the hotel because we would eat and swim at the beach. The hotel arranged for us to be picked up with their van from the port and on the day of our check out we had arranged for our baggage to be brought to us at the port before we leave. That really helped us and we saved alot of time going back and forth. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

If there's anything I'd have to say, is that I wish there was a kettle and some tea or coffee options for us in the room for a morning coffee in the room for those moments you dont want to dress up and go to the bar.

Great clean room with good views from the sea view balcony, good size pool with good beds, drinks and snacks available by the pool, location steady 15min walk into both old and new port would definitely stay there again also the free pick up and drop off at the port with cases perfect

The Bays is truly top quality value property. Crisp white cotton sheets and towels everyday. The pool area is really well managed and maintained. The bar meals are good value and bacon and eggs are brilliant! The hotel will gladly arrange collection and drop off to the port. We had room 19 a double deluxe in the third floor overlooking the pool Spetses and the sea!

it is a ten minute walk up or down to/ from the port and although the bar prices were reasonable the Hotel has not really got to grips with monopolising bar prices in comparison with the bars in port.
