The property is very spacious. We had a two bedroom, two bath apartment and it was very private for two couples. There are also other pull out beds and sofa in large living room. It’s very quiet and relaxing. Nice pool right outside the door. It is a small place with three buildings. The breakfast was very good and the staff were delightful and so, so helpful. Loved all of them. They really went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. It is very close to a lovely beach -only a few minutes walk and also a ten minute walk to the old port where there are excellent restaurants and great views. The walk into town center is about 20-30 minutes.

The beds are very firm and the linens could have been a little wider for better comfort with two people.

Lovely apartment. Small complex . Amazing pool. Owners and Niki at reception lovely. Surrounded by trees.Less than 5 mins walk to Aghia Marina beach. This is a mix of sand, shingle and pebbles and a sheltered Bay. Good water sports, restaurant / bar and sun loungers.Appx 15 min walk to port.A bit closer to old port. Lots of restauarants at both. Supermarket 5 mins walk away Breakfast was simple yet lovely . Varied day to day but usually a couple of hot options and ham /cheese fruit , toast etc. Really nice.Never a problem getting a lounger. Only 7 apartments l. We were in a semi basement apartment which was very good as possibly a bit cooler. Great for 3 of us. Myself and my wife had the bedroom and my son had the bed that was in the living room/kitchen.Aircon in bedroom and living room

Nothing we really didn’t like. Only recommendation would possibly a few more kitchen utensils and a colander but that’s us being fussy

The setting was beautiful. It was a tranquil oasis amongst the busy island. The accommodation was comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful both online before we arrived and during our stay. We only stayed two nights but it felt a lot longer. We would have liked to have stayed longer.

Perhaps consider changing the sign that the pool is closed between 2 and 5 to please use quietly between 2 and 5 for the comfort of other guests and drinks not available to buy during this time. The sign seemed unnecessarily strict unless there are issues during busier times of the season as the staff were quiet flexible about this in reality.

Loved the layout of the villas pool and breakfast area and how close the beach is. It was quiet and just so Mediterranean. The staff were professional and helpful especially Anthea. Loved that it was a small number of villas which made it intimate.

It wasn’t close to the port and shops so it would have been good if there was a free shuttle bus that possibly went twice a day into town would have been handy.

A perfect get away villa, the staff was absolutely amazing, great breakfast selection, free shuttle service to the port, very quiet and relaxing atmosphere and clean pool and rooms; we loved it; definitely a place to visit again.

Be prepared to go mosquito hunting at night, as some of the mosquito nets have holes and need replacement.

Where to begin? We had the most wonderful time at Villa Nika. Niki was such a lovely host - so friendly, welcoming & helpful throughout. Niki was in touch with us before we left for Spetses & helped us arrange transport logistics when we arrived at Port Heli, booking our water taxi to get us safely across to Spetses & was there with a taxi waiting for us when we arrived. We really appreciated this as it was very late and after a long journey. Villa Nika itself is stunning - we had a beautifully appointed apartment, very clean & equipped with everything we needed. We loved the pool area - the villa is a calm oasis with lots of beautiful places nearby. There is a supermarket & ATM down the road which we thought was very useful & also a gas station very close by to top up your vehicle. Niki helped organise renting an ATV (quad bike) for us - which can be delivered directly to the Villa. We really recommend renting one of these or scooter / ebike - so useful to get around & you can travel to all the beautiful beaches around the island. We recommend Xilokeriza beach - take a left as you come out of Villa Nika for the route. It is a secluded cove with crystal clear water & Yannis who is the host of the taverna there is very friendly and the food is delicious. We would definitely recommend Villa Nika to any guests visiting the beautiful island of Spetses - Thank you for a wonderful stay!

only minor suggestion would perhaps be a couple of extra cooking utensils for the kitchen - spatula etc

Even before we arrived the team at hotel Niki were helpful with advice on how best to get to the property from the port (having not visited the island before). Once the gates opened we were greeted with a warm welcome and a spectacular pool and property location and once again given valuable information about our location . The room was amazing , spacious spotless and more than most facilities in a Greek property with a full oven and larger fridge freezer , coffee machine and a nice touch of a diffuser which had an amazing smell . The breakfast was delicious with different cakes or pastries each day. Maria’s homemade marmalade was wonderful (only wished we’d brought some away with us) . We love Greece and I can honestly say this was one of the best self catering hotels we’ve stayed in .

There is nothing not to like about this stunning property and hosts.

Nice, quiet place, with a sea view; high quality construction and furniture. Big swimming pool. Kind owners, probing for feedback, and friendly staff. Close to Agia Marina beach (but 25 min walk from port).

Too expensive, probably due to an annual festival taking place that same weekend. For the price paid, we would have expected some small "luxuries" like a welcome bottle of wine or a basket of fruit. Breakfast was nice but nothing we haven't found in a lot cheaper hotels.

Very nice facility both the room and the external. The swimming pool was big and the area around well maintained. The room/ apartment was spacious (2 bedroom apartment), the beds very comfortable, the shower really nice and warm. During our stay we also got cleaning service (tiding up and taking away trash) which we did not expect! Personnel was very friendly and accommodating. The place can be easily reached via taxi (car or horse) from the main harbor (5 mins ride). It is walkable distance from the old harbor where there are nice restaurants for lunch and dinner. The room had all the necessary information available (taxi drivers phone numbers, attractions).

Kitchen facilities could be more new/ better (e.g. microwave and better working oven). We also struggled a bit to reach the facility via phone before our visit as we wanted to confirm that everything was ok for our arrival.

The hotel was located in a very quiet and nice area, about 15min walk from town. The owner and staff were extremely helpful and friendly, really hospitable. The breakfast was good but there could be some more variety. The hotel exterior was super tidy, clean garden, big swimming pool and really relaxing atmosphere. The room was very big.

They could pay a bit more attention to details in terms of cleanliness in the bathroom and kitchen areas.
