The breakfast was delicious, something for absolutely everyone - even gluten free options. A brilliant incorporation of Greek food. We met the most incredible lady, Yianna, who became a friend to us. She guided us through all our meal experiences, wine, cocktails and history of the island as well as making us feel completely at ease and comfortable. I don’t think our holiday would have been half as good without her! The hotel facilities are immaculate, the pool, the individual pools, the spa, the bedrooms and everything inbetween was perfect. We will definitely be back and we can’t thank everyone enough for all their help in making our holiday the best.

Nothing could have been better to be honest. I would advise anyone going to Kefalonia to bring cash, all taxis are cash and without hiring a car you can expect a minimum fee of €20. There’s only 2 ATM’s nearby so be well prepared. Everything was perfect, don’t hesitate to book!

The hotel was quite small, which meant a very personalised experience. The hospitality and service from the staff were outstanding. They genuinely cared and made a real effort to get to know you throughout the whole stay. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and beautifully presented, and the amenities were excellent. The location was perfect, right next to a lovely beach, and a selection of lovely restaurants right on its doorstep. The hotel restaurant and bar served up first-class food and cocktails - we could've eaten there over and over again. Our absolute favourite hotel. We'll definitely be back!

Airport proximity had its pros and cons but not the biggest deal.

Breakfast was lovely an peaceful by the pool, it's a small hotel so quiet and lots of choice. Coffee and tea served at your table and a egg menu also served at the table with a buffet style breakfast with lots of choice. Staff are amazing, helpful and very friendly. Our room was amazing 201, two bedroom 3 bathroom living area, lots and lots of storage and a beautiful seaview.

This wasn't a problem for us, but very near the airport, therefore maybe 4-5 landing at day. We loved it nothing too early or late and to see them was wonderful. Def advantage to be near the airport for arrival and departure.

Property was wonderful. Everything is modern and new with a great restaurant and pool. of course amazing beaches though just minutes away. The staff though is what puts this place over the top! Exceptional service all around from the front desk to the waitress/chefs. I haven’t seen this type of services in decades where the staff truly care about you. will be back!!

This is the second time of coming here and I'm so glad we did. Sometimes,, second time isn't always as remembered but in this case, it certainly was. I wrote a review last year but to summarise: this hotel is lovely and the staff are what make it that extra bit special. Everyone, from reception to the catering and dining staff to the cleaners are friendly, helpful and make you feel welcome. Nothing is ever too much. The hotel itself is an oasis of calm, overlooking the sea and the manicured gardens. With the main pool and the suit pools, it is like looking at an ocean of blue. Great rooms, extremely clean and very comfortable. Beautiful spa and a great fym too. And no, the proximity to the airport is not remotely an issue. No one is bothered. Please , please also eat at the hotel restaurant-Turquoise- the food is sublime and such good value. They even went out of their way to create a special traditional Greek menu just for us because we happened to mention that we liked mezze- like I said, they got out of their way to make you happy. A fabulous place to stay and we will be back again I'm very sure. To make the most of your stay, hire a car and visit Myrtos and Petani beaches or Fiskardo. Well worth the drive in all cases.

It’s the second time we have been there and the staff couldn’t be nicer. It’s the highlight. Also very clean and new.

My only gripe was that as we didn’t hire a room with a private pool we had to use the communal pool but most days there weren’t enough sun beds. They need to spread the sunbeds around the pool a bit more and just provide more so you aren’t squashed up next to others when you do get one. It didn’t feel like 5 star for this reason.

Swish boutiquie hotel, attractive design, well planted grounds, spotlessly clean, high qualty materials, excellent rooms, big balcony, great marble bathroom with rain shower and handheld. Excellent 5 star breakfast, freshly made omelettes superb. Bed and linens were top drawer. Attentive and friendly staff. Good pool. Spa has free heated indoor pool, steam, sauna.

Sunbeds are very comfortable but the sunbed deck is cramped. Finding shade is awkward as the umbrellas are heavy (though staff do help) and tend to accidentally shade nearby sunbathers. The area nearest the hotel is in development still, and there is no real centre near the sea. The inland village of Svoronata is very pleasant, with lots of plants and flowers, a few tavernas, but it's up a hill, a mile from the sea. Unless you're a keen walker, you really need a car.
