Very nice ambience and really well finished.

We found that they checked in a lot of people for one night at the weekend to accommodate being close to the airport. Considering what you pay per room and the addition of breakfast etc, there were no sunbeds free all day and it felt very over subscribed.

Gorgeous boutique resort. Wanted to take everything home to decorate my house with! The rooms were big and spacious and very well equipped. Pool was lovely as was the bar (although the staff at the pool bar weren't nearly as friendly as the reception staff) The reception team couldn't do enough for you whether it be booking taxis, sorting car hire or dinner reservations nothing was too much trouble. It was absolutely bliss and would not hesitate to recommend.

The bar staff, the prices seemed to differ every day and they would ignore you for long periods of time whilst being on their phone. Holiday vibes means relaxed and unphased but not a good experience when everyone else working at the resort was so fabulous.

Staff we’re extremely helpful during our stay. We came towards the end of the season and got a very welcomed room upgrade, which got our holiday off to a grand start! The rooms were clean and comfortable with all the necessities needed. Within walking distance to some local beaches and restaurants which were all lovely. A small supermarket in walking distance for bread, snacks and water. Some of the restaurants were closing due to end of season so keep an eye out for this when planning your trip more restaurants within 10mins in lassi. I found the resort to be in an ideal spot for someone who likes to get out and have an early morning run without having to run on busy roads. Found a few nice routes to do round the resort. We hired a hire car so we spent some days touring kefalonia. The resort is close to the airport for anyone not wanting to hire a car.

lovely garden, nice pool, super comfortable bed in spacious flat, very friendly & helpful staff. Except…

Silly rule that although the apartment kitchen was well-equipped, there were no washing-up facilities — no liquid, no brush, no cloth. When we asked for those things we were refused: “You are on holiday, you don’t have to wash up.” Yeah, but we didn’t want to sit with dirty dishes for up to 24 hours. And no clean coffee cups. Really, really stupid.

The hotel was beyond our expectations. The breakfast was really good with mainly greek fresh products. The staff was really helpful.Definatelly coming back.

The cleaning ladies didn't respect the "Do not disturb" sign and either knocked once and entered the room or they were cleaning the room even when the sigh was at the door.

Clean and stylish near the airport- but without the noise. Good breakfast. Nice pool….. but way to cold!!

Hotel is very clean and the staff are amazing and friendly. Food is amazing. Some great restaurants nearby

Nice peaceful resort and beautiful grounds. The rooms and public areas have all been decorated in a lovely way. The girls that greeted us on reception were friendly and welcoming.

Not a problem for us as we had a car but there isn’t a huge amount around the hotel.

Everything was great, great selection of food at the bar, great cocktails. The staff was always very kind and helpful. It's more a place for families. The pool area is very nice and clean. The hotel has a cool, tribal interior design.

The wifi connection. Very poor throughout the property.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, lovely accommodation and facilities. Our room was upgraded on arrival. Very quiet late season which was great for us.
