The staff were courteous, professional, and always ready to assist with a genuine enthusiasm that made me feel truly valued as a guest. The room was spacious and the perfect size for me, the cleanliness was superb - the bedding was nice and fresh. The housekeeping staff clearly takes pride in their work. The hotel's restaurant, served up some of the best meals I've had in a long time - I would highly recommend the traditional lamb and grilled sea bream both of them were 10/10. The location was also very good, it was just less than a minute walk from the room to the Spartia beach.

I loved the location right on the beach. Really nice quiet resort. The pool was clean and you could always get a sun bed. The staff couldn’t do enough to help and helped with directions and advice. The restaurant on site was good and the food varied, well priced and good quality. Will definitely return.

Quite remote resort but didn’t bother me. You would need a car if you wanted to see more of the island. There are a couple of restaurants nearby if you wanted a bit of a change.

Breakfast was delicious, greek yoghurt, fresh fruit, eggs etc. Food is excellent at the Panas, fresh fish, vegetables, and reasonably priced. Location is great, overlooking the sea

More shade by the pool. The sun beds under the shade were 'bagged' first thing in the morning and hardly ever became free. I would suggest getting rid of the white sunbeds, they are so uncomfortable! Better sunbeds with umbrellas for all the areas not under the shade would be a huge improvement. It is very hot in July and everyone wanted shade!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and everything about my stay was perfect. The staff were brilliant and made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is lovely, nestled in a scenic area, though be aware that there is a bit of a hill when you leave the hotel to go anywhere else. However, this is manageable and should not deter you from staying here. The hotel features a nice pool, which, unfortunately, we didn’t utilise during our stay. The on-site restaurant is lovely, offering delicious meals, and there is also another nice restaurant close by if you fancy a change of scenery. A special mention goes to Nanna, the hotel manager. She was the sweetest person and went out of her way to help us hire a car for our stay. Her kindness and efficiency were much appreciated. All the staff appeared genuinely friendly and happy at work, which made a big difference to our experience. We were fortunate to have a room with a sea view, which added an extra touch of charm to our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service, lovely location, and warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Honestly, I cant think of anything that we didn't like. Everything was great.

The hotel staff were amazing—very attentive and kind. The room was modern with a beautiful interior design. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, and the air-conditioning was very effective, cooling the room quickly. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and used it frequently. The restaurant served delicious food and cocktails, though we didn't try the breakfast. The area was very quiet and romantic, perfect for a relaxing stay.

The Wi-Fi was very slow, and we had poor connectivity in our room. We shared this feedback at the end of our stay, and the staff advised us to report any issues immediately next time so they can address them promptly. If you experience Wi-Fi troubles, be sure to let them know as soon as possible. Additionally, the hotel is in a remote area and far from bus stops, so it's advisable to either drive or be prepared to take taxis if you want to explore the rest of the island.

Everything at Panas is perfect. The idyllic and quiet beach-front location, the attentive and friendly staff (always a special mention to Nana) and the rooms are of such a high modern standard, including very comfy beds. The pool area is fantastic as you're never waiting for sunbeds. The restaurant (both the food and the setting) offers everything you could hope for. This is our second stay and will absolutely be returning for more.

Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with homemade pies, fresh fruits and of course the greek yogurt 😊 Panas Hotel is the perfect mix of comfort, great service, and a romantic seaside vibe.

The hotel is located 20min from the airport, it is close to everything on the island. The staff is super friendly, we received a complementary breakfast on first day. They helped us organizing a rental car and we could keep our room past check out as we were leaving after 1 pm. A Sandy beach is 2min walk from the hotel. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it.

The only thing lacking is internet connection. It keeps dropping

The staff were super friendly & helpful. The hostess arranged car hire for us to make sure we got a trusted service & it was there in 15 minutes, with really reasonable rates (€120 for 3 days & considering the taxi from the airport to the hotel was €40, this was well worth it!). We were even able to drop it back to the airport on our last day, so saved us the taxi fare & arrangements. There are no buses in Kefalonia, so you need to consider this. Breakfast was simple but perfect. Our room was beautiful & clean. So lovely to be a stones throw from the beach, which was very small but perfect & the sea was as warm as a bath. The pool area was well maintained & in the sunniest spot. I honestly can't fault this place, tucked away in a quiet part of the island. The food from the restaurant 5 minutes walk up the hill was delicious too. A perfect little pocket of paradise. But you will need to hire a car!

The staff were very friendly and attentive, especially the hotel manager who went out of her way to do everything possible to make our stay memorable. The breakfast was brilliant and lunch and dinner were also available if wanted. The hotel is quite isolated and quiet with lovely views of the sea. We liked that but if you wanted to see the rest of the beautiful island, it’s best to hire a car which the hotel kindly arranged for us. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here on another occasion.

Unfortunately the weather had been poor so the beach was covered in seaweed but the swimming pool was kept clean and towels were available to use.
