The accommodation was excellent. It was a duplex apartment , with a well stocked kitchen . There was fruit and water left out for our arrival. We had 2 patios with fabulous views . The pool area was great and a lot of the time we had the place to ourselves . There was 2 Tavernas a 2 minute walk from the apartment and the beach was a 5 minute walk . It was a picturesque beach with a lovely Sandy beach and a great little beach bar which we enjoyed in the evening 😊

The only negative for us was that the front door to the apartment had a very difficult lock to manoeuvre and it clearly needed replacing .

The apartment was light and airy, with the master bedroom having an incredible sea view. We found it to be very clean upon our arrival and was cleaned daily by really friendly staff. Air-con throughout the apartment was a life saver in the August heat! The pool was a good size, enabling a proper swim, and never busy, whilst the gardens were well maintained. There are two great tavernas just a two minute walk from the small complex and the beach was one of the best on the island. There are some other stunning smaller beaches worth seeking out nearby (Pessada being exceptional) and other tavernas just a short drive away, and all in all it was in a great location for exploring the island.

As with the rest of the island, it does seem that when you stray from a main road you end up on a rocky dirt track, and the road to the hotel was no exception.

Excellent facilities amazing location if you are looking for relaxation and beach accommodation. We had a warm welcome from the housekeeping manager and we even got a free upgrade from family studio to penthouse suite. A short drive from Argostoli a great combination for relaxing yet convenient location for exploring the island. We loved the pool and the Avithos beach as also we had lunch and dinner at the restaurants at the beach just under the hotel. We will be returning for sure! Thank you!

The place is beautiful, great location and amazing views. It is very new, prbbly new owners, so while we were there it seemed that not everything was ready. Very quiet, and beautiful isolated beach is a few steps away. Also 2 restaurants are very close by, we did not try them as we did not know until the next day and we were leaving. They seemed great. The villa was large, 2 big terraces with perfect views. The staff on site was very polite and very nice. Large quiet pool and few places to sit and relax on the premises.

The kitchen needed a little renovation or upgrade compare to the rest of the place, as well as the bathroom. I think in a few months this place will be great, now it seemed in a in-between. Very hard to find the entrance, since the name wasn't the same as the reservation, and no clear indication for the entrance. Need to drive throught a small rocky road. It was very confusing.

The property is in walking distance (5min or less) to Avithos Beach. Nearby there are 2 tavernas, with great service and food. Amenities like the swimming pool and the tennis course really elevate the experience. Sheets were changed every day, washing machines are available, and the caretakers on site were always really helpful, even helped us with the baggages.

GSM service is sometimes missing, but I guess this is just as info.

The location is wonderful, near the beach and 2 lovely tavernas with delicious food. Parking places inside of the complex. The garden is big, with a lot of relaxing places, the pool big, clean and a really attraction for kids. Room very big (suite lime an apartment on multiple levels ),clean, well equipped. The staff is amazing, all the time willing to help, very friendly and responsive.

Penny, Christian & the other staff couldn’t be more helpful. Location was amazing with a sandy beach that was the best beach yet in Greece. Plenty of space at the property with a great pool, tennis court, balconies, views & shared spaces. Tavernas within 5 mins walk were great - food, price & view.

The kitchenette is realistically due for a revamp and the shower wet most of the bathroom floor. Lounge room-kitchenette aircon probably due for an upgrade.

Over all property have good services, with a good facilities for such a category of price. The kitchen is equipped, the proposals and linens are changed often.

The cleaning should be improve mandatory, the Wi-fi services are an issue in full area of the property and the village near. Highly focus in cleaning will improve overall perception over property. The nature is over the property and time to time can generate some issues.

Location is great, small beautiful beach is 50 meters away. Staff was very friendly, house spotless clean and spacious, surrounding green and floral, super nice.

No coffee machine, no paper towels in the kitchen nor scotch and dish soap. Little extra care for the details would be nice. AC in the living room was weak, not cooling enough.
