Breakfast perfect - lots of choice, quality food and drink - staff so friendly and helpful even when is was SO HOT and very busy This hotel is beautiful - the design, the cleanliness, the modern feel to it but most of all the staff are OUTSTANDING and there is a very lovely positive vibe - so helpful especially Vassillis and Nikoletta on reception who helped me with a special request (Spanish hotels bars and restaurants take note - the fab Greek people make you feel welcome and are so kind and patient - I will never go to spain again - so so grumpy all the time. We work very hard for our holidays and every single greek person we met made us feel like they were happy for us to have holidayed in kefalonia - thank you Kefalonians)

White Rocks is one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in! From the moment we arrived we were helped by staff who brought all our luggage in and drove it to our room. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the housekeeping was impeccable. The bungalow rooms are beautiful spacious great facilities and large balcony/terrace areas and the views are incredible, they all get a lovely view of the sunset over the sea! The facilities are nicely spread out with well looked after grounds and beautiful flowers. The views are stunning from every angle. The private beach and beach bar are perfect, lovely staff and good food and drinks all brought to your sunbeds, the water was crystal clear lots of fish perfect for snorkelling! We didn’t realise there was another beach on the other side with private access from the hotel which had great water sports activities! Sunbeds there are €10 for a pair. The pool area was lovely comfortable and clean much more spacious than expecting. Plenty of lounge areas and places to enjoy a cocktail. The location is not far from a strip of lovely restaurants and cocktail bars. We recommend hiring a car to access other parts of the island they have a great secure car park which unlike other comments is very easy to cross the road no problems at all. The breakfast buffet is well worth it everything was lovely fresh and homemade, the pancakes were a big hit! There was also a great jazz evening one night! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay we couldn’t get over how beautiful it all was! Can’t wait to visit again! Thanks to everyone who made our stay SOO perfect!!!

Nothing to dislike!!

Loved the spacious crisp clean villas for our family. We stayed in two different ones and they both had such wonderful views. The food was fantastic and the service was really great from everyone we encountered at the resort

We were disappointed with the towels placed by guests to “save” all the loungers at both the beach and swimming pool. I counted 8 people at the swimming pool but more than 30 loungers around the pool “saved” and at the hotel private beach there were 48 loungers “saved” but only 6 people at the beach!! If this was elsewhere in the world all the towels would have been placed into an area by staff and the loungers free for resort guests that come along to use. This needs to be addressed as some of these loungers were saved but not used at the pool all afternoon. Very disappointing.

Stayed for ten days with my sister, had the most wonderful time. The hotel is beautiful, really clean, great comfy sunbeds. The Staff are out of this world! So helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them. Decided on the half board option, and the food was great, lots of choice, lovely and fresh. The deserts were amazing so thankyou to all of the catering staff. The reception staff look immaculate and are so professional. a big thankyou to Vasilias who was fantastic, really looked after us. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering Kefalonia for their hols, it was superb! Thanks to all the lovely staff for making our stay so wonderful Lorraine and Christine

Nothing. Loved everything

Spotlessly clean in all areas, inside & outside grounds. First class food - tried all 3 eateries. Professionally presented food in Alè Carte restaurant. Trained & competent staff throughout the hotel to a high standard as one would expect in a 5 or 6 star establishment. Will most definitely return here. Extremely accommodating and helpful as we arrived without our luggage for several days. Can not recommend high enough .... even their own brand of White Wine.

Would have preferred the restaurant on level 1 to start closing at 10pm rather than 9.30pm. But not a big problem, only a comment. Prior to booking people should be made aware that there is no lift to the Pool ,Beach nor Beach Bar. People with mobility issues really need to know this together with the amount of steps to go up and down to reach the Pool etc. A huge negative for me with my disability ! BUT THIS FABULOUS HOTEL'S PLUS POINTS, OUT WEIGHED THIS PROBLEM FOR ME.

The hotel is beautifully located on a cliff above the sea, with amazing sunset views from the terrace — a truly relaxing atmosphere. Spacious, very clean rooms. Fresh beach towels were provided in the room every evening, which was a nice touch. The food was outstanding — both breakfast and dinner were truly delicious, with great variety and quality. Super friendly and helpful staff. Everyone went out of their way to assist us. The center of Argostoli is just 10 minutes away by taxi (€8–10).

The hotel beach is quite small and rocky, but there’s a great sandy beach just 5–10 minutes away on foot, with sunbeds, tavernas, and water sports. Access to both beaches involves going up and down stairs (around 3 floors), which may matter for some. Wi-Fi could be stronger.

So many things we loved about this hotel! Immaculately clean, set in beautiful grounds with amazing sunset views. Very short distance from the airport and a short 10-15 minute walk into Lassi. Every single member of staff were so friendly and accommodating, they really went the extra mile to ensure we had the best possible holiday. We only had breakfast included but on arrival they let us have a complimentary buffet dinner which was really lovely after a long day of travelling. Lots of choice of hot and cold food at breakfast, staff work really hard to clean up tables quickly so even when it was busy, it was always very easy to get a table. Evening entertainment is brilliant, live music and singers. Recommend getting involved in the Zorbas Dance on Greek night! :)

Nothing not to like. Only thing to say is that it’s quite difficult to get a Sun lounger around the pool, for such a large hotel, I think perhaps an extra swimming pool would be good. With that said, the hotel has a small private beach and the bigger beach is only a few minute walk away. The fitness room is quite small, you have to pre-book a slot and you can only fit 1-2 people in at a time.

perfect location, just near Lassi for evening activities, very close to airport and to Argostili. free parking lot with lots of space. private beach (with rocks) , great pool area! , direct access to one of the public beaches of Lasi area with white send - amazing. very good breakfast, and amazing sunset vires - the best ones! Evening restaurant (menu) was great one also. even the pool bar served great food. as per the room - there are several room types. I would suggest to pay extra and take at least sea view. otherwise it can be a bit noise from the road next to the hotel. the bed size is good one, but the bed itself is not comfortable. bathroom is just nice. I think that setting shower instead of bath can be better, cause the height of the bath is too much. hairdryer - don't count on it... very poor one. in general the room is just fine. clean and good size , but not luxury one for such kind of hotel. keep in mind that there is a lot to walk for each place (beach, pool, restaurant, parking, bar, main area etc.) , and the hotel is not accessible in easy way for disable people ... (you have to go by stairs for the dinner restaurant, and must pass some stairs to go to pool area\main building. also for coming from the parking lot, you need to go down some amount of stairs ...

there was one time that the staff entered my room when there was "do not disturb sign"
