Absolutely everything was perfect with this stay. Lady at the desk introduced us well with Kefalonia, gave us the map and circled what is must for an Island and what to visit and see. Our room was spacious, bed was so good, had everything needed, but the view! That made us speachless! View from the balcony was sea view and garden in front of the hotel. Big palm, sunrise, sea, boats, we enjoyed the view every single day of our stay! Room was cleaned every day, new towels left, all good. Hotel is 2 minutes walk from the centre and main square. Has its own parking. Everything was lovely and we strongly recommend!

Arrived late at night but no problem as the key was left for us. Beautifully spacious apartment even though it was only a 1 night stay. We could leave our luggage in a safe place while we explored Argostoli. Toilets and seating available whilst waiting for our taxi. Most importantly, very kind and helpful receptionists. We will definitely use this hotel again.

The building should be renovated

We loved the size and cleanliness of our room, as it was basically a 1 bed flat. Our room had a beautiful view from the sea and the mountains. Located really close to the city centre about 8 minutes walk. The staff is friendly and super accommodating.

The hotel is on the top of a hill, so to get back to the hotel after a day at the beach is a bit challenging, apart from that, there was no issue.

Very friendly staff, the apartment was on the top floor and it was an amazing view over Argostoli. There was a lift, so no worries climbing stairs with luggage. A ten minute walk into the main square, and well positioned for exploring the Capital.

You need energy to get up there if you're walking, but that isn't a criticism of the establishment, just a call to arms to get fitter!

We have enjoyed staying at Europe hotel and we are very pleased that we met Maria there and she was of real help. She was very kind helping us and giving a lot of recommendations for the island and we were very pleased also that in the middle of the season she found us a car for rent when we thought it wasn't any available on the island. We would come back also for the nice view of the city for the great Terrace and the cleanness.

The beds were not very comfortable, but we enjoyed the apartment. It had space and 2 balconies.

We had a private balcony and the view was amazing from it. The place was really clean and welcoming ! The location was great, with a 2-3 minute walk from the central square with restaurants nearby.

The wifi connexion was not great

Europe hotel is the perfect place to stay! Affordable, safe and practically in the centre of Argostoli (a 3min walk from the main square). We reserved the room for 2 nights but liked it so much we stayed for 5! Our room was big, spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a huge balcony with a fabulous sea view. Maria was beyond nice and kind, she went out of her way to help us find a good car to rent. We also parked for free in front of the hotel. Restaurants and shops are all within a walkable distance. Stunning beaches such as Makris Gialos and Kalamia beach are either a very short drive or an easy walk away! We’re definitely returning back to Europe hotel!!

Everything was perfect!

Maria at reception was the friendliest person we have met in weeks and very helpful. We even received an upgrade to the top floor with big balcony and 270 degree view of the city. Good access to the city.

Location perfect, great view from the very large balcony, exceptional value for money, Maria (host) was completely fantastic and so helpful. Blind in the bedroom was stuck but I didn’t mind as I was only there after dark and not a problem for me as the room was otherwise much better than anticipated. Would return.

Bathroom was small and basic for the size of the apartment (sleeps 4) but as I was a single traveller it was ideal.
