As a person with 20 years in hospitality, and have been in many hotels around the world, there is 5 things who affect on the decision if the hotel is perfect. 1. Service - the service in Aenos hotel is one of the best. Thanks to Fortis at the reception! He has an high intelligent to read the guests needs, and give the best solution for any requests. Thank you Fortis for an amazing take care. 2. Locations - in the center of Argostolion, everything happens around the hotel. 3. Bed- OMG such a comfortable bed!!! And the pillow are soft and comfortable. 4. Shower - good power, worm water and great amenities. 5. Value for money - the price for 3 night was good for what we got. We have only good things to say about this hotel. Thank you for a great stay. And thanks again to Fortis and all the rest of the team,, u r the best🙏❤️

The only thing i missed in the room, is a mirror.

There is nothing not to like. Nikolas and staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculate. The location in Argostoli was right on the main square, a minute walk to the harbour. 5minute walk to see the sea turtles (best time between 9-11am). Restaurants were really close - in the main square and in streets off the square. Great range of choice. Main shopping street is within a few minutes walk. This hotel was perfect. We will definitely stay there again when next in Kefalonia.

Absolutely nothing

The location is perfect, right on the square, yet you do not hear all the noice with the windows closed. Our balcony had views of the harbour and the square. The beds were firm with huge super soft pillows: my favourite combo! The bus stop to / from the airport (2euros each way) was a minutes walk door to door! The staff were amazing, very helpful and accommodating! Super clean and lovely toiletries with super comfy robes too.

We thought everyone could access the roof terrace but we must have read it wrong as it was only for the suite. Would have been nice in the evenings but can’t complain. Everything is as advertised otherwise. Great value for money

Our room with balcony and spa was very comfortable and spacious. The location was ideal for a few days of relaxation, being close to restaurants and overlooking the square. The view, from our top floor, across the bay was outstanding.

The hotel restaurant was closed and there was no facility for tea/coffee in our room and water in the room wasn't replenished. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss, with luke warm food and no real service. The hotel staff were pleasant enough but didn't have knowledge of local tourist attractions.

Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the sea view from our balcony was a really lovely surprise. The view from the top floor patio was also great - well worth taking a trip up there! Breakfast was very good in terms of the options and quality of ingredients. Location was great - super central with lots of nice restaurants and bars nearby, and the sea just a few meters away. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful too.

If you arrived after 9am for breakfast (it runs until 10:30) we found that there wasn't any fruit juice or fresh fruit left. The aircon in our room was a bit hit and miss too - it wouldn't always switch on. There also wasn't an iron or kettle in the room. We appreciate these may both be very British things though, and not as typical elsewhere.

Location perfect.Right in the middle of the town and next to the main square with no noise whatsoever heard in the room.1 minute walk to seafront. Staff all lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. Got a surprise free upgrade which was great . Nice breakfast buffet.Wish we could have stayed longer.Super shower .

Only thing I can think of is more clothes hangers required.

Room was modern and the daily servicing of the room was very good. Breakfast options were great (including barista coffee). You can get the local bus from the airport for €2 per person and the hotel organised a transfer for our arrival which was €30. They held our luggage on the day of check out. Location is close to the bus stop and ferry to Lixouri.

We had requested a twin room when booking (which we know is not guaranteed) and when we arrived, as they were fully booked, we were given a room with a double bed.

Such a great location right in the heart of argostoli. The room was excellent with plenty of room. Comfortable bed and shower was dynamite. Great water pressure. We booked a larger room through a special and it was very comfortable and large enough for us to have some space.. Staff are so friendly, always welcoming and happy to help. The blonde lady in the morning shift was particularly helpful.. and helped point out stuff to us. Also the breakfast person was really friendly and attentive when you came in.. and the girl at night always welcomed you back with a smile. Has an elevator too for luggage. They were also happy to keep luggage for us until our flight. They give you a discount voucher for the restaurant downstairs which is actually a really good restaurant. Had one of the best meals while there so it's good for your first night in. Breakfast is great. I tried everything on the menu for the egg based breakfasts... The egg sandwich omelette was the best! Got to add some of the cold cut hams to it though from the buffet and it's perfect! Also try the mandola while you're there ( locally produced glazed almonds). You're welcome...

I don't think it's the hotel itself more of a Greece thing... But the smell from the pipes can be pretty bad from the bathroom. We kept the door closed most of the time and found after a shower the smell was less. We never flushed the toilet paper down the toilet always in the bin so maybe it was another guest and they blocked the pipes. Remember to do your part and not contribute to issues with plumbing! Pillows were probably a little too soft too. It's a bit of a trek to the beach... but honestly you really want to stay here for the restaurants and stuff around just so you can have an enjoyable dinner at night and not have to go so far. The walk to the beach is around 30-40 mins but you can also catch a bus or taxi.

Great Location, friendly staff and clean rooms.

Rooms on smaller side no blow dryer in bathroom ,no iron and hotel cannot provide. We had a security issue with someone opening our door while asleep. Subsequent night there was a fire alarm at 4am and subsequent evacuation however no clear instructions on wether it was safe to return from staff on duty. May need training on what to do in an emergency.

Top location, central … best restaurants nearby ( actually the grill house just next to the building has the best meat in whole kefalonia ) Stuff friendly, very clean, nice breakfast. Easy parking. Very clean.

Room is too small for two luggage’s. No Mirror except bathroom.
