Perfectly good but a pity that the coffee was from a jug of filter coffee. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The pool etc facilities were an extra cost. I don't think this was mentioned in their webpage.

The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean, making the stay relaxing. The hotel is in a great location, close to everything you need and perfect for exploring the area. The staff were welcoming and always greeted us with a smile each morning. They weren’t overly proactive, but whenever we asked for something, they did their job efficiently.

The parking area is quite small, and during peak season you may end up being blocked by other hotel guests. The fridge in the room was very small and did not include a freezer. Breakfast was the same every day, with only a very limited selection of ingredients.

The hotel is located at a great location for navigating the rest of the island as well as a great location in the city itself being at the center of happenings with a nice view of the central square from our room. This however could be an issue for people having trouble sleeping since you will notice the music and the general murmur of the people in the evenings. Despite that, I have to say that my girlfriend and I had no trouble sleeping. Other than that I would like to highlight free hotel parking, friendly staff, very clean room and premises.

I cannot say there was anything I didn't like in particular - as a small personal preference concerning breakfast, perhaps an upgrade in the scrambled eggs/omelette recipe wouldn't be bad 🙂 other than that the breakfast was good with plenty of options to choose.

The location was excellent on flat area, the staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and well equipped (moved from initial room at rear to one overlooking the main square at the front of hotel)

Lack of facilities for disabled with difficulty walking, no ramps etc., Breakfast 5/10, only cold cooked meats and fruit, no hot meal choice and same every morning.

I loved the location, the staff were very helpful and the rooms very clean. I booked a last minute massage and it was one of the best deep tissue massages I have every had. There was a very slightly cantankerous old widower at breakfast and the restaurant lady although very busy really looked after him. This was so nice of her.

Only a small thing - there was no where to hang the hand towel in the bathroom.

The location was great , close to everything. Sergi at the bar offered the best service. Very clean room and service offered. Parking behind hotel was nice to have.

The breakfast quaility was below average for the type of hotel and room price paid. Unfortunately our family balcony was out of view. The ladies at the reception on the night shift should retire , too old for service. They never say hi upon arrival or when we were going out from the hotel

Lovely position

The penthouse was great but it would have been better if more thought went into the overall look. Needed was more lounge furniture, a lounge table. Kitchen area needed mugs, cutlery etc, chopping board. Pictures around the area would look nice too.

The people working in the hotel were amazing - really friendly and helpful. We would go back just because of them. Nothing was too much trouble. We wanted extra hangers and I think they just went to a shop and bought a load! The location of the hotel was great for going out in the evenings and for exploring the island. Our rooms were excellent with very comfortable beds, great air con and good bathrooms

It would have been nice to have free access for the pool. At breakfast the choice ran out very quickly in the mornings and it was generally a bit limited. They closed all the windows on the terrace, but then still allowed smoking which was really unpleasant and made it pretty unusable.

Location on the square and close to taxis and shopping was great Good breakfast, nice people. Reception desk folks helpful. Cute pool and hot tub/ spa area.Good value.

Laundry sent out missed socks. Cost for that was high.

The staff were extremely helpful and breakfast was good. Location was great and considering it was a busy square there was hardly any noise.

The bathroom plug and toilet seat were broken suggest a visit to check out little discrepancies like the bathroom after guests leave and ensure it is perfect.
