We stayed at ROUCHOTAS APARTMENTS for five days and had a truly wonderful experience! Vera, the host, was absolutely lovely—kind, helpful, and always available. She provided us with all the information we needed for exploring the island. The apartment was very clean, spacious, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a perfect and comfortable vacation. We felt at home from the very first moment. Highly recommended from the heart!

Great location. In the centre of every thing - directly in front of the port but no noise in the room. Room very comfortable and cleaned daily. Very Comfortable bed. Air con works well- and we needed it! It’s very hot this summer. Everything we needed was there. Lovely large terrace- fridge , cooking utensils etc (not that we ate in the room) but if something was missing the owner would be sure to provide it for you. The bus stop is opposite the apartments - here you can catch a bus to Lassi beaches - just a short ride. The bus to the airport is only 4 euros from here. Or the ferry to Lixouri is also opposite. There is a supermarket downstairs and shops and cafes Nextdoor. 2 minutes walk and you’re onto the main strip of bars and restaurants or you can walk along the numerous venues along the port. Above all else Vera the owner is so lovely. She goes above and beyond to provide great service and ensure you are having a nice time and have everything you need and makes recommendations, gives timetable for buses etc. She’s always working hard all hours of the day and evening. She has one lady who cleans the rooms so you don’t have to worry about numerous people going in and out of your room. She spoke with the tour company Thalassa next door to ensure they looked after us when we were booking trips and indeed they did. I would recommend them for car hire and excursions. She even started breakfast 40 minutes early for us as we had to leave early for an excursion . All this without being over bearing at all. If you want to stay in Argostoli don’t hesitate to book this accommodation.

The staff were so helpful and friendly, and quick to help us with anything we might need: umbrellas, beach towels, beach recommendations! The room was spacious, clean and had a lovely view of the water. We used the kitchen to make food and to keep snacks stored and drinks refrigerated so was super useful! Had everything you could need.

We had a slightly broken electricity key but were able to get it working with some force! We were even given a working alternative but it was removed from the room. Nevertheless we made our key work so no major issue!

This is the second year in a row that we have used this apartment. We really can't fault it. The whole property is immaculately clean and is clearly regularly maintained and refreshed. The location is perfect for exploring Argostoli and surrounding areas. There is a wide range of choices for breakfast, and Vera is a wonderful host, very friendly and most helpful. We thoroughly recommend this accommodation.

Perfect location ! Immaculately clean , we had a lovely room with a very large balcony, Vera was a fantastic host , so friendly and helpful, breakfast was lovely with a good selection to choose from and we will definitely be returning , we had the most amazing holiday, Kefalonia really is a beautiful island with so much to do 😁

Everything was to love about this property, our host couldn’t do enough for us. She was exceptional. Breakfast was delicious. Location was outstanding and walking proximity to restaurants, shops, bus to beaches, airport bus, Lixouri ferry. Apartment was the best we’ve stayed in for added extras, around the world!!! Thank you Vera, Maria and your daughter. We will recommend and stay again most definitely.

The host, Vera was amazing. The location is fantastic. Our apartment provided a view overlooking the marina area. It was a great size & fully equipped. The breakfast is buffet style & has many choices. Hot choices such as eggs & and bacon are cooked individually. The ferry pick up/drop off area is directly across the road so very convenient if you choose to explore other areas. We would definitely return here.

Great size room, perfectly clean, a TV with netflix which you can sign into, air con worked very well and wasent too loud as is the case with some places, and the room had an amazing spacious balcony. Fantastic location a short walk (3-5 mins walk depending on speed) from the main hub, and directly opposite the bus station to the airport, and also the ferry to Lixouri. The Breakfast was also excellent, brought to your room between 0800-1000 i think, a wide selection including lots of local produce, great.

Great staying in the very center of Argostoli. Nice room, with all comforts. The best part of the room is the patio with a great seaview. The room is equipped with everything we needed, and breakfast was great.

Sometimes it was hard to park the car, but there are many free spots not far from the house. I would have preferred to have breakfast until 10.30 or 11.00am, but it ends at 10am

I had the most perfect experience at this wonderful place. On my first day the host gave me notes about this beautiful island, she was always there to answer my questions and give advice about the best places/beaches. The breakfast was delicious, contained local ingedients and was delivered to the room every morning. What`s more: there is a parasol and sun loungers for free that you can bring to the beach.
