It was clean (lovely staff who cleaned and reset the room daily), well situated and suited our needs. Everything was comfortable. Outside area by our room was lovely, gardens with beautiful flowers. Easily accessible to Myrtos, Assos, Fiskardo.

I think a week is too long here, a few days and then move on. We would have enjoyed the pool more had we not been told off for enjoying ourselves in it by taking some photos. We were literally in the pool, laughing and jumped up a few times to catch a fun photo of our family of 4 and got shouted at by the owner. On arrival he had pointed at the pool rules (usual, no bombing, no diving, no food and drink) and implied if there was no compliance then ‘polizia’. I hadn’t anticipated what we were doing was breaking the rules. Might not be a good place for people who like fun in a swimming pool. Possibly they prefer couples rather than families?!

The Room was cute and very clean, we slept very well. The situation is amazing near to Assos, Fiskardo,Myrtos and less than 45 min from Argostoli or any activity. The view and the breathtaking sunset that you never get tiref of. But above all and this is the most important in our eyes the kindness of Vrionis and Maria his wife who welcomed us like friends and who always did everything to make our stay extraordinary. I hope we'll be able to come back and for sure we'll go to Studio Vrionis Panoramic Sunset

Absolutely nothing. It was perfect.

I can not rate Panoramic Sunset highly enough!! John and Maria treated us like family and attended to our every need. We went at the end of the season and so public transport was not available. John helped by driving us places in his own car. Stunning sunset views and fabulous pool. Our balcony view looked down on the charming port of Assos and whilst there we hiked up to explore the Vanetian castle. We had excellent WiFi and we were even gifted fresh eggs from their chickens for breakfast. There was a great cafe less than a mile away called Cafe Ektos and a restaurant called Makies and close proximity to a supermarket. We explored Myrtos beach and also Fiscardo. A truly special time. We will most certainly be back and bring our friends!!!

Due to going at the end of season a lot of things were closed down.

Fantastic location, facilities and service! The owners were extremely attentive and catered to our every need - they even made us breakfast to go when we had to check out early without us asking for it! Very homy atmosphere, we'd come back any time!

One thing that surprised us negatively was, that the rooms were not really soundproof - paired with noisy neighbours it's definitely not ideal if you're a light sleeper.

Location and excellent pool although the pool massage system didn't seem to be operational. Breakfast is available with good selection to choose from although we thought the price @ 15 euros per person was a little steep. that said we did take it on the first and last days

Slight issue with one of the french doors wasn't working properly so obviously hadn't been picked up during cleaning after previous occupants. It was was repaired by the evening when we returned from dinner although not successfully as open and closing it saw the issue arise again. It was fixed a day later.

Probably the first full 10 that I have ever given on Booking.com The location is perfect, really close to beautiful restaurants and in the middle between Fiskardo and Myrtos/Assos. The room was big and comfortable. The beds were great and the bathroom so spacious and complete with all you need. The breakfast served in this facility is made of local foods, the eggs come from the owner's chickens! The pool is nice and relaxing, with a great sunset view. Great to have for kids but also for a relaxing evening with a couple of beers! The biggest asset is the owner, Mr. Vrionis and his staff. He is the best host ever, please ask him all the info that you may need, he will provide the best and most honest guidance that you will ever receive.

Wow! What a perfect family run hotel. Honestly one of the best places we've stayed in Kefalonia (and we're at 15 to date) so beautiful and exceptionally clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with an array of fresh food to choose from, everything you could wish for. Yannis and his wife were so welcoming and not least of all stunning views and sunsets ✨️

We could not fault a single thing here

We visited Kefalonia for two days and slept for one night at Mr Vrionis apartments. When we arrived everyone was very welcoming. It was almost sunset and had the chance to take a swim in the pool and enjoy the stunning views of Kefalonia. The apartment was very clean, with hot water, WiFi, and a very comfortable bed. The next morning we had a great breakfast at the pool and before we departed, Mr. Vrionis gave us tips what to visit and where to eat. If I ever go to Kefalonia again, I will stay at Vrionis apartments.

Fantastic view. The studios have the necessary kitchen equipment and the beds are comfortable. The airconditioning was quite and effective. Super friendly staff. The garden around the house is lovely.

We got some mosquitos in our room. The shower is a bit clumsy. Glass doors for the shower instead of a curtain and a nicer shower head would be a good upgrade.

The setting is stunning with infinity pool overlooking the sea, the view from the rooms is also great. The location is convenient but isolated from the main towns. Staff is very attentive and helpful.

Breakfast quality is not great and options are limited. The room furniture and bathroom are dated and air conditioning not very powerful. A little bar by the pool could be a great addition since there are no options to buy food and drinks nearby.
