Lovely apartment with nice decor, very clean and comfortable. It was a good size, particularly the living space with kitchen. The location was fantastic - a short walk into the town with lots of great restaurants and cafes and our favourite beach just a 15 minute walk. Also a good location for exploring the rest of the island.

Zero communication from the owner except for an automated like message on the morning of our check in. Completely ignored my other messages with questions. A guide for the apartment would have been helpful (for example had to work out that the oven wouldn't turn on and there was no hot water because they were off at the fuse box). Also it is quite dark but on the plus side it stayed pretty cool. The walls are also pretty thin (not great when the people above us got up at 5am!).

Really clean, spacious and modern. Really close walking distance to town (literally five minutes) and very quiet. We have the apartment serviced twice (once just empty bins) but that didn't bother us as we viewed this as a self catering apartment. Really easy check in and you can park right outside. The town has everything you need - bars, restaurants, beaches and supermarkets. There was air con in the lounge and the bedroom. Handy washing machine and a good balcony.

The shower curtain was a tiny bit small and so unless it was tucked in, the bathroom got a bit wet.

Pictures very true. The property was spacious, had a lovely terrace which got the morning sun and in a great location - quiet but central to lots of nice restaurants. Agia Effimia was much prettier than expected. It made a great base to explore the north of the island. The host provided essentials like shower gel & shampoo, which was superb when you are travelling light.

Tiny thing - would be great to have beach towels provided.

Excellent standard of interior design and furnishings really easy and comfortable to be there

Only one fault which was really incidental but for yhd owners the shower head could do with upgrading just to control the direction of water and more detailed directions would make it a little easier to find

Fantastic modern, comfortable accommodation. Great location. Very short, flat walk to sea front and shops. Plenty of parking. Washing machine and dishwasher a bonus! As was a freezer! Loved the area. Very peaceful.

We couldn’t get the air con to work in the bedroom and finally realised the window needs to be shut for it to work! (It was open when we arrived) Not really a ‘didn’t like’, but took us a while and a few messages with the hosts to figure it out! Also the directions from booking.com took us to the middle of nowhere, the other side of Agyia Efymia. Remedied by putting G.Living 365 into Google maps!

Lovely apartment, felt like home. All amenities including dishwasher, aircon both rooms, nice good size balcony, and plenty of parking space, nothing to complain! one of the best accommodations we had in over 6 years of traveling in Greece! Also very close to famous beach Myrthos, Antisamos, and some other small cozy ones!

The apartment was absolutely beautiful & had everything you could ever need. The location was fabulous as it was a 5 minute walk to the centre, restaurants & bars.

Keys were in a lock box and the code was messaged earlier that day! Very organised, directions were clear and all shops/restaurants about a 4 minute walk away. We only stayed a night while we waited for our ferry. Washing machine was very handy (1x washing machine tab provided) It was super hot and the air con in each room was great.

It had everything we needed:) Also a plus that we could wash our clothes

The aircondition didn’t work in the living room.
