Zola is a very beautifull, authentic greek village. The location close to few of the most wild and beautifull beaches in Kefalonia was perfect for us. The lack of all souvenirs stores was also perfect for us. We had very quite holiday with good foos at Sto Tsagari Tavern in the main square of the village. The accomodation was very comfortable and very clean. Anastasia and her parents are very nice hosts. Anastasia sent to us very good advices and answered to all our questions. She also helper us to accomodate one person more in the las minute (thank you very much for that). The view from our balcony was amazing: spectacular sea colours and mountains in the back were all that we could dream of.

We had a great time while staying at Cristos Studios in the clean, quiet, little village Zola. Beautiful, wild landscapes, and excellent, friendly host Katerina, the proud mother of two beautiful daughters. The property is clean, the room was clean and we had all we needed at our discretion. Cooking dishes, refrigerator with freezer, comfortable bed, good pressure in the shower, clean bath towels. We enjoyed a lot the sweets and fresh water that Katerina left for us in the refrigerator. They were very refreshing after a long travel way with the ferry. Katerina also gave us excellent tips on the restaurants, shops and the two beaches nearby. Very useful! Nice location, quiet, close to the beautiful beaches, most friendly hosts. Anastasia, the daughter of the owners, gave us very good tips way in advance before we got there and answered our questions very promptly, which helped us a lot. A stroll in the little village of Zola after dinner is worth your time. Stop by Stou Tsagkari for a coffee, glass of wine, dinner, or even breakfast in the morning. Beautiful setting and view.

The studio was perfectly equipped, cozy and cleaned regularly. The beds were comfortable, shower water always warm and the host spoiled us with little treats. She also gave us lots of information about island, beaches and other sights worth seeing. The location is perfect for exploring the island with rented car since most of the best beaches and places are within the radius of 40 min with car, otherwise the village is calm and a little remote (two beaches are nearby, but still far if you are walking, there is one bar but no shops nearby).

The hosts are very friendly and brought us tasty Greek cake several times. The property is located on the hillside of the beautiful valley between Zola and Agkonas. There are two nice beaches (approx. 5 min by car) and a very good restaurant (Stou Tsagkari, 5 min by feet) close by . The location of the property is ideal to explore Pylaros (Asos and Myrtos), the Paliki peninsula (Lixouri and many nice beaches) and the Erisos peninsula (Fiskardo).

There was no coffee machine in the accommodation - just a water cooker.

Very clean, excellent location and anastasia and her family made the whole experience greater! You really feel the greek hospitality ! We stayed for a week and they were really helpful! We will definitely go back!

Everything was great!

We had the top floor apartment with a balcony with amazing views off the coastline. Our apartment was kept clean and the bedsheets and towels changed frequently. Good air conditioning. We like the apartment because it was nice and spacious. The owner of the apartment kept us informed and up-to-date about any activities in and around the area. There was a lovely lady who managed the apartments she was very kind enough to leave some lovely cakes and Savoury dishes for us.

This is better than a 4-star hotel. It is a family business where an authentic elderly greek couple takes care of everything. They welcome us with homemade sweets once a few days. They also clean the rooms and change towels and sheets every 2-3 days. The rooms are big and cozy and they also have beach umbrellas. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a quick breakfast but also a meal (for those that have time for this).

The location of the property was perfect, we had the top floor apartment with a private balcony and wonderful views of the beach and mountains, the apartment and communal areas had been cleaned on a regular basis also bed sheets were changed regularly, by a lovely lady which supplied us with cakes and local treats. Easy parking spaces some under shaded vines.

We really enjoyed our stay at Christina's place. The kind attitude of the owner of the place was extraordinary and we received a very pleasant feeling the whole time. The landlady's desire to help with everything we asked for was appreciative. The apartment is incredibly clean and tidy and cleaned every morning with golden touches. We will happily return :)
