We didn't have breakfast. The beach is accessed through the hotel pool and sunbathing area which makes it very convenient. The general location is nice and quiet. The town square and seaside restaurants are within 300m.

It was disappointing to find that the bar had been closed since our last visit. This used to be a very good place to socialise with other guests after dinner in the evenings

Location was fantastic. Right on the beach and only minutes walk from Lixouri town square. Absolutely perfect. Staff were all really sweet and helpful, couldn't ask for more. Pool was lovely and very quiet. Definitely recommend.

The grounds were not well kept and I wouldn't stay on the side that offers city views. I would definitely pay the extra for a room overlooking the pool. The city side could be quite noisy with motorbikes and lorries as there is a food market opposite that has early deliveries. It also would have been nice for there to have been a bar in the evening.

We had a sea view room on the 2nd floor with amazing views out over the bay. The room was bright, modern and big enough for the two of us for a week. It was spotlessly clean; the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water when we needed it. The pool area was lovely with lots of shade and easy access to the beach. The staff were all friendly and the hotel provided us with a perfect base to go off exploring each day and then wander along the road into town in the evenings to enjoy a good meal, and soak up the local atmosphere.

Great helpful staff. Great location. Some of the facilities were a little worn and in need of tlc but good value for the price. Room was spotless and I had 2 balconies!!!! Loved the pool and being right on the beach was a bonus. Short walking distance to shops and lovely restaurants with a supermarket right across the road.

The room was a liitle tired. For example, a couple of cracked tiles in the bathroom, and the shower tends to flood. Apart from that, was a great room for the price.

Perfect location, 5 mins walk to ferry, harbour and main square. Immaculately hotel, outstanding service from the staff, nothing too much trouble, so friendly. Sea view rooms perfect. Good A/C. Plenty of beds every day around pool and beach, no need for early morning towel drops. Will definitely be returning. We loved everything about this hotel.

The hotel is in a perfect location, with its own beach, there are shops, and restaurants nearby. Staff was really helpful, and nice, as we arrived a bit before the check-in time, but as soon as the room was cleaned we could get into it. Until then, we could have a rest next to the pool. We chose breakfast option, which was very good, but too much for me :D

Only the shower. It was too small also for me, but for my husband it was almost impossible to take a shower :D

Very close to all amenities. Very clean in all areas, with very helpful staff. Rooms were cleaned every day with fresh linen. The pool area had plenty of beds and snacks and refreshments were also available. Beach was on the doorstep, with beds available.

Although the pool area was ok, I felt it needed a bit more of attention. The baby pool looked neglected, and areas/garden around the pool area needed some maintenance/updating in areas.

It was a lovely, clean hotel with a lovely homely feeling. The staff were so friendly, helpful and kind, always very chatty and happy to help. Checking in and out was so simple, it was very clean. I would definitely go back here. The pool and gardens are so beautiful and very relaxing with great sun beds.

Only an observation really hotel has shut the bar The beach bar is excellent closes at 7 You can however buy whatever you want from supermarket 50 yards away if you fancy nightcap etc
