Beautiful villa with so much space and everything we could possibly need. Everything immaculately clean and working. Effective, quiet air con. Gorgeous views with choices of balconies all to ourselves. Very short walk to a lovely beach with a beach bar serving great snacks and meals. Adorable, friendly dog. Hosts were helpful and easy to access. Fabulous pool right outside the door with water just the right temperature and very comfortable poolside sun beds. Could not have asked for more luxury!

The walk to the local town of Lixouri is a pleasant, fairly flat walk, but took about 25 minutes one-way and was a bit too far to travel on foot regularly in the heat or if carrying heavy bags. Even though beach is in walking distance, options for evening meals and entertainment involved going into Lixouri, so it worked best once we hired a car. Hosts were able to recommend a good hire car company for this.

I highly recommend this beautiful place, in a wonderful location with such kind and friendly hosts. The property had a lovely large balcony and table on the first floor and a fabulous large balcony with outdoor seating and coffee table on the top floor both over looking the sea and hills beyond. There was an additional spacious outdoor area outside the backdoor which gave shade for breakfast in the morning. The place was extremely clean, well equipped, spacious and the beds the most comfortable I’ve slept in. It was useful to have a downstairs toilet, a washing machine in the bathroom and the cooking utensils needed as we like to cook some evenings. The place was well run, friendly, quiet and totally relaxing. The sun beds around the pool were kept clean and tidy with towels provided for them in the apartment. The location was just right for us with the beach so close and at the end of a fairly quiet road. The town and supermarket was very close by car (3 mins) and the Argostoli ferry a little further on. We were provided with wine, water and other nice touches on arrival and if we needed anything for the apartment we only had to ask. I would love to return again to rest and relax in such a beautiful place. Thank you.

It was spotlessly clean.Facilities were excellent,everything you have at home was available in Diwani. Cleaner came in every other day to clean,change the beds and towels. It was extremely comfortable with very nice modern furniture throughout the villa. The terraces were lovely,outdoor furniture available,views absolutely beautiful. The pool was excellent .Shower and pool furniture also available. At the back of the property there was a lovely bbq area.We didn’t use this facility as we ate out every evening. We hired a car for 4days out of the 14 we stayed. It was enough for us as we like walking.The town full of bars and restaurants was a 25 minute walk each way which we did every evening,it helped work off the calories we had gained in the restaurants of which there are many. The nearest beach is a 5 minute walk from the villas. The owners were lovely.They were extremely helpful and friendly.

Excellent quality accommodation which exceeded our expectations. The modern apartment was spacious and well-equipped and better than anywhere else we stayed in Greece. The owners were friendly and helpful and the children enjoyed playing with Tinka the dog. We stayed in the ground floor apartment as we wanted a third bedroom. The maisonettes on the upper floors will be a better choice if you don't need the additional bedroom as they benefit from beautiful views and have more private outside space. We arrived by ferry from Argostoli and then by taxi from Lixouri. There is a beach bar and a restaurant close by which we enjoyed, but you will benefit from a hire car for trips to the supermarket and further afield. We loved our stay here and are happy to recommend Diwani Villas.

Beautifully furnished & very clean. Lovely pool & fabulous sun bathing area. We had two balconies which were furnished with table & chairs & sofa & chairs & a back eating area which we didn’t even use. Lots of choice. We absolutely loved the dog & cat too. Lovely hosts. The villa was tidied & clean towels provided twice during our stay.

Even more beautiful than the photos online. Spotlessly clean, really comfortable and everything that you would need. The location was perfect. We enjoyed the 25 minute walk into the square in Lixouri most nights.A great base from which to explore Lixouri. Margarita waa so welcoming and helpful. We would have no hesitation in recommending Diwani Villas.

The owners were very welcoming. The property was very clean. Great location with a restaurant very nearby or more to choose from if you walk into town. Lovely pool and very near to the beach.

Just loved it here, truly fantastic. The hosts are the nicest family and were extremely helpful whenever we needed them. I always say I'll never go back to the same place twice but within days I was sure I want to come back here one day. The villa was really spacious and luxurious, not missing anything. The pool is ace. The local beach and restaurants are excellent. We are veggies and found loads of options at all local restaurants/tavernas. Just go here, basically! Thanks for a really, really lovely stay x

Lovely accomodation, far bigger than expected and wonderfully clean. Nice pool and the owners also had a very friendly dog. We were fortunate to be the only guests. We were only there for a few nights, but wish we had been able to stay longer. The Taverna 50 yards away was very nice and frequented by locals, as was the taverna by the beach.
