We arrived at midnight and were met with a smile, complimentary sandwiches as we had not eaten and also complimentary drinks. Petros was amazingly kind, giving us advice on where to visit, direction and places to eat. His mother was an English teacher should you wish to chat to this charming lady by the pool about Homer or anything- lots of smiles and laughter. Petros picked me a bunch of grapes 🍇 to eat as I watched my daughter in pool. After a cooked breakfast and good night rest in the US- style apartment (with table and chairs outside and in) we took the short walk to Xi beach. Honestly, so relaxed 😎 from day one and the burnt orange sand and spa rocks (which everyone uses for natural mud therapy) leave your skin soft. I cannot recommend this place enough - food in restaurants excellent and sun beds reasonable priced (although free around the apartments tool pools with a paraphernalia of floats free for use). Fantastic place for families as the beach is also safe - shallow waters for a good 50 metres. Great power shower in apartment too. Fabulous!

Me and my friends enjoyed the stay in Zest apartments. The swimming pool is super, sourounded by trees, so you always find a bit of shadow. The Xi beach is wonderful, with shelow tyrkys water and healing mud, for kids just ideal. We really appreciated breakfast every morning underneath pergola just besides the swimming pool. We would love to come again.

We enjoyed a wonderful week in Kefalonia. We were very happy that we chose Zest At Xi Beach. Efficiently furnished apartments with all necessary equipment, air conditioning, excellent beds and a kitchenette. There is also a lovely swimming pool. Petros, the owner, is a great host. He does everything to make his guests feel comfortable. He also serves a good breakfast every morning. Zest at Xi beach is within walking distance of the beach. On the lovely sandy beach there are also a few taverns and a somewhat higher category restaurant, Vardiani. It is a 15-minute drive to Lixouri. In Lixouri there are all kinds of restaurants with Pizza Paradiso as the highlight.

Maybe a shower and bathroom at the pool area would be an extra.

Lovely apartments. They are very spacious and spotlessly clean. Petros and his wife are very kind and helpful. The breakfast and honesty bar are great too. The two swimming pools are also a great bonus. Xi beach is a 5 mins walk away as are several tavernas. If you turn right and walk past all of the tourists, you will find long deserted stretches of beach. Petros also offers a transfer at a much lower price than the other companies. We were made to feel very welcome and will definitely come back.

we had a great time at Zest@Xi. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed and the apartment was spacious and clean. there is a very nice and relaxed atmosphere, exactly what you hope for. The beds are nice and the breakfast was very extensive and tasty. We would have liked to stay much longer if we could. very nice and helpful people who understand how it should be done. thank you very much!

Pedros was a perfect host, the room was immaculate and the pool area was as good, breakfast was great with lots of choice, these are very nice apartments in a great location and well worth a visit, just wish we could have stayed longer.

This is a fantastic place! The apartment was spacious, well-equipped and clean. The breakfast by the pool was great, the pools were really good and all sorts of options for hanging out in the pool areas. The refreshments were very fairly priced. Above all, Petros was an extremely friendly and helpful host. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Nice and cozy apartments. Good facilities, perfect with the swimming pool. A good option for our family of 4, with 2 small children. The host was very nice, helpful and there, if you needed something!

In the evening the cold water was running low, but that was because of the island facilities, not of this particular location. Everywhere is the same problem, I guess. The breakfast was ok, the host always asked us if we wanted something else, but it could be more diversified between the days, as we were there for 1 week.

We had a magical stay, Petros was wonderful, we love his kittens! The pool is great for kids, and eating a delicious breakfast under the fruit trees in the patio was absolutely lovely. The organic vegetable garden was a nice touch.

We really enjoyed our stay at Zest, Petros and his mum Eleni are very sweet and made us feel very welcomed! We liked the pool area and the breakfast that was served there had a good selection of fruits, vegetables, toasts, hot and cold drinks, and deserts, with the highlight of homemade appricot jam, which was spectacular! The location was amazing, just a few minutes walk to the beach, which we really enjoyed and even though we planned to visit other areas nearby, we just kept coming back to Xi everyday, as the sea there was amazing and you can have a beautiful walks along the coast too! The room was a good size, with wardrobe and private bathroom, big and comfy bed, good aircon and an outddor sitting area with umbrella. It was clean and peaceful and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay:) We had a great time, thank you!

There was a strong cleaning product smell in our room on the arrival that resembled moth ball smell, but it did go away after venting the room:)
