Big sign made it easy to spot from our incoming bus.Nice to have a reception office on the property where Poppy was waiting for us.She’s a real sweetie and let us stay late in our room to wait for our ferry.The studio had a separate bedroom and a comfortable seating area in the kitchen,and a functional bathroom with a shower with glass doors.A short flat walk from bus stop,port,and many restaurants on the harbour front.A supermarket across the street.

The outside of the property doesn’t look appealing and looks like there’s a wraparound shared narrow balcony facing the noisy street.BUT the rooms also have private balconies at the back with a table,chairs and an adjustable awning.The back is quiet and has a nice view of the treed hillside.

We arrived at 9.30 in the morning off the ferry and they had already cleaned the room for us. The apartment is a bit old and basic (although I did see some more modern ones below so perhaps they are updating) however, its spotless, good shower, comfy bed and a balcony that looks at greenery. It's also quiet at night. We stayed 6 nights, they cleaned the room once, but emptied our bins every 2 days. There's a supermarket opposite, and you can walk to restaurants and the beaches within 10 mins. We were due to get a 4.30 ferry and we were allowed to stay in the room until 2.30. This flexibility with check in and out meant the world to us. The ladies are so hospitable. Would totally recommend, Sami and Kefalonia is beautiful 😍

A little bit basic and rough round the edges, would be nice to have a dustpan and brush as they don't clean regularly so you can clean the floor. Apart from that there's really nothing to moan about.

We liked many things about our stay. The view was beautiful, overlooking the mountains, which added a serene touch to our experience. The location was excellent, being close to the city center and shops, making it easy for us to get around and access everything we needed. We also appreciated the convenient parking space for our car. The apartment itself was very lovely. Each room had air conditioning, which made our stay comfortable during the warm days. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, featuring two refrigerators, which was very convenient for storing our food and drinks. Additionally, the apartment had a large bathroom, adding to our overall comfort. Overall, we were very pleased with the accommodation and enjoyed our stay immensely.

Everything was perfect!

The location was very nice. It was within walking distance to the souvenir shops, restaurants, beach, and to rent a car. The bed was nice and quiet. As for cleanliness, we did see a few bugs that came in and a cockroach. The hosts were amazing as well. They were super nice and accommodating. They let us stay a little later after the check-out time because our flight did not leave until the night.

I feel like it could have been more clean. I did not think that I would see a cockroach when I opened the cupboard. That caught me by surprise and I was uneasy for the rest of the time wondering if there were more bugs.

The elevator was a nice convenience. The balcony has a nice adjustable awning to block the sun and channel the breeze. The A/C was superb, and the living space comfortable. Access to the town is great. There is a supermarket next door. Very close to the waterfront and ferries. Best part is the hospitality of our host.

The hot water takes awhile to make it through to the tap and showerhead. Noise from road, neighborhood, and construction is high at times.

Only two working electric sockets. One in the kitchen and one in the bedroom. In order to have an insect repellant plugged in at night, you couldn't use it to charge and the socket for the kitchen was on a type of extension so it could reach the kettle.. I stayed for 5 nights and the toilet paper bin was only changed after the third day.

Location was good and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We had only booked one room and requested twin beds. As there wasn't a room with twin beds available the lady running it gave us a second room instead which was beyond expectations and made all the difference for us. Both rooms had a balcony which was nice. I didn't use the kitchen other than the fridge but that was all I needed

Nothing of note. The hot water needed to be turned on to heat up but it wasn't an issue.

We had a great stay here. The lady who helped us s ettle in was lovely, and very forgiving when we managed to lose our key within the first day! There was also the sweetest little cat who lived in the courtyard of the apartment block. So please, if you visit (and you should!), can you give her some food, water and lots of love and attention. Staff were lovely and helpful. Got our sheets changed after 2 days (out of 4 nights). We couldn’t find a tea towel and a brand new ‘Kefalonia’ one appeared! Was a lovely touch. Supermarket so close and found great local restaurant Mermaid to be a winner!

The air conditioning needs service as if left on for too long it drips water onto bed. The weather wasn’t too hot so didn’t need it much!

Met by the lady at check-in. A misunderstanding over the room was quickly sorted out without any fuss. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had all we needed for our stay. A few minutes walk from Sami Port which has lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. Large supermarket less than a minute walk away. Would definitely stay there again
