The accommodation was very clean and modern, with plenty of space for a couple. All the amenities were there and they had plenty of things like coffee and water ready for us on our arrival. The owner was very knowledgeable and friendly, making us feel at home quickly. The property is located within walking distance of all the interesting places in Argostoli.

The only thing that could have been improved was the ability to use the washer and dryer. For the money we spent on the room we had hoped they would be free to use or at a reasonable price, but we thought €5 per use was quite steep. However, it was our first stay so wasn’t a major issue.

Absolutely loved our stay at Anthemis Living. This is our second time staying here after coming to Kefalonia 2 years ago. This time round we bought our 6 month old baby. Nikos is so accommodating and provides such a friendly, welcoming and personable experience. Beautiful apartments/suits with an outstanding view of the mountains, harbour and waterfront. So modern and so clean, with a great location in Argostoli town. Perfect for our stay and highly recommend. Free parking for hire car also available. We hope to come back again in the future.

Incredible property with beautiful sea and mountain views as promised. The balcony had incredible views. The room was perfectly clean and modern, with a great studio style kitchen (well stocked with essential cooking equipment in great condition). Warm energy from the host was appreciated and hopefully I can return one day.

The location is incredible but walking to the port of the town could be challenging for some as there are very steep and rocky hills. Despite this I happily walked into both the central town and lassi.

Nikos the owner made contact within 24 hrs of a request. On arrival ( due to it being winter ) I was very kindly checked in earlier. To say First impressions last is an understatement. The contact , the greeting on arrival and check in was Top class. The room and whole place was absolutely spotless, peaceful, and working in tourism myself, can honestly say " Nikos thought of every single detail " There was nothing that was missing or rather every thing was more than fully equipped. I was also alone , the place was very updated with it's security regarding access . Lastly the bed, what can I say . " I never realised how much I needed such a comfortable bed" 100% amazing experience. I have already recommended to colleagues and cannot wait to come back. Our host, Nikos, was very welcoming and friendly and provided us with tips on restaurants, supermarkets, sights and also rented us a car. The building is new with high quality finish, tastefully decorated, very comfortable and clean, spacious (we had a suite with a great view over the town and sea and two balconies) with kitchen amenities (including some basic teas and coffee, water, honey, butter) and strong WiFi. You can also do laundry downstairs if you need to. The apartments are above the main town, about a 10-15 minute walk down (the walk back is uphill) a few minutes by car. Argostoli itself is a very pretty and charming port town and a good base to see the other parts of the island.

We had a great stay! The accommodation is modern, clean, and really well-equipped. It’s in a great location just a short 3 minute drive to the town but still quiet and peaceful. Having private parking was super convenient, especially in this area. The owner was lovely, so helpful and welcoming, and always available if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area. Perfect base to explore and relax!

Our visit was in November so evenings were dark and challenging to get around narrow streets in dark...maybe a street map could be provided? Google maps often conked out in the narrow streets! the host Nikos was extremely friendly and helpful...always close at hand and willing to offer help and advice. He provided plenty of options for restaurants..but a lot of places closed out of season.... nevertheless if you can make it to the central square lots of busy and enticing bars..even in winter...Baroque bar/cafe vibrant and worth a visit.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Anthemis Living. To start off, Nikos the manager was very proactive in communicating with me before I arrived to Kefalonia and since I was travelling solo he helped me out in a lot of recommendations in places, as well as helping me find a car to rent. Overall he is super friendly and willing to help out in anything you need. In terms of the acommodation, it's top notch. My room was fantastic in everything it included and I couldn't have asked for more!

Location is a bit far out of town, more in a residential area. But is very close to the Argostoli city center.

It was perfect! Beautiful hotel with stunning views of Argostoli! The room was so spacious and really nicely decorated and so clean. We loved having the little kitchen for a quick breakfast before setting off for a day of exploring. Location is really great in the lively Argostoli with plenty to do and also for exploring the island and beaches!
