Breakfast perfect - lots of choice, quality food and drink - staff so friendly and helpful even when is was SO HOT and very busy This hotel is beautiful - the design, the cleanliness, the modern feel to it but most of all the staff are OUTSTANDING and there is a very lovely positive vibe - so helpful especially Vassillis and Nikoletta on reception who helped me with a special request (Spanish hotels bars and restaurants take note - the fab Greek people make you feel welcome and are so kind and patient - I will never go to spain again - so so grumpy all the time. We work very hard for our holidays and every single greek person we met made us feel like they were happy for us to have holidayed in kefalonia - thank you Kefalonians)

White Rocks is one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in! From the moment we arrived we were helped by staff who brought all our luggage in and drove it to our room. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the housekeeping was impeccable. The bungalow rooms are beautiful spacious great facilities and large balcony/terrace areas and the views are incredible, they all get a lovely view of the sunset over the sea! The facilities are nicely spread out with well looked after grounds and beautiful flowers. The views are stunning from every angle. The private beach and beach bar are perfect, lovely staff and good food and drinks all brought to your sunbeds, the water was crystal clear lots of fish perfect for snorkelling! We didn’t realise there was another beach on the other side with private access from the hotel which had great water sports activities! Sunbeds there are €10 for a pair. The pool area was lovely comfortable and clean much more spacious than expecting. Plenty of lounge areas and places to enjoy a cocktail. The location is not far from a strip of lovely restaurants and cocktail bars. We recommend hiring a car to access other parts of the island they have a great secure car park which unlike other comments is very easy to cross the road no problems at all. The breakfast buffet is well worth it everything was lovely fresh and homemade, the pancakes were a big hit! There was also a great jazz evening one night! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay we couldn’t get over how beautiful it all was! Can’t wait to visit again! Thanks to everyone who made our stay SOO perfect!!!

Nothing to dislike!!

Loved the spacious crisp clean villas for our family. We stayed in two different ones and they both had such wonderful views. The food was fantastic and the service was really great from everyone we encountered at the resort

We were disappointed with the towels placed by guests to “save” all the loungers at both the beach and swimming pool. I counted 8 people at the swimming pool but more than 30 loungers around the pool “saved” and at the hotel private beach there were 48 loungers “saved” but only 6 people at the beach!! If this was elsewhere in the world all the towels would have been placed into an area by staff and the loungers free for resort guests that come along to use. This needs to be addressed as some of these loungers were saved but not used at the pool all afternoon. Very disappointing.

Spotlessly clean in all areas, inside & outside grounds. First class food - tried all 3 eateries. Professionally presented food in Alè Carte restaurant. Trained & competent staff throughout the hotel to a high standard as one would expect in a 5 or 6 star establishment. Will most definitely return here. Extremely accommodating and helpful as we arrived without our luggage for several days. Can not recommend high enough .... even their own brand of White Wine.

Would have preferred the restaurant on level 1 to start closing at 10pm rather than 9.30pm. But not a big problem, only a comment. Prior to booking people should be made aware that there is no lift to the Pool ,Beach nor Beach Bar. People with mobility issues really need to know this together with the amount of steps to go up and down to reach the Pool etc. A huge negative for me with my disability ! BUT THIS FABULOUS HOTEL'S PLUS POINTS, OUT WEIGHED THIS PROBLEM FOR ME.

Spectacular Hotel & Location! Everything exceeded our hopes & expectations. Top hotel with quality furnishings & fittings. Panoramic view of the bay from our private bungalow balcony. Beautiful sunsets & lovely sounds of the sea coming into our room. Great maid service, wonderfully clean throughout. The pool & private beach areas stunning! Plenty of loungers at all times. The restaurants, bars & dining areas were so inviting. Then the staff - wow, they are the best trained, wonderfully friendly & attentive team we have ever met, so professional yet warm. Special thanks to Vassilis, Alexandra & the pool staff Thannos & Tassos. We will be back!!😊👍

A stunning hotel, set in a beautiful location amongst pine trees, overlooking the ocean. The hotel was extremely clean and the grounds were very well maintained. There was lush vegetation and flowers around the rooms and all lawns were neatly mowed. Swimming pool area was clean and located next to a great beach bar (good selection of food and drinks for lunch)with views over the sea, also plenty of seating and shade if required. The rooms were exceptionally clean and serviced by a very friendly housekeeping team (thank you). The staff were incredibly professional, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Any request was dealt with very quickly and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in a bungalow which had a good balcony space and superb views of the ocean. The a la carte restaurant was next level and delivered a superb standard of food in a beautiful setting at night lit by candles and there was also an area to relax with drinks next to a fire pit. I cannot thank all the staff enough for making our stay so enjoyable. Vasilis the shift supervisor and reception team were superb and did everything possible to make this a perfect stay. The waiting staff at breakfast and also the team at the beach bar were also amazing, thank you for delivering such excellent service to our family!! - nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

Staff deliver an outstanding level of service, minor issues were addressed smoothly and calmly and the hospitality was 2nd to none. The facilities and views are excellent. Dinner at the á la carte was fabulous with stunning views and a classy ambience. Particular thanks to: George - the hotel manger was excellent and made our stay fabulous and resolved any minor issues seamlessly Thanos - fantastic chap who managed the drinks around the pool with style and good humour Jerry - For making what are possibly some of the best cocktails i’ve ever had - a real talent The whole staff team were warm friendly and first rate, nothing was too much trouble. It is a package holiday destination and during the day it certainly has that vibe about the pool and a breakfast. This is not a criticism - it is what it is but not quite for us.

Great location surrounded by pine trees overlooking the sea. Easy access to a beautiful public sandy beach. Great selection for breakfast. Tasty food in both the buffet and a la carte restaurants. Delicious cocktails. Walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. Immaculate house keeping. Courteous and professional staff. Would definitely here again.

Fabulous views, friendly polite staff, very comfortable sun beds, nice modern decor. Beautiful private beach, free to sit on, a little rocky you need beach shoes to get into sea. The public beach down a lot of steps had no rocks but whilst beautiful has no sun beds

The lobby bar was closed which meant the beautiful terrace with comfy seating was very rarely used. The only bar open was in the restaurant and the seating there was at dining tables. We didn’t bother with pre or after dinner drinks because of this - preferring to get straight off into town. Breakfast selection good, but they need to get better juice it was horrid. The location afforded excellent views but at the far end of the resort we felt it was too far (25 mins) to walk to bars and restaurants along a busy road without lights or pavements- taxis cost €8 - same price to go into Agristole - if you do walk go through hotel grounds down to beach and up slip road which cuts off the worst of the main road.
