It was fully booked but did not feel it

Taxi price, they overcharge you and force you to pay at the reception, so the driver gets only a portion of what you pay. They tried to charge me EUR 20 for 950m ride… did not agree to reduce the price, hence I walked.

The staff were super friendly, helpful and welcoming. Everyone, from cleaning staff to receptionists and all in-between, met us with smiles and greetings throughout our stay! They offered taxi services with their own driver who we loved; he gave us multiple excellent recommendations, pointed out POIs when driving us, and gave us some history from the island.

The plastic, bright yellow arm bands that showed what service level (e.g. breakfast included, half- or full board, all-inclusive) cheapened the feel of the hotel and made for a not-so-great first impression. We quickly got used to it, but seeing as our room number was always checked at e.g. breakfast it felt unnecessary.

Beautiful property with direct access to the ocean! Choose a Junior suite with shared pool if you are with kids (as the pool is larger and feels almost private anyway) or the sea view suite with private pool especially if you are a couple or friends on holiday. The sea views are amazing! The service at the hotel is top class and a special shout out to Kiki and Nadia from reception for making our stay exceptional. There is also a common pool for everyone which is huge. The hotel offers massage facilities, a nice buffet breakkie and also has a restaurant overlooking the sea! It is very close to Psilivi which is the nearest big-ish town! Will visit again!

Little isolated but relaxing and quiet

The room with private pool situated right in front of the sea, very quiet and peaceful, great breakfast, comfy bed, nice shower room..

The room smelled very moldy it was overbearing, our private pool was never clean. They charge too much for their transfer and it’s only cash no receipts, we didn’t realise until we took our taxi without their help as they wanted us to pay for the taxi at reception instead of the driver if they called for one. They have a kids club but every time we went by no one was around. The staff at the breakfast were mostly Albanian and were swearing in their language just after we accidentally happened to spill some coffee on the floor..

The panoramic sea view room was definitely worth it, with gorgeous view of a small grassy hotel beach and the incredibly blue sea. We also enjoyed the breakfast with good selection of hot and cold dishes. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room itself was spacious and well furnished. Additionally the hotel has a separate large parking just a minute walk from the main building, very handy if you rent a car.

We were not expecting live music that was played by the pool bar until 11 PM on some days. It was rather loud and we heard it in the room. Additionally the room cleaning happened at a pretty late hour, so we never knew if the room is ready when returning around 3 PM (and once it has not been cleaned at all - but it was cleaned right away after raising the issue at the front desk). Lastly, on one occasion there was a stray (though collared?) dog roaming the hotel beach and approaching guests, and nothing has been done by the staff. As much as we love animals, having a damp dog jump on sunbeds and mess with guests' stuff is a bit annoying to say the least.

We had a suite with a pool which we asked to change as we wanted more privacy. We were accommodated. We had half board and the quality of the food was good. The Greek yoghurt is beyond excellent, the Greek food in general was excellent and we have a lot to compare it to. The staff in the dining room were friendly, one evening we even caught a performance by Greek musicians. We used the local beach a couple of times. The beach is sandy with pebbles at the entrance, with no special features. The rest of the time we preferred to explore other beaches on the island. In the neighbourhood there are restaurants, shops, you can take excursions.

The hotel is a bit run down. Not enough privacy for the suites as there are sunbeds directly in front of them.

The staff is friendly, the food is delicious and the hygiene is on a high level. The views of the Sea are beautiful.. I recommend this Hotel to everyone who wants a good vacation.

Location is bad. You have to rent a car or take a taxi, but thats not a big problem.

Locate in the middle of nowhere, if you not planning rent a car, then you can only stay in hotel or call taxi

Very nice hotel at a nice beachfront location. The access to the sea is convenient, there are sunbeds and there is a great beach bar. The food was great and it exceeded our expectations, whether it was the breakfast buffet or dinner possibilities. The staff was very friendly and professional and helpful, very nice people ! The cleaners were also very good, always cleaned the room nicely. There are a lot of great family friendly features, such as kids pool, playground and kids room in case of bad weather.

The private pool was a little disappointing, but we did not care as we had the sea right in front of it.
