the hotel was beautiful. on Arrival we got a free upgrade to our room which was super nice. the pool was fantastic, we had a massage followed by a private sauna, the food was all top notch and very well priced! most importantly the staff were absolutely incredible. shout out to the hotel manager Chrysa and Stamatis, both made us feel so welcome during our stay always making sure we had everything we needed, and going above and beyond!

We were given a complimentary room upgrade which was a nice start. Staff are very friendly and always ready for conversation, views over the sea towards Kefalonia from restaurant and pool area.

The condition of the decking around the pool is really quite dangerous, uneven and cracked planks, visible nails holding furniture together, rotting timber. The hotel have refused to even answer emails I sent after checking out when I realised I've been charged someone else's bar bills. The room number was correct but the name & signature were different. Breakfast could be a lot better with very little variation. You definitely need transport, the hotel is more remote than we'd thought it to be.

Superb, friendly staff (Irini, Vlad, Zori, Kostas, Yegor, Irene, Ms. Georgia, Stamatis...please forgive spelling or if unlisted, you're all great!). Large and very comfortable rooms & bed, big hot tub. Outstanding food and huge array at breakfast buffet. Balcony views toward the sea and Kefalonia were superb at sunset. Loved how adults-only peaceful it was, daydreaming by the pool.

Honestly nothing to report. Some people might prefer to be closer to the beach (only 15 mins walk, though), but I preferred being away from crowds, enjoyed the nice hilltop breeze & views. I thought when booking that there was an airport shuttle.

The main infinity pool is absolutely stunning, perched high above the sea with panoramic views and unforgettable, colorful sunsets every evening. The food is beyond words — each night a perfectly balanced 5-course dinner, refined and creative, absolutely worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. Every bite is made with care and detail. But the true heart of this hotel is the people. Their kindness, professionalism, and love create something rare and unforgettable. A very special thank you to the soul and angel of the hotel, Chryssa — a dynamic, always-smiling force of nature who takes care of absolutely everything and everyone. Her energy, her jokes, her attention to every guest, every detail — she’s simply a blessing. Also to Rayhan and Stamatis, true professionals with a heart. Their kindness, attentiveness, and gentle presence make you feel truly seen and cared for. We’ve never experienced this level of hospitality. We also want to thank Rania, always welcoming with her beautiful smile at reception, and Sofia, whose massage is a must — deeply relaxing and filled with warmth. And a heartfelt thank you to Marianna, Daniel, Vlad, Zori, Irene, Costas, Yegor — and every other member of the team we may not know by name but who helped make this stay perfect. Every single one of you contributes to the magic of this place. We are leaving with tears in our eyes but full hearts — and we are already planning our return.

It was quiet, comfortable and spacious. Located in the interior high up in the hills surrounded by olive groves with great views across the island. Totally off the tourist route which is what we wanted. Our accommodation was outside the main hotel in a modern block and very spacious to say the least. The room had separate shower room and WC, open plan bedroom and living room with sofas and full jacuzzi. Own terrace and private pool. Quality and finish some of the best I’ve seen in Greece. The perfect hotel if your looking to avoid the crowds and sunbed stress.

Nothing at all. If you’re looking for a busy bustling hotel close to the beach, cafes and bars this won’t be for you.

My wife and I visited the hotel at the beginning of June. Tucked away on the hill with a breathtaking view of the ocean and mainland Greece in the distance, the hotel gives boutique vibes but an a slightly larger scale which is perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were looked after with friendly and professional care. The front desk went out of their way to ensure we had what we wanted and even assisted us to sort out planned excursions. The room was gorgeous, complimented by a full-length balcony and the indoor jacuzzi. Relaxing by the bar and pool was very peaceful and the service staff were very attentive serving delicious meals and generous portions. I did like that every time we sat down, a waiter brought over water with lemon and ice. I cannot find any fault with our visit or this venue. We are already planning our return visit. Five stars!!

Such an incredible hotel! The venue itself was gorgeous and the hotel was able to book me a transfer from the airport (drive is about 20-25mins) which made arrival pretty smooth. I took the VIP transfer but you can also ask for a regular taxi beforehand which is a little cheaper. My room was upgraded free of charge on arrival which was amazing and the room was gorgeous. Huge comfortable bed, super clean and the hot tub in my room and the private pool made the trip extra special. The customer service was probably the best I’ve ever had on a holiday and every member of staff I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Location was ideal as it’s not too close to the party area on the island and there’s a lovely beach within walking distance which has restaurants and bars situated nearby. Overall it was a dream - couldn’t recommend the property or the team more highly and if I go back to Zante this is definitely where I’ll stay.

The hotel is in a lovely location, away from the busyness of the nearby town. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the hotel facilities were perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday. The hotel also made the lovely gesture to upgrade us, as it was our first time. This was a nice touch after a hellish flight. The hotel also has a sister hostel near a beach, which is useful as you can use that hotel's sunbeds on the beach for free. That part of the beach is also less busy and close to a couple of bars. I would highly recommend this hotel for a couple looking for a relaxing, quiet break.

We had a private pool that didn't receive any sunlight until 5pm. This is because the sun is blocked by an awning and then later an olive tree at the end of the pool. However, we didn't mind this too much, as the main pool was really lovely and we enjoyed spending our days there.

From the modern, clean, spacious and comfortable rooms to the amazing pool and extremely friendly staff who were always willing to go the extra mile. Special mention needs to be given to Chrysa and Stamatis. I had reached out to Chrysa prior to our trip as I was planning to propose to my then girlfriend, now fiancé - Chrysa went above and beyond to make the trip unforgettable. Stamatis was Elegance’s superhero. He made sure we were always taken care of and when we needed anything, he was there to help.
