What I loved mostly was HB option that I strongly recommend, I loved the dinners, every day were different, so many vegetables, meats, fishes, big variety of food, all were very very good and they were available until the end of the service. The same for breakfast. Congratulations to the Cook. I liked free tickets to external thermal bath, proximity to wonderful park. Staff was very kind and helpful. Hotel was clean.

Some equipment requires refurbishment but it's been already communicated in the description. No surprise

The property was situated in the lovely park at Eger and also had access to the city’s thermal complex by foot and included in the price. The rooms were large and airy and quit at night. The whole building had been sympathetically restored to reflect its age. The spa complex in the hotel was small but offered variations. The restaurant was lovely and the food choices were great for both dinner and breakfast.

The curtains in the room were only for decoration so you couldn’t have darkness in the room. Nobody could see in though.

Nice wellness hotel in the city center, walking distance of the tourist highlights. Access to the park is a perk! The room is a decent 4 star room, good beds. The breakfast and dinner are good. The wellness is modern and nice, access to the thermal baths a recommendation!

The staff is ok, one should expect a friendlyer attitude, especially in the restaurant. The bathroom needs to be improved and modernized (showering turns the bathroom into a swimming pool)

Nice staff, very good location, big wellness area with free programs for the guests and multiple pools and saunas. Spacious, modern room, fantastic Baroque halls for dining.

Just 2 minor things that could be better: No sweet pastry at the breakfast. The bathroom door in the room is a glass door that cannot actually be closed, just swung in.

My parents stayed there, it was their Christmas gift. They thought breakfast and dinner were great and really enjoyed the pools and the facility in general. It is excellently located in the middle of the city, close to everything. Clean also. They did say it is easy to get lost, the place is huge!

They only mentioned two things: their room was tiny (but comfy) and the toilet was very low. It would be great to have comfort-height toilets for the elderly.

+ Location is convenient both for the centre and the railway station. + The size of my single room was good. Quiet at night. Warm, + Very good breakfast and dinner. Really the best impression of the hotel is the food:) + A kettle and a mini-bar in the room. The hotel consists of two parts: Park and Eger. "Park" is in a historical building, "Eger" occupies a modern part (modern in the sense that it doesn't look as beautiful and atmospheric). I was in Eger part but as I like the feeling of "grand' architecture, I'd go for Park if I stayed here again.

- Many things which worsen the impression can be easily corrected: 1) Very strong smell of detergents in the room. Too strong! 2) A safety box exists but it's not fixed to the wardrobe (for me it equals to "there is no safety box") 3) WiFi exists, but it is not stable and worked only on the smartphone . My laptop refused to work. 4) A reading lamp above the bed exists, but it's very dim. You can't read in bed. 5). This is more difficult to change: the bathroom of a single room is tiny. Really tiny! Even though I'm small myself.

lovely hotel. great wellness especially for little kids with a separate kids pool. breakfast and dinner included (half-board) with a very good understanding of allergens and dietary requirements - able to cater (properly!) for vegans. comfortable beds & well sound proofed rooms. private parking included for a small daily fee.

Centrally located. Clean with excellent facilities and staff professional and extremely helpful.

Room was on the small side but balcony was a plus. Didn’t like the see through glass door on the bathroom 🥲

Food, wellness, staff and room. Great hotel overall.

The minibar is a bit overpriced, the wellness facility is a bit smaller than expected (although the outside thermal baths are really close, and the hotel provided free entry). The shower doors were broken.

Location was perfect for walking to the city center of Eger. Breakfast and dinner were great and varied.

Even though we were in the newer part of the hotel, our room still needed a major upgrade, especially the bathroom!
