We liked everything about the property: the location is so close to the Gyula Thermal park that you can walk in your bath suit ( it is opposite the hotel); the room was clean and spacious with functional AC and mini fridge; the bathroom was also big & clean; the breakfast and dinner ( our half board included) was good & enough and we appreciated the cooked meals. It is true that we have paid for coffees & cocktails.. but they were not expensive. We recommend this and we would come back!

The mosquito net was broken and AC was noisy, so we did not have a good sleep, unfortunately.

Rooms are very clean. Everywhere in Hungary we stayed, rooms were spotless. The best part of this hotel is its restaurant. This was probably the best restaurant in Hungary we have ever been. Food is awesome version of traditional Hungarian cuisine. Hotel is next to the aqua park and Gyula castle is very near, which are main attractions in town.

We missed mosquito net on windows, hence did not open the window. However AC was full operable. Waiters in the restaurant could be a bit faster.

Very well located for spa. Nice breakfast (but coffee was not included - has to be paid separately). Nice garden for serving breakfast. We have arrived very late 00:30 am due to traffic, but the receptionist was there, waiting for us. Quiet room even if the hotel is close to the spa.

Furniture in the room was a bit old. Breakfast didn't include coffee.

Comfortable beds, AC working well and directed ideally in order not to blow the cold air on the bed. Central location. Friendly staff who helped accommodate extra requests. Offers breakfast and dinner includes in the booking price.

The room was quite warm. The air conditioner is aimed at the bed, which we did not find pleasant. Dinner and breakfast were disappointing: limited choice and unappealing (dinner was also a buffet). Not very tasty either. Sadly we booked this place because other guests raved about the food.
