Great location, halfway between Lake Balaton and the Castle, easily reachable from the train station by foot. Beautiful room and very very comfortable bed, every facility needed in the room, fresh breakfast. I do recommand this hotel, the place is clean and the street is very beautiful.

I had a lot of problems with the payment by credit card via booking before arrival, but the property accepted the payment upon arrival so this issue was solved after more phone calls.

Good location, 500 meters from the main square, 800 meters from the bus and train stations. My room was clean, very large, with a kitchenette. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. Breakfast was acceptable, but not served before 8 AM. There is a very good restaurant next door. There is a power outlet near a table and chairs. The size of the TV monitor is adequate for the viewing distance, and news is available in English. The WiFi worked well.

The hotel is neither new nor luxurious, but everything works well and the staff is great. I cannot say anything negative.

I know this hotel from a previous visit and expected to enjoy being there. I did. Well located, about ten minutes away from both bus and train stations. You are close to the attractions of Keszthely, including a Lake Balaton boat cruise. Next to the excellent Park restaurant, as well. Friendly members of staff, one in particular very informative. The room was good. Overall a great time and I would be happy to book for a third time.

My stay at Abbázia Club Hotel Kék was truly unforgettable! The staff's warm hospitality and attentiveness made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. They were incredibly nice and went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed to make my stay enjoyable. One of the things that stood out to me was the hotel's cleanliness and their welcoming attitude towards pets. As a dog owner, I appreciated that the hotel was not only clean but also dog-friendly. The proximity of the hotel to Balaton Lake was a major highlight. Being so close to this stunning natural attraction allowed me to easily explore the area and take in the beauty of the lake. The picturesque surroundings added a touch of tranquility and serenity to my stay. Upon entering my room, I was delighted to find a space that was both nice and comfortable. Good location, quiet area, walking distance from center. A very nice coffee shop just across with some cakes and coffees, but the hotel itself also offers a great breakfast which I enjoyed. Staff was welcoming and accommodating. The room we got was more modern than I saw on pictures, which was a pleasant surprise. Kitchen is well equipped, enough for a short stay. We used the sauna too, which was a pleasant add-on to the stay we did not know about.

A nice hotel in Keszthely. They were very good about me removing a night from my stay after EasyJet pushed back my intended departure time by six hours, meaning I could not get to the southern end of Lake Balaton. Good location for the town centre, the beach, the restaurants by the beach and a good restaurant right outside. I have stayed in Keszthely before, not at the Abbazia, but would do so again. Good reception staff. Solid and reliable place, basically, guaranteeing a pleasant stay.

All in all was good. The location of the hotel is fine, it's just like 10 mins to the Municipal Balaton Beach (1300 forints entrance fee), or 5 mins walking to the main avenue, another 5 mins to the Castle and its gardens (gardens are free of charge). There is a hotel pool and sauna across the street (no fee), like 20 sec walking only, in a nice garden with trees and chairs and deckchairs. The hotel itself is OK, 3 stars, I think the 80-90's was its peak time, so a little bit oldies, but still goldies! The staff is great, English speaking, the kitchen in the room was small but fine, wi-fi worked fine and fast, so overall a good experience. We hadn't hotel breakfast, so I don't know about it, however you can have it there for 3000 forints. There is a Erste-ATM in a front of the hotel, too. You can park your car there, too, however during working days 8-18 you must pay fee (per hour or so), however the hotel staff told me where to park for free and it was just 3-4 min walking close away :)

The hotel looks a bit beyond its peak time, but still is perfectly fine. No free parking (8-18 you must pay a small fee), but there is a plenty free options closeby (3-4 min walk).

Really great location, right next to the old town and Balaton. Cozy hotel, a bit old-style but modern enough and entirely sufficient for a few nights. Breakfast was really good, staff was very friendly and helpful. Great experience.

Rooms heat up in the summer and there is no AC. The staff provided several electric fans which helped, so it was not that big of a nuisance.

Breakfast always offered a nice variety. The location is excellent for me, as it is central between the tennis club and the old town. The staff is always helpful and fluent in English.
