Nice place with friendly staff, ready to assist and to provide information about everything you want. Rooms are clean, furniture is new and well maintained. The building itself is charming - there are terraces on guests' disposal, there are wide court in front of the hotel, equipped with tables and chairs. And, there is a restaurant with exotic cuisine at the ground floor. The food they cook is delicious and I recommend it as well.

It is a little bit noisy during the mornings because of the crossroads just outside the building. I was able to sleep well, but if you have sleeping problems, you could possibly take this fact into consideration. Also, there is no wardrobe in the rooms, but a hanger, which is not enough.

It is a very sweet and cozy plance, location is good, downtown is walking distance, big mall as well and some supermarkete. Rooms are very nice and clean. Staff was kind, professional and helpful :)

There was no iron available. It would be nice if there was at least one for people who stay longer and to have the option of using the iron. And would be nice to have kettle in the room to be able to prepare tea and coffee. Other then that everything was great

We were driving from Novi Sad Serbia and were very late passing the borders, having no internet at all, but thankfully the receptionist did foresee that and left our keys in a coded box, thus saving us since we arrived around 1am!! Had to mention that since in any other way we would have not been able to enter the room at such a late hour. Now about the room, big nice bed with very comfortable mattress and Hungarian decoration in the curtains and walls. Taking the price into consideration it is a 10 out of 10 for me and totally recommend it for travellers visiting Hungary.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable. The location was great, the local transports were easily accessible. The staffs were friendly. Compared with the price, it was worth it completely. The Thai restaurant on the ground floor served tasty food, we had our first lunch there.

The wifi connection in the room was very poor. The room did not have a working desk and chair. For these two reasons, we had to go to a cafe at the city center for my husband's online meetings, and office works.

Good location to arrive by car, easy access to the city, towntown is in walking distance. It served us well to have a city trip. We found parking close to the hotel.

The AC was really old and needed some maintenance, but it managed to cool the room. There were some sloppy fixes in the room which lowered the shine of the place. Would have been nice to have a bit later checkout.

we arrived late with exhausted toddlers, thankfully there was a thai restaurant at the place.

the restaurant service was sadly very slow the bathroom wasn’t comfortable or modern/ised at all, some parts of the shower were rusty, the sink the smallest we had ever seen. We got the King Suite the beds were ok for one night but perhaps not for much longer

The staff is friendly, fluent in English. The rooms are comfortable and pleasant. The restaurant in the accommodation is pleasant. The parking lot is safe and the accommodation takes great care of the safety of guests and property

Unfortunately, people who smoke do not have a closed area where smoking is allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the entire facility.

It would require a more thorough cleaning (there were cobwebs in some places). I had to fill out an online check-in in advance even though it made no sense. I personally filled it out again.

Palazzo Hotel is located 15 minutes walk from the historical city center of Szeged. The room offers a comfortable bed, TV and shower. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are free parking spots just next to Palazzo, so ideal for people who visit Szeged by car.
