The beds were really comfortable, the room was large enough, we had a small fridge, a sat TV with lots of channels, 42", with access to the internet,. Netflix and other apps.installed. The bathroom was large, equipped with a shower, toilet and tap large amount of amenities available. The breakfast was exceptionally good, with a large variety of breads, hot eggs, sausage, cheese, muesli, sweets, cereals, yoghurt, pudding, cocktail tomatoes, cucumber, fruit drinks, automatic coffee machine with good coffee beans, hazelnut and caramel crème for coffee besides lactose free, regular and soy milk, variety of tea, cacao, etc It was very close to a good mexican restaurant, Gringos, grocery and pharmacy were also within 2 minutes walk, large Aldi was two stops with tram. Suitable for people with disabilities. The room was equipped with a water heater for tea and coffee, we received a small chocolate as a welcome gift.

The heating was too strong and it was not possible to switch it off, so we had to open the window to get a good climate. The shower had a small glass protection, so if we did not pay attention, we could spill water out. One of the main lights needed amendment, as after half an hour, it started to blink.

I have been staying at this hotel for the past three years, usually on my own, and I’ve always had a good experience. Most of the time, I was given a room in the other building within the inner courtyard, which was quiet and comfortable. This time, I traveled with two others and was assigned a room on the floor above the reception. The overall stay was pleasant, and the hotel maintained its usual standard of service.

One issue we encountered during this stay was with the room door. While it could be closed, it didn’t seal properly, allowing air to pass through the frame. This caused the door to move slightly throughout the night, creating a repetitive banging sound that made it difficult to sleep. If you’re checking in, it might be a good idea to check the door seal to ensure a more comfortable night’s rest.

We stayed for one night and were satisficed with the choice. We're lucky to get private and free parking, otherwise we'd have to leave the car on the street ~50 m away. The hotel-style room was comfortable, spacious enough, tidy and clean. It included small refrigerator, an electric kettle with instant coffee, towels and some hotel type hygiene specialties.

The air conditioner was too noisy, so we had to choose whether make it cooler or quieter. The shower cabin has no doors, so the water would splash all over the shower room.

The location is excellent, for that money you also get free parking which is not usually the case. You need 10 minutes of walk to be at city centar. The stuff is very nice and helpful 👍, and speak English, i liked the lamp in our room. The room had enough space for 3 of us.

They say its 4 star hotel,however the facility is more in range of 3 stars so don't expect anything luxurious. It looks clean but if you look closely not that much, walls are way to thin so you constantly hear people from other rooms. Wifi is very bad, also you get disconnected very often and you have to login again. We were there for 2 nights so it was okay and we would come again bcs of location, but its far away from 4 stars hotel where i was few months ago. Room facilities were okay, except tv and air conditioner, remote was not working for both :/,also sheets are from very poor quality for such hotel. Overall it could be amazing hotel with few changes.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely little hotel. The room was very nice and the beds were super comfortable. It was already cooled down before our arrival, which was a pleasant surprise. Everything was clean and well-kept. The girl at the reception was very kind and friendly. The location is great, very close to the city center. We were also happy that they welcomed us with our pet.

Very good location 12 minutes from the main square. Free parking provided, and we were allowed to leave the car parked for three more hours after the checkout from the room <3 Room was clean and well maintained, large tv, balcony entering the back yard. Bathroom was clean, well arranged and equipped with toiletries. Very good heating options, as this was important in our case (we travelled in December). We particularly liked the heavy, dense blackout curtains, and would recommend the hotel to include it explicitly among the offered advantages! <3 Breakfast was nice and we could choose among things. Both ladies we met at the reception were very nice, helpful and welcoming. Thank you sincerely for making our time in Szeged well remembered!

the AC in the room had a light on it that kept flashing green, and we couldn't figure out how to turn it off, that was a bit annoying the showerhead holder could not be adjusted, it kept sliding down the shower was leaking so there was a bit of water after the shower on the floor

The room was quite big with enough storage space. The location was good, at a walking distance from the city center and grocery stores and restaurants. The parking in front of the building was very convenient. Check-in and check-out went smoothly and the lady at the reception was very friendly.

The shower wasn’t closed off, so the bathroom floor would get all wet after a shower.

It was the perfect place to stop and rest during a long drive. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the highway, and the beautiful city center is within walking distance. The rooms were clean, the beds very comfortable, and the accommodation was quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again!

I was a guest of the Vén Diófa De Lux Panzió for the third time and can say for sure -it is the best quality/price place in Szeged. The hotel is perfectly located - 7 minutes walk and you are in the center with a lot to do things. The building's design is charming, the parking place is free of charge and spacious. The room is clean and filled with all the necessary facilities, I would like to notice very good toiletries, usually in most middle-price hotels shampoo and body lotion are not of the best quality. The bed with very comfy, with the choice of big and small pillows. Breakfast was good, you can ask to cook eggs in the style you prefer. And last but not least - the hotel staff was just amazing! Helped me with a lot of issues, even those which are not the hotel's responsibility. Martina, thank you a lot for everything! :) I did feel at home here, certainly be back.
