We stayed one night at REZIDEX Home Kft and were completely satisfied! The place was very clean, modern and comfortable, ideal for a rest after a day of exploring Szeged. The location is excellent, quiet but at the same time close to the city center and public transportation. There was easy parking, which was very convenient for us. The apartment was fully equipped, with a kitchen, nice bathroom and fast Wi-Fi. Everything was taken care of to perfection, with attention to detail. Although we only stayed one night, we would choose it again without a second thought for a longer stay in the future. We highly recommend it!

Spotless clean, safe indoor parking, excellent design. Although we were delayed at the borders they were expecting us. Quite neighbourhood. If like walking, distance from city centre is no big deal.

The apartment is great. Everything was clean and comfortable. It just looks beautiful. You have a reserved parking lot in backyard, which is also great.

The price on Booking.com said "taxes included". First thing upon arrival was a message with instructions to pay city tax fee. The fee is really cheap, and it's not a big deal, but I think it should write on site while making a reservation. There wasn't a single drop of oil in the kitchen and there was no washing sponge.

The apartment is located within the walking distance from the Arkad shopping center. The city center is also reachable by foot. The apartment is very spacious and was very comfortable for the four of us. Shower and toilet are separated, which is a big plus. The parking is secure and comfortable, but be careful of when entering and exiting if you drive a larger car. We went in December and the heating was very good. We never met the host, but we received all necessary instructions for the check in on the day of the check in.

The Booking listing said the price included all taxes and fees, but the host requested us to pay additional 6€ for the city tax. It's not about the money, but really it's not nice to have hidden fees.

We used it to sleep on the way back from Greece. Ideal location just off the infamous Serbia/Hungary border. The apartment was clean, fully equipped. Everything feels new. Comfortable beds, plenty of storage space. The same purpose for which we used the accommodation is apparently taken into account - great emphasis is placed on silence and peace. Supermarkets and gas stations are nearby. The advantage is parking in a lockable yard. All doors are coded - without a key, so it's no problem if you arrive at night and there's no one at the reception.

Clean and everything looks very new. We can park our car in the yard so it's very safe. Check in instructions are very clear. The staff is very responsive to messages.

While the location is good, just that the walk from the main road into side roads leading to the apartment is a bit dark, there are no street lamps. We met a rowdy man, he might be drunk, he was shouting and running after us. There was nobody along the street although it was only 7pm. Good thing we managed to reach the apartment lobby and good thing, the main lobby door is accessible by code and can be quickly locked. Just sharing a bad experience. All things are good with the apartment.

Modernly furnished, spacious apartment with two bedrooms and a balcony. Neat and clean. Parking is in the yard. Communication with the owner is easy and simple. Although it faces the street, the street is quiet, there are not many cars. It has underfloor heating, it was 8 degrees outside, there was no need to turn on the air conditioner inside. There is an air conditioner in each room.

The beds are comfortable, but when you turn over at night they squeak. The extractor hood in the kitchen, above the hob, is not connected to the pipe that removes unpleasant odors (actually there is no pipe at all).

Wonderful apartment building with multiple units in a quiet neighborhood. Private courtyard parking was very nice to have and was overlooked by the balcony in 1 of our 2 units. Remote check-in worked well. The beds were comfortable and we were able to make a good breakfast for our large group in one of the rooms' well-equipped kitchen.

Neither group could figure out how to turn on the AC in our 2 rooms. The fan would work but not in cooling mode.

I had a wonderful time at this Airbnb – everything was beautifully arranged and thoughtfully designed, creating a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. The location and amenities were excellent, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I do have a couple of small suggestions for improvement. I already massaged the owner so no need to write it here :) These can be fixed really easy and quickly. I hope these can be checked out, as they would make the experience even better for future guests. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Hungarian shity border. This has nothing to do with the accomodation, but I hope somene will read this. We spent 6,5 hours waiting on border to enter the country from Serba. Can't find any decent word to express my thoughts. Once again, this is my personal frustration, the accomodation was perfect!
