The breakfast and dinner had something new every day. They were helpful when the advance payment didn't go through because of Booking (who promised to answer in 24 hours two weeks ago...). The strength of the waterflow was good in the shower and hot water came quite soon.

The live music at dinner, they played the same songs in the same order every time. Also there were some other noises. On the first morning I accidentally sprayed some sun loition on the mirror in the bathroom and I thought the cleaners are coming in minutes so I won't mess with it. It was there till I left five days later.

Fantastic hotel with great food, the best chef ever! We stayed 5 nights in the facility, breakfast, dinner was never same, desert included. I saw also vegetarian, gluteen and lactose free products as well. The bed and pillow OMG!!(I am always carrying my pillow, here i didnt have too). If you arriving by car, so many castle and hiking places to go, if rains they have lil sauna, pool with heated water too. Playroom has darts, cso-cso, ping-pong, billiard, for smaller kids (-6 or 7)has another room to play. Every day they have handcraft session for kids, free langos in the afteroon(we missed it, still dont know what day) and palachinta at dinner (not ecery day). If you are in town make sure you stop by at the cukraszda, cake shop opposite to CBA grocery store( 5 min walk from hotel.) All in all, we have been a lot of places in different countries, this is one of the best hotel, hits it all(location, bed, pillow, quite(even was lot of kids) always hot water,clean, spa and food, food, food). Perfect for family , solo, or couple as well.

No liquid included dor dinner. The second time we went for dinner(we were on half board), we asked tap water and they were fine with it, nobody was making faces, being tipical hungarpian. Try the cherry beer is pretty good.

The food and the other services was good.(A family friendly place, lot of games, : table tenis, billiard, room for child, and have clever board table games, -which is very funny )

You have to pay for parking and for daily cleaning .I think this is a bad policy for a hotel with four stars.

Very comfortable room with views of wooded hills. Good breakfast selection and the dinner buffet was extensive and tasty. Easy to reach the walking trail ( relatively steep and somewhat degraded) to the fortress. Downhill track to Salomon’s Tower in better condition but steeper. Hotel had pool and other facilities which I did not use but hotel seemed popular with families.

We stayed in December out of season, it was snowing outside and we made extensive use of the hotel facilities. Everything was perfect. Large and comfortable room, perfectly clean. large and clean wellness area with different areas . Massages are highly recommended. There is a good and plentiful buffet for breakfast and dinner.

I was on a short trip with my daughter to Visegrád and we decided to stay one night in the hotel. She really enjoyed the swimming pool. Comfortable and spacious room, nice and clean facilities, delicious meals and very friendly and helpful staff. Can’t ask for more. Thank you!

Location 1h from Budapest, in general quite area. Small pool, hotel not so big (limited number of people). Relax area with outside/inside pool and sauna.

4 Star? One day no nice cleaning of the bathroom. When being at dinner, it can take much time to place an order for drinks; staff not well trained??? Breakfast variations a bit limited. Dinner quality did improve over the days we have been there (4days). If you think positive: you will not gain much weight.

Buffet provided for both breakfast and dinner - varied dishes each day which were all excellent. Hotel is located close to the ferry and as we had taken the train from Budapest and then the ferry across the Danube, it was very convenient and also quiet.

The only negative for us was that the air conditioning was not quite strong enough in our rooms as our visit coincided with an extremely hot period and so we found it a bit hot at night.

Breakfast and dinner. Those were exceptional!

The wifi signal in our room was very weak. Also, I was surprised that although parking is free everywhere in town, the hotel charged extra for parking in its own car park.

Both the breakfast and the dinner were delicious. I was delighted to find out that there is farmer's plate (paraszttál) available. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. With the 3 kids (3 to 7) we used the middle sized indoor swimming pool as the smaller one is really for toddlers. It was challenging to let them enjoy themselves and still not disturb others.

Well, it was surprising that the soft drink machine was out of order during dinner and we had to pay an extra 4k for the drinks but otherwise nothing to mention here.
