Everything was good at hotel the room was clean

Big spaced rooms. Fan and aircon worked. Staff were very kind and helpful.

Staff had to turn on hot water for us every morning. Just wanted it to work when we needed it.

Staff was very friendly.All good.

Breakfast was not complementary for the high rate room, but I expected it will be served. Hot water is not available for the high rate room charges. Floor was not clean properly. I was expecting there will be some discount for these purpose.

OF FAB or happy this place sure doesn't make up to the name... After 70 countries visited, this hotel receives the prize of the worst hotel ever, unfriendly staff, very dirty Rooms and facilities, during check In ONLY One shower towel was provided, no toilet paper was there, when i asked for it..it was refused...dirty bed, the Room wasn't clean. Dirty sheets. To future costumers an advice... STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.

Worst.. No hot water. No service.
