My mother and I are deeply grateful for the incredible care and kindness shown by the manager and staff during our stay. Upon arrival, my mother had unfortunately fallen and broken her arm. The manager went above and beyond, meeting us at the hospital to ensure we were taken care of and helping us return safely to the hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing—kind, attentive, and always ready to assist. The food was delicious, and every detail of our experience was handled with such thoughtfulness. Even as we prepared to leave, the team continued to go above and beyond, making us feel supported and comfortable throughout. We cannot thank them enough for their compassion and exceptional service during a challenging time. This hotel truly turned a difficult situation into one of care and comfort, and we’ll forever be grateful.

The only two things we would have preferred differently were having a window that could open in our room and receiving prior advice about not walking alone outside the hotel. This made getting around a bit more challenging, as we needed to rely on tuk-tuks or taxis for trips to the shops or other nearby destinations.

Overall our stay was good, room size and condition of property was also good. Staff was very professional and helpful.

Breakfast had limited options. Every night there was some banging sound on the roof that staff told me was just kitchen staff fulfilling customer orders all night but it made our stay a little bit uncomfortable.

I assume the hotel was built recently. So the interior was still clean and tidy. But I mentioned below some parts that I observed that were not maintained well. And that if the management won't pay close attention to these details, and the staff doesn't work well, the hotel wouldn't look good in just a few months or a year. But, I do appreciate the staff that were so friendly and helpful. I just order the rest of my food from the hotel to keep safe from any food poison and I had no problem with food during a 1 week stay in Agra. The location is quiet and safe. There's a gym on the same street, just a few walk from the hotel, as well as 2 supermarkets located on the same building where the gym was. There's also ATM machine on the other side of the street as well. So location was really convenient for my stay. The rooftop will provide you a good view of sunrise early morning.

I noticed some tiny parts of the room that were not maintained well such as the shower curtain. I had to make sure I gently pull it in so that the bar wouldn't fall down which happened multiple times during the first days. Something fell down from the toilet ceiling too. We need the management to pay close attention to these details so that the hotel would be maintained clean and nice.

Outstanding stay at Hotel Marine House, Agra. The room was super clean and bed was cosy. Aircon worked perfectly and the bathroom was clean and well-stocked. It's located close to Taj Mahal, making it easy for an early morning visit before the crowd arrive. Staff was very kind and helpful. Overall, a perfect place for 1-2 nights stay at Agra.

Room, Bathroom and the facilities was clean and well maintained. Early morning we went to Taj Mahal and by the time we came back we were close to 10Am.We were very pleased to see the staff waited to serve us very good Breakfast.

We noticed the bed sheets were not clean, if they could wash them regularly and or replace the stained once would be excellent.

Hotel is very nice. Food is very tasty. Room is very neat and clean. Bathroom is also neat and clean. Wifi available. Rooms are big and spacious. To keep clothes wardrobe is available. Hotel is safe. Dressing table and racks are available. Lift is available.

Little bit expensive. Bathroom stays wet. Shower water is light warm only.

The hotel and the people are really nice. The rooms were really good, the property looks newly built.

One day I specifically asked for room service and they missed it but they got it done the next day. The Internet went out for 5 - 10 minutes and came back this happened twice. It's just in a bit of a secluded area which doesn't seem unsafe but still always use Ola or Uber to come and go, In Agra mostly Ola works it's just like Uber. Rest I think the place is really good.

I lived in a small room with a bathroom. The renovation was fresh. The skylight cafe at the hotel had delicious lemon soda and banana lassi. The hotel manager helped me book a bus to Delhi for which many thanks to him :) The staff is friendly and welcoming. If you call a taxi, it's better to use Uber, it's cheaper there! The hotel is located about 12 minutes by taxi from the Taj Mahal.

Family room (3-bed) was big enough for family. They provided hot blower on demand which was good as they didn't have central heating (only central cooling). Any issues we faced were addressed in prompt manner.. Staff was polite and able to guide well. Rooms were clean and food was hygienic..overall a good experience.

Breakfast was very limited in menu. They had idli-sambhar (sambhar was spicy), Puri bhaji (bhaji was spicy), poha (again spicy). No paranthas or cereals or fruits. At the end we had to be contended with butter and jam toast. This was when they had foreign guests as well. Hotel is on outskirts with no buildings around this hotel (sparse construction) and no street light on one side of road. So can't take a walk or walk to Agra market as it's far from bazaar. So location wise, it's not a good choice.

I had one of the best stays here, if not the best in India. when I came into the hotel, it was very cold outside with fog; I was greeted with great heating in the lobby, as well as heating in the room. The room was very spacious and value for the money I paid. I had a pleasant stay at night too, the bed was very nice and comfortable. The property is located in a quiet and peaceful area, there are also grocery stores nearby. The food was great the staff was extremely nice and helpful. An overall 10/10 stay
