Location: just 2 km away from Tajmahal, easy to reach and perfect for exploring the city by local transport. Cleanliness: The rooms were impeccably clean, and overall, the hotel was well maintained. Restaurant: The rooftop restaurant with a view of all three monuments is an awesome place for dinner, though little pricy. The dishes served here were delicious. Staff: The staff were helpful and attentive. The front desk staff were very accommodating. We had a wonderful stay, We enjoyed our time at the hotel.

Location and View of the Taj Mahal from the rooftop restaurant are excellent. It's on the bank of the river Yamuna, and the view is excellent. Staff are well-behaved, from the security guard, house keeping are well-mannered. Food Quality and Quantity are excellent, but yes, rates are a little expensive. Breakfast didn't have many options and was very minimal, and standard 3 to 4 items. Has an excellent Resto-Bar with a decent crowd and Music.

As said, options are fewer for a complimentary breakfast.

1. Service tax on literally everything. I just ordered a 400rs shake on that they added service tax of 20rs even though we ordered in their restaurant not in our room. Glad they didn't charge service tax for lift😂 2. I wasn't able to sleep the whole night because they had a party scheduled at their rooftop cafe. 3. No restaurants nearby if u wana try food other than hotel. 4. They don't have any terrace, actually it's a roof top cafe. Manchurian maggie was the best if u wana try.

Location, Room, Taj View, Local vehicle connectivity, etc was great.

Restautant where vegetarian and Non-vegetarian were together. It should / must be kept separately so Pure Vegetarian People can enjoy they food at property. Unfortunately because of that we had dinner outside.

Location! It has a great view of the Taj, although at a distance. Be mindful that Friday's Taj is not lighted up so we did not enjoy a night view of it. Open bar/restaurant at the top with nice food and music.

I booked the "Suite with Taj View". You can be distracted by the pictures of the room and think it has a terrace. It doent. Just a large window from the side of the Taj. Room was comfy though. Also you have to ask for the 10" discount for the F&B.

The hotel rooms are quite nice, with clean bedding, room, and bathroom. From the Taj suite room, the Taj Mahal is also visible. But the photos don't do much justice. The hotel also has a roof top restaurant which is also quite exceptional with nice vibes and some live music. It also has another restaurant where breakfast is also served. The breakfast menu is not huge but you can be content as well. We were served fruits, sandwiches, puri sabji, idli sambar, tea, and a few more side dishes.

The TV in the room had no video but we weren't bothered as we didn't use it anyways

New property. Very clean and modern look and modern furnishings. We had both dinner & breakfast. Both were very good. Breakfast spread was decent. If you are looking for 20+ items in breakfast, go elsewhere. We had a suite and multiple Taj view rooms. The suite was quite big. The regular rooms were sized fine, not overly huge but not small either. As a comparison, we’ve stayed at Marriotts and Hiltons, and we felt this place was equivalent. Alleviate obviously doesn’t have a gym or swimming pool or a large overall property.

Payment via booking.com is wonky as you are asked to pay a deposit (off band) ahead of time. Booking.com and the hotel should work together to make this easier for the customer.

The hotel is close to the train station, 5 minutes away. It is practical if you have to travel from there. Breakfast was good. From our room we have a view to the Taj Mahal and the terrace was a nice place to be.

The furniture is a bit old fashioned. And the toilet on the entry could have been cleaner.

I stayed with my wife and 9 years old kid in Hotel Alleviate for 2 nights during Dec2024. It was pleasant stay. Cleanliness, Room Service and Location were three top points I would stay. Food at ground floor restaurant was delicious too. 30 mins from Arga Cant Railway station. This Hotel is very close to Taj Mahal less than 3 Kms and Arga Ford is walkable :). All good!

We expected such satisfactory level of hospitality in this hotel. Everything weren't new and fresh, but quite comfortable and clean to some extent. Staff was polite and respectful. Our regards to one of managers named Mr. Shashank. The food in the restaurant was very delicious and tasty.

Furniture and bed linen weren't new, but clean and in a good condition.
