They do not have a liner in the Dustbin. Which is not acceptable cleaner must remove all garbage by Hand, even customer spit or baby diapers. They must use a liner, cleaner just like us. Liner is not used because of the less use of plastic, their reason. But anyway, it's not acceptable, management must find a way to use liner.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Agra. The ambience is excellent, calm, elegant, and welcoming. It's located in a very prominent area, with easy access to all the major attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. One area that could use some improvement is the valet service. The staff could be a bit more courteous and attentive in their interactions with guests.

Although regulations are not followed by pool While I was trying to swim, that’s what pool is for , 4 youngsters - indien people were “playing “ loud making it for others difficult to do so For those a children pool should be there And swimming should be with swim outfit, not in clothes , that is highly unhygienic. Restaurant decoration could be more cosy , not canteen like

The food was just amazing ! Breakfast and dinner was superb and thanks to chef. Service staff was also amazing, Kirti, Muskan to name a few, and some of the guys, which I am sorry to say forgot their names. Travel desk was also helpful in arranging my tour to Agra and Fatehpur Sikri and also my trip to Jaipur. Thanks to Adnan for arranging this. The driver (again I forgot his name-Parmar sahab??) was extremely helpful and trustworthy. Guide for Taj was helpful.

One of the guide who was arranged by the travel desk for Fatehpur sikri didnt show up initially, and we had someone else who didnt know English. Then we asked for the real guide (Abid?)-the switch was not comfortable for us. Then the real guide- who actually helped us with so many photos, but he was not walking along with us, making us a prey for the scammers and sellers in the road. He also took us to some shop nearby, which was not at all helpful. This part of the trip could have been better arranged by the travel desk.

Well cooperative staffs. Restaurant have enough options and choices.

Parking was a significant issue during my stay. The room's view did not meet my expectations, and the proximity to the pool raised privacy concerns. I was quite disappointed with these aspects of my stay. I believe these matters deserve attention to improve future guest experiences. I hope to see improvements in these areas. Even their restaurant amenities and foods are so delicious, I don't understand why they are canvassing and convinces gust to get 5 star ratings. honesty I don't like that.

The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. They were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with any requests. Breakfast was really good, with a great variety of options and the staff was very kind. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff members at the counter helped us bring important documentation from another city

Location. The tour organised by the hotel to visit the Taj Mahal was not good at all since the guide was more worried about us buying his friend's photographer services than providing a good service himself. He spent the whole tour on his phone.

Everything was great in the hotel. Excellent and perfect breakfast and dinner. Polite and helpful staff. It is about 4 km away from the Taj Mahal. Excellent pool. A nice staff named Mr.Ashlam did a great job coordinating the preparation of the wedding anniversary cake.

Even though it was a buffet dinner, we paid about $10 for 4 bottles of water. For a full dinner, at least one drink should be included.

The breakfast and also the dinner was some of the best we got throughout our trip. The room was clean and nice, the size did easily fit 3 persons. Staff was nice and helpful.

The location is ok, but in this crowded streets and really busy city it took us 40 minutes to reach the main destinations like Taj Mahal and Agra fort.

The quality of the food especially the food called on room service was poor to average and should be bettered considering each dish is starting from Rs 700 and going upward of rs.1000 plus taxes plus a service charge. Especially the nonvegetarian options. The customer expects quality food when you are putting such high costs
