Not far from Red Fort. I stayed one night close to Taj Mahal entrance and then spent my second night here. I picked it for the swimming pool, which was Ok (only used by me), it also has a nice garden (with noise outside in the street of course, it is India…).

Staff (with one exception -a lady in the morning)-) doesn’t speak English at all. Zero! Impossible to communicate. They offered “breakfast included” at Booking, and it said you could choose Indian or Continental. There was no continental so I almost had no breakfast, even when they made some effort and brought some apple and banana in a plate, two plain toasts and a coffee.

It's very nice experience in this hotel staff is very good room is very clean swimming pool is very clean location is very nice everything is superb...then i visit again in agra so definitely i will be staying in hotel marc royal only

Location is outside the busy areas of Agra. Room size is good and properly maintained.

Mobile network is poor. No wifi available.

Manage your wifi connection... please ensure that each room has a proper range of your wifi connection as almost people visit another city regarding their work so wifi must be the priority.

when I reached, everything was very fine and clean but the towels are dirty.... but I complained regarding this and they changed my towel... thank you

We reached the hotel premise at around 10:45 PM but on special request food was prepared and ready to be served on arrival. We had two interconnecting family suites, which really made it feel like we were staying in a huge property and also worked for us because we were a big group who wanted to hangout and chill together . The rooms and washrooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was very courteous and accommodating and even provided hot milk at 4 AM on request as we had a baby in the group. It really was a wonderful stay and we will definitely consider it for our next visit. Thank you for the wonderful time :)

Television could not be operated as technical error. Pls be aware and resolve the issue.

Nice spacious room, a little away from the main tourist attractions in the city. Food was not available at the hotel during our stay.
